本発明は、 皮膚適用化粧品又は洗浄剤用の低刺激性防 腐剤、 及び低刺激性の洗浄剤組成物に関する。
背景従来
従来用いられてきた洗浄剤組成物 （例えばシャ ンプー） は刺激性が強いため、 かゆみの発生を促し、 あるいはァ レルギ一の原因となるものであり、 ア ト ピー性皮虜炎、 接触皮膚炎等の皮膚疾患の患者、 特に刺激に弱い患者に 用いることはできなかった。
本発明の目的は、 ア ト ピー性皮膚炎又はその他の皮膚 疾患の患者、 特に刺激に弱い患者に用いるこ とのできる 低刺激性の洗浄剤組成物を提供するこ とにある。
発明の開示
本発明者は、 上記目的を達成すべく鋭意研究を重ねて きた。 その結果、 ヒノキチオール又はその塩が、 皮膚に 対して極めて刺激性が低く、 しかも優れた防腐効果を有 するものであり、 化粧品や洗剤等の皮膚^:接触する組成 物用の防腐剤と して非常に有用であることを見出した。 そして、 ヒノキチオール又はその塩を防腐剤と して用い ると共に、 界面活性剤と して特定の陰イオン性界面活性 剤及び両性界面活性剤の少なく とも 1種を用いる場合に、 皮膚に対する刺激性が著る しく 低減された洗浄剤組成物 を得ることができることを見出し、 ここに本発明を完成 するに つた。

本明細書において低級アルキル基と しては、 メ チル、 ェチル、 プロ ピル、 イ ソプロ ピル、 プチル、 イ ソブチル、 t e r t—ブチル、 ペンチル、 へキシル等の炭素数 1 〜 6の 直鎖又は分枝鎖状アルキル基を、 特に好ま しく はメ チル 基を例示できる。
炭素数が 4 0以下の飽和又は不飽和炭化水素基と して は、 例えばメ チル、 ェチル、 プロ ピル、 イ ソプロ ピル、 ブチル、 t e r t—ブチル、 ペンチル、 へキシル、 ヘプチル、 ォクチル、 ノニル、 デシル、 ゥ ンデシル、 ドデシル、 1 1 ーメ チノレ ドデシル、 1 0 —メ チルゥ ンデシル、 ト リ デ シル、 テ ト ラデシル、 ペン夕デシル、 ヘプタデシル、 ォ ク タデシル、 ノ ナデシル、 ィ コ シル、 ヘンィ コ シル、 ド コ シル、 テ ト ラ コ シル、 ト リ アコ ンチル、 ペンタ ト リ ア コ ンチル、 テ トラ コ ンチル、 ビニル、 ァ リ ル、 イ ソプロ ぺニル、 ェチニル、 2—ペンチニル、 3—ブテニル、 9 ーデセニル、 シス一 8 —ヘプタデセニル、 ト ラ ンス一 8 一ヘプ夕デセニル、 2—デシニル、 2 —才クチニル、 ャ シ油アルキル等を挙げる こ とができ、 之等の内で炭素数 5〜 1 9 の飽和又は不飽和炭化水素基は好ま しく、 炭素 数 7〜 1 3の飽和又は不飽和炭化水素基はより好ま しい。 特に、 前記式 （ I ) 中 R 1 で定義される該基と しては、 ゥンデシル、 ト リデシル等の炭素数 9〜 1 3の飽和炭化 水素基が好ま しく、 また前記式 （Π ) 中 R で定義され る該基と しては、 ヤシ油アルキル基ゃゥンデシル、 ト リ デシル等の炭素数 9〜 1 3の飽和炭化水素基が好ま しい。
低級アルキレン基としてはメチレン、 エチレン、 ト リ メ チレン、 2 —メ チル ト リ メ チレン、 2， 2 —ジメ チル ト リ メ チレン、 1 —メ チル ト リ メ チレン、 メ チルメ チレ ン、 ェチルメ チレン、 テ ト ラメ チレン、 ペンタメ チレン、 へキサメチレン基等の炭素数 1〜 6個の直鎖又は分枝状 のアルキレン基を挙げることができる。 之等の内で前記 式 （ I ) 中 Aで定義される該基と しては、 好ま しく はメ チレン及びエチレン基を、 より好ま しく はエチレン基を 例示でき、 また前記式 （Π ) 中 Bで定義される該基と し ては、 好ま しく はエチレン及びト リ メチレン基を、 より 好ま しく は 卜 リ メチレン基を例示できる。
一般式 （ I ) 又は一般式 （Π ) の界面活性剤は、 同一 の置換基を有するものだけでなく、 異なる種類の置換基 を有するものを混合して用いてもよい。
一般式 （ I ) で表わされる化合物の塩としては、 ナ ト リ ウム、 カ リ ウム塩等のアルカ リ金属塩、 マグネシウム 塩等のアルカ リ土類金属塩、 C u塩、 Z n塩等の金属塩 類等の無機塩、 ジエタノールアミ ン塩、 2 —ア ミ ノ ー 2 一ェチル一 1 , 3—プロパンジオール塩、 ト リ エタ ノ ー ルア ミ ン塩等のアル力ノ ールア ミ ン塩、 モルホ リ ン塩、 ピぺラ ジン塩、 ピぺ リ ジン塩等、 ア ンモニゥム塩、 アル ギニン塩、 リ ジン塩、 ヒスチジン塩等の塩基性ア ミ ノ酸 塩等の有機塩類を挙げることができる。 塩基性ア ミ ノ酸 と しては、 D体、 L体又は之等の混合物のいずれも使用 できる。
ヒノ キチオールの塩と しては、 上記した一般式 （ I ) の化合物の塩と同様のものを挙げるこ とができる。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物では、 界面活性剤と しては、 一 般式 （ I ) の陰イオン性界面活性剤及び一般式 （Π) の 両ィォン性界面活性剤の少なく とも 1種を用いればよい。 之等の界面活性剤は、 優れた洗浄能力を有すると共に、 皮躇に対する刺激性が非常に低いものである。 本発明で は、 特に、 一般式 （ I ) の陰イオ ン性界面活性剤と一般 式 （Π) の両イオ ン性界面活性剤とを併用することが好 ま しく、 併用により、 洗浄性及び低刺激性が極めて良好 となる。 併用ォる場合には、 通常一般式 （ I ) の界面活 性剤と一般式 、Π) の界面活性剤の使用割合は、 前者 ： 後者 （重量比） = 1 ： 2 0〜 2 0 ： 1の範囲、 好ま しく は 4 ： 1〜 1 ： 3の範囲、 より好ま しく は 4 ： 1〜 3 ： 2及び 3 ： 2〜 2 ： 3の範囲とすることができる。 洗浄剤組成物中の界面活性剤量は、 洗浄効果を充分に 発揮する範囲であれば特に限定されないが、 界面活性剤 総量と して、 全組成物中の 3〜 4 0重量％とすることが 好ま しく、 5〜 3 0重量％とすることがより好ま しい。
ヒノキチオール又はその塩の配合量は、 防腐効果が発 揮される量であれば特に限定されないが、 洗浄剤組成物 中に 0. 0 0 1重量％以上とすることが好ま しく、 0. 0 0 1〜 1. 0重量％とすることがより好ま しい。
ヒノキチオール又はその塩を防腐剤と して用い、 これ を上記した界面活性剤と共に配合するこ とによって、 皮 虜に対する刺激性が著る しく低減され、 更に良好な洗浄 性能、 防腐性能等を発揮する洗浄剤組成物が得られる。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物は、 化粧品を使用するこ とので きる通常の p H範囲で用いるこ とができ、 一般にその p Hは 6. 0〜 8. 0程度の範囲、 好ま しく は 6. 4〜 7. 5程度の範囲内とするのが好ま しい。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物には、 必要に応じてその性能を 損わない範囲で、 他の界面活性剤や、 高級アルコール等 の油剤、 カチオン化セルロース等の毛髪柔軟剤、 グリセ リ ン、 プロ ピレングリ コール、 ソノレビッ ト、 マルチ トー ル等の保湿剤、 メ チルセルロース、 ヒ ドロキシメ チルセ ノレロ ース、 ヒ ドロ キ シェチソレセノレロ ース、 カノレボキ シ ビ 二ルポリマー、 ポリ ビニルアルコール等の粘度調整剤、 加水分解コラーゲン等の皮膜形成剤、 エタノ ール等の溶 剤、 クェン酸、 塩酸等の P H調節剤、 紫外線吸収剤、 酸 化防止剤、 金属封鎖剤、 殺菌剤、 防腐剤、 無機塩、 抗フ ケ剤、 ビタ ミ ン類、 消炎剤等の薬効剤、 動植物抽出剤、 色素、 香料等を適時配合するこ とができ る。 これらの添 加剤は、 添加によって洗浄剤組成物の刺激性が高く なり 過ぎないように注意することが必要であり、 例えば、 ァ ト ピー性皮膚炎の患者用の洗浄剤組成物と して用いる場 合には、 後記試験例において示す皮膚刺激指数が 1 5程 度以下となるように配合し、 健常人用の洗浄剤組成物と して用いる場合には、 皮膚刺激指数が 3 0程度以下とな るように配合することが好ま しい。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物は、 その剤型については特に制 限はなく、 従来より公知の種々の剤型、 例えば液体シャ ンプ一、 ク リ ーム状洗顔料、 ゲル状洗顔料、 ボディ シャ ンプ一、 泡状清拭料 （エアゾール容器充填品） 、 食器等 の器具用洗剤、 ゥヱッ トティ ッ シュ等と して用いること ができる。
本発明洗浄剤組成物は、 使用時に、 必要に応じて適宜、 水で希釈して用いてもよい。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物は、 皮膚に対する刺激性が非常 に低いことに加えて、 起泡性、 洗浄性等の洗浄剤と して の必須の性能も充分に満足するものであり、 ア ト ピー性 皮膚炎又は他の皮膚疾患の患者に用いることができる他 健常人に対しても有用である。
また、 ヒノキチオール又はその塩は、 皮膚に対する刺 激性が非常に低く、 医薬部外品、 日用品 （例えば、 ぺッ ト用シャ ンプー） 等を含む広い範囲の洗浄剤、 化粧品等 の皮廣と接触する組成物中に配合する防腐剤と して有用 t、める。

上記シャ ンプー組成物は、 良好な洗浄性能を有するも のであった。 該組成物について以下の方法で皮膚刺激性 を評価した。
(試験法）
上記洗浄組成物の 1 %水溶液を染み込ませたろ紙を
Finn chamber, Scanpor tape を用いて、 4 4人の被験者 に 4 8時間閉鎖貼付し、 貼付除去後、 1時間と 2 4時間 に皮膚反応を判定した。 判定結果は、 以下の基準で評点 し 7»- o

わずかな紅斑 0. 5
明らかな紅斑 1. 0
丘疹ないし浮腫を伴う紅斑 2. 0
貼付除去後、 1時間と 2 4時間の判定結果のうち、 評 点の高いほうの結果を選び、 評点総和を被験者数で除し、 その商の百分率を皮膚刺激指数と した。
比較と して、 ラウ リル硫酸ナ ト リ ウムの 0. 5 %水溶 液及び精製水についても同様の皮膚刺激性試験を行なつ た。 結果を下記第 1表に示す。 第 1 表

以上の結果より、 本発明のシャ ンプー組成物が極めて 低刺激性であることが判る。

5. R1 及び R3 が炭素数 5〜 1 9の炭化水素基である 界面活性剤を用い、 該界面活性剤を 5〜 3 0重量％、 ヒノ キチオール又はその塩を 0. 0 0 1〜 1. 0重量 %含有する請求項の範囲第 4項に記載の洗浄剤組成物。
6. R 1 及び R 3 が炭素数 7〜 1 3の炭化水素基である 界面活性剤を用いる請求の範囲第 5項に記載の洗浄剤 組成物。
7. ミ ラノ ール C 2 Mコンク N P、 ミ ラノール 2 M C A モデフアイ ド及びミ ラノ一ル HM Sコンクから選ばれ るイ ミ ダゾリニゥムべタイ ン系両ィォン性界面活性剤 を含有し、 Aがエチレンで、 Bが ト リ メ チレンである 請求の範囲第 6項に記載の洗浄剤組成物。

1 7. R 1 及び R 3 が炭素数 5〜 1 9の炭化水素基であ る請求の範囲第 1 5又は 1 6項に記載の洗浄剤組成物。
1 8. 一般式 （ I ) で表わされる陰イオン性界面活性剤 又はその塩と一般式 （Π) で表わされる両イオ ン性界 面活性剤とを、 前者 ： 後者 （重量比） = 4 ： 1〜 1 : 3で併用する請求の範囲第 1 7項に記載の洗浄剤組成 物。
