Abstract

Bei einem in ein Bett umwandelbaren Sitzmöbel wird ein Teil der Liegefläche von zwei in einem Auszug (5) gelagerten Polstern (6, 7) gebildet, die in der Sitzstellung des Möbels mit ihren gepolsterten Flächen aneinander liegen. Zur Bildung der Liegefläche ist der mit einem ausklappbaren Fuß (F) versehene obere Polster (7) um eine am Auszug (5) angeordnete waagrechte Achse (9) schwenkbar und der untere Polster (6) mittels eines Gelenkbeschlages (8) im Auszug (5) hebbar. Um eine Beschädigung der Polster auszuschließen, ist die waagrechte Achse (9) mittels einer im wesentlichen lotrechten Führung (14) verschiebbar gelagert und mit dem Gelenkbeschlag (8) auf Bewegung verbunden.

Description

In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein in ein Bett umwandel¬ bares Sitzmöbel, bei dem ein Teil der Liegefläche von zwei
** in einem Auszug gelagerten Polstern gebildet wird, die in der Sitzstellung des Möbels mit ihren gepolsterten Flächen aneinander liegen, wobei zur Bildung der Liegefläche der mit einem ausklappbaren Fuß versehene obere Polster um eine am Auszug angeordnete waagrechte Achse schwenkbar und der untere Polster mittels eines Gelenkbeschlages im Auszug hebbar ist.
Es sind umwandelbare Möbel bekannt, bei denen durch Aus¬ ziehen eines Wagens oder Auszuges zwei, in diesem Wagen gelagerte Polster zugänglich werden. Der fußseitig befind¬ liche Polster ist mittels eines Scharnieres an der Front¬ blende des Wagens angelenkt und wird durch Verschwenken um 180° in die Liegestellung gebracht. Der mittlere Polster, der in der VerwahrungsStellung unterhalb des Fußpolsters liegt, wird mittels eines Gelenkbeschlages aus dem Wagen herausgehoben und so in die Liegestellung gebracht, daß er zwischen dem Sitzteil und dem Fußpolster zu liegen kommt. Solche Möbel zeichnen sich durch einfache Verwandlungsfunk- tionen einerseits und durch eine einfach herzustellende Polsterung anderseits aus. Weiters ist mit einer solchen Anordnung auch eine sogenannte Fernsehstellung erreichbar, in der Form, daß der Fußpolster zwar in die Liegestellung gebracht wird, der Mittelpolster jedoch in Verwahrungs¬ stellung belassen wird und dadurch der Fußpolster durch Einschieben des Wagens oder Auszuges direkt an den Sitzpol¬ ster angeschoben werden kann. Nun ist es möglich, auf die¬ sem Möbel zu sitzen und die Beine auf dem aufgeklappten Fußpolster abzustützen.
Als nachteilig hat sich bei den bekannten Möbeln ge¬ zeigt, daß durch die Höhenlage des Scharnieres der Fußpol¬ ster, der meistens schwächer als die anderen Polster ist, nicht auf die Liegehöhe der anderen Polster gebracht werden kann. Weiters sollte das Scharnier mit seinem Drehpunkt möglichst hoch angeordnet sein und es kann daher in der Fernsehstellung zu einer Beschädigung des Sitzpolsters im vorderen Bereich kommen. Bei Veränderung des Scharnier¬ schenkels bzw. der Höhenlage dieses Scharnieres könnte zwar der Fußpolster in Höhe der Liegestellung gebracht werden, jedoch in der VerwahrungsStellung kann dann der Platz im Wagen nicht ausgenützt werden.
Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Nachtei¬ le der bekannten Möbel zu vermeiden und ein Möbel der ein¬ gangs genannten Art insbesondere so auszubilden, daß bei maximaler Ausnützung des vorhandenen Raumes eine Beschädi¬ gung der Polster praktisch ausgeschlossen ist. Erreicht wird dieses Ziel dadurch, daß die waagrechte Achse mittels einer im wesentlichen lotrechten Führung verschiebbar gela¬ gert und mit dem Gelenkbeschlag bewegungsverbunden ist. Durch diese Anordnung wird erreicht, daß in der Verwah¬ rungsstellung die waagrechte Achse zwangsläufig tiefer liegt als in der Liegestellung.
Bei einer zweckmäßigen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die waagreσhte Achse durch zwei seitliche Scharniere gebil¬ det, deren eine Schenkel am Auszug verschiebbar geführt und über je einen Arm mit einem höhenbeweglichen Glied des Ge¬ lenkbeschlages verbunden sind.
Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Möbel ist, daß bei Wegklappen des Stützfußes in der ausgezogenen Stellung, und zwar sowohl in der Fernseh- als auch in der Liegestellung, das Scharnier auf der Frontplatte anliegt und es dadurch zu einer Beschädigung der Frontplatte bzw. zu einem Deformie¬ ren des Scharnieres kommen kann. Dieser Nachteil kann bei einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung dadurch beseitigt wer¬ den, daß die Verbindung zwischen waagrechter Achse und Ge¬ lenkbeschlag über ein Langloch erfolgt. Wird bei dieser Ausführungsform der Stützfuß nicht ausgeklappt, so kann die waagrechte Achse bzw. das Scharnierlager entlang des Lang¬ loches nach oben gleiten und es wird eine Beschädigung bzw. Deformation sicher vermieden.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung an Hand von in den Zeich¬ nungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrie¬ ben, ohne daß die Erfindung auf diese Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt wäre. Dabei zeigen: Fig.l in schematischer Seitenansicht ein erfindungsgemäßes Möbel in der Liegestellung; die Fig.2 bis
5 in vergrößertem Maßstab den Endteil des Auszuges mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung des Scharnieres, und zwar in
Fig.2 in der Sitzstellung, in Fig.3 in der Fernsehstellung, in Fig.4 in der Liegestellung und in Fig.5 in einer Stellung, bei der der Fußpolster an den Sitzpolster gereiht und schräg nach unten gerichtet ist.
Gemäß Fig.l trägt ein Möbelgestell 1 ein fixes Rücken¬ polster 2 und ein ebenfalls fixes Sitzpolster 3. In einer Führung 4 des Möbelgestelles 1 ist ein Auszug 5 verschieb¬ bar, der zwei Polster 6 und 7 aufnimmt. Der Polster 6 ist über einen Gelenkbeschlag 8 im Auszug 5 hebbar und der Pol¬ ster 7 ist über eine waagrechte Achse 9 mit der Frontplatte 10 des Auszuges schwenkbar verbunden.
Der Gelenkbeschlag 8 weist im wesentlichen zwei schwenk¬ bare Glieder 11 und 12 auf, wobei das Anheben des Polsters
6 durch eine Feder 13 erleichtert wird.
Die waagrechte Achse 9 wird durch zwei Scharniere gebil¬ det, deren eine Schenkel 14 je seitlich an der Frontplatte 10 höhenbeweglich geführt sind. Die zweiten Schenkel 15 sind am Rahmen des Polsters 7 befestigt. Die Schenkel 14 besitzen einen Ansatz 16, an dem das eine Ende eines Armes
17 angelenkt ist, dessen anderes Ende mit dem Glied 12 des Gelenkbeschlages 8 schwenkbar verbunden ist.
Dieser Teil des Auszuges 5 ist in den Fig.l bis 5 näher dargestellt, wobei zum Unterschied gegenüber der Ausfüh¬ rungsform nach Fig.l die Verbindung des Armes 17 mit dem Ansatz 16 über ein Langloch erfolgt.
Wie bereits dargelegt wurde, sind an der Frontplatte 10 seitlich zwei Scharniere angeordnet, die gemeinsam die Ach¬ se 9 bilden. Aus Gründen der Einfachheit wird im Folgenden nur das eine Scharnier beschrieben.
Aus den Fig.2 bis 5 ist ersichtlich, daß der Schenkel 14 an einer mit der Frontplatte verbundenen C-förmigen Schiene
18 höhenbeweglich geführt ist. In den Stellungen nach den Fig.2, 3 und 4 wirkt das Langloch 19 wie eine einfache Boh¬ rung, da sich die Achse 20 nur am unteren Ende des Lang¬ loches 19 abstützt. Das Langloch wirkt demnach nur in der Stellung nach Fig.5.
Im folgenden wird die Funktionsweise eines erfindungsge¬ mäßen Möbels beschrieben:
In der in Fig.2 dargestellten Sitz- oder Verwahrungs¬ stellung befindet sich das Glied 12 des Gelenkbeschlages in etwa waagrechter Stellung knapp oberhalb der Fußbodenebene. Darüber liegt in abgesenkter Stellung der Polster 6 und darauf der um 180° eingeschwenkte Polster 7. Der Auszug 5 ist unter das Sitzpolster 3 geschoben.
Die Achse 9 ist somit in einer abgesenkten Position und beim Ausziehen des Auszuges wird daher ein Streifen der die Achse 9 bildenden Scharniere an der ünterkante des Rahmens des Sitzpolsters 3 verhindert.
Der Polster 7 kann nun durch Verschwenken um etwa 180° in eine zur Liegestellung parallele, jedoch etwas abgesenk- tere Stellung gebracht werden (Fig.3). Erst durch Anheben des Polsters 6 wird das Glied 12 des Gelenkbeschlages nach oben verschwenkt und damit der Arm 17 angehoben. Dadurch werden auch die Scharniere bzw. die Achse 9 nach oben ge¬ schoben, bis der Polster 7 in Höhe der Liegestellung ge¬ bracht ist (Fig.4).
Wird der Stützfuß F in der Fernsehstellung nicht ausge¬ klappt, so drückt der Schenkel 15 auf die Frontplatte 10 und das Scharnier gleitet entlang des Langloches 19 des Armes 17. Es wird damit eine weitere Stellung mit schräg nach unten abfallendem Polster 7 erreicht (Fig.5).
Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich. So kann z.B. ein anderer Gelenkbeschlag 8 verwen¬ det werden, bzw. ist die Verbindung der Achse 9 mit einem Glied des Gelenkbeschlages auf andere Weise möglich.

P A T E N T A N S P R U C H E

In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel, bei dem ein Teil der Liegefläche von zwei in einem Auszug gelagerten Pol¬ stern gebildet wird, die in der Sitzstellung des Möbels mit ihren gepolsterten Flächen aneinander liegen, wobei zur Bildung der Liegefläche der mit einem ausklappbaren Fuß versehene obere Polster um eine am Auszug angeordnete waag¬ rechte Achse schwenkbar und der untere Polster mittels eines Gelenkbeschlages im Auszug hebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die waagrechte Achse (9) mittels einer im wesentlichen lotrechten Führung (14) verschiebbar gela¬ gert und mit dem Gelenkbeschlag (8) bewegungsverbunden ist.
2. In ein Bett u wandelbares Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die waagrechte Achse (9) durch zwei seitliche Scharniere gebildet ist, deren eine Schenkel (14) am Auszug (5) verschiebbar geführt und über je einen
Arm (17) mit einem höhenbeweglichen Glied (12) des Gelenk¬ beschlages (8) verbunden sind.
3. In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen waagrechter Achse (9) und Gelenkbeschlag (8) über ein Lang¬ loch (19) erfolgt.
