- the protective film of polyvinylidone or polyvinyl alcohol is coated with a solvent such as water, lower alcohol, or a mixed solvent thereof. It is obtained by dissolving the above-mentioned polymer, coating the solution on a crosslinked polymer thin film, and drying.
- the water-insolubilized polyvinyl alcohol film can be obtained by converting polyvinyl alcohol to holmalin, gluoxaline, guanoletaraldehyde, and the like. Dissolves in water with one or more compounds selected from these sulfites, or with ammonium persulfate and Z or
- Polyporous aliphatic polyamide membranes are immersed in a methanol solution containing a pore-forming agent, such as, for example, an aliphatic polyamide, for example, chlorine chloride. Then, the solution is applied on an overhead polymer thin film and dried to form a polyimide film. After that, the pore-forming agent is extracted with water to form a pore. You can get more.
- a pore-forming agent such as, for example, an aliphatic polyamide, for example, chlorine chloride.
- the composite semi-permeable membrane thus obtained can be applied to various membrane separation operations.
- a normal membrane separation operation after a certain period of time treatment, the membrane is washed with a bactericide.
- a chlorine-based bactericide is frequently used.
- the conventional membrane deteriorated, but the composite membrane of Honoki Akira is sufficiently resistant to oxidation due to its high oxidation resistance.
- the membrane adsorbed on the membrane is removed by treating the membrane with a reducing agent solution. It is also effective to restore the performance of the system further.
- Such methods of killing include sodium hypochlorite, hypochlorite, hypobromite, hydrogen peroxide, and hydrogen peroxide.
- sodium thiosulfate, sodium thiosulfate and sodium thiosulfate are to be applied as treatment methods that will continue to be applied.
- a water solution containing a reducing agent such as sodium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium bisulfite, etc. 10 ° (up to 50 ° C for 10 minutes to 100 minutes).
- the method for regenerating the above membrane is based on a solution in which m organisms are easily propagated, for example, an aqueous solution containing a saccharide, an amino acid, an alcohol, or an organic carbonyl. Is particularly effective in the field of membrane separation and separation.
- Normal intermittent type using a pump-type reverse osmosis device, always containing 5000 P NaC at ⁇ 25 ° C and hypochlorite up to about 5 ⁇ , pH 6.0 a water soluble solution of ⁇ 6.5 and original liquid, operating pressure was line Tsu name Te in 4 2.5 ⁇ ⁇ G.
- the salt removal rate in the embodiment is a value obtained by the following equation. 1. NaC concentration in permeated water,
- the porous porous boron layer obtained in this way has a thickness of about 470 £, has an asymmetric structure, and has a thickness of about 20
- the presence of a large number of micropores in the 070 OA was observed by electron microscopy.
- These porous substrates had a pure water permeability (membrane constant) of about 3.0 7.0 X 10 to 2 g / cA-sec-atm in 2ZG.
- the drained membrane is then immersed in 0.5 wt ⁇ n-hexane of trimesinic acid chloride for 20 seconds and then at room temperature. Air dried for 0 minutes.
- the composite membrane obtained in this manner was subjected to a reverse osmosis test under the conditions of Reference Example 1, where the desalination rate was 98.9% and the water permeability was 9
- the composite membrane of Example 1 manufactured under the above conditions was immersed in a 0.1% NaOH aqueous solution for one day and night, washed repeatedly with distilled water, and vacuum-dried. After that, this film is immersed in a mouthpiece to dissolve the polyporous microporous membrane, thereby making it possible to form a simple crosslinked active layer.
- the mer was washed with a full-length mouthpiece, purified by an anolle-coal method and water-washed, and then purified and dried. When the powder was analyzed by sodium atomic absorption spectroscopy, it was found that 0.53 mi equivalent / ⁇ of Na was detected in terms of the sodium carbonate group (-COONa). Was.
- the composition of the above polymer estimated using this value is as follows.
- a composite membrane was obtained in exactly the same way as in 1. This was subjected to a reverse osmosis test under the same conditions as in Example 1, and the initial performance was 26.5 i / -hr,
- Example 2 A composite film was obtained in exactly the same manner as in Example 1 except that the amine shown in Table 1 below was used instead of using ethyleneamine. These films were subjected to an oxidation resistance reverse s-permeability test under the same conditions as in Example 1 . The results are shown in Table 1.
- Table 2 shows the composition of the composite active layer polymer determined from the Na analysis values and the C, h, and N element analysis values.
- Example 1 a trimesic acid mouth slide was used as a cross-linking agent, and instead of 5-chloro rosinole honinolei isophthalate was used.
- the composite membrane was obtained in the same manner as described above except for using the light. This is the result of the same Na analysis as in Example 1, and it can be seen that this is a composite film consisting of a crosslinked polymer layer having the following polymer-composition.
- Example 1 instead of using only trimesic acid mouthride as the cross-linking agent, this was replaced with isophthalic acid ⁇ -lide. Using a 3 : 1 (molar ratio) mixture, the others were obtained in exactly the same way to obtain the complex. This composite membrane activity
- a multi-focus film of this with the implementation example 1 treatment was R0 te be sampled under the same conditions, as the initial performance 5 4 .1 ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ hr,
- Example 1 only ethyleneamine was used, and instead, a mixture of the ethylene and ethyleneamine shown in Table 2 below was used.
- a composite membrane was obtained in the same manner except for using (1: 2 mole ratio). These membranes were subjected to a chlorinated R0 test under the same conditions as in Example 1. As a result, the following results were obtained.
- Table 4 shows the composition of the composite active layer polymer.
- a composite film was prepared in exactly the same manner except that a morula solution was used. After evaluating the basic separation performance of the composite membrane, a chlorine test and a reducing agent washing test were performed under the following conditions, and changes in the membrane performance were examined. Table 5
- Example 18 ⁇ L 9. Instead of using only trimesinic acid chloride as the cross-linking agent in Example 1 ⁇ , All except for the use of a mixture of isoleic acid or a mixture of 5-snorefoiso tanoleic acid and a liquid with trichloride (0.2 wt ⁇ g carbon tetrachloride solution) A composite membrane was obtained in the same manner. These composite membranes were evaluated for basic separation performance and chlorine resistance under the same conditions as in Examples 13 to 17 under the same conditions. The results are shown in Table 6.
- Example 8 The surface of the composite membrane obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 was coated with a protective polymer solution having a composition as shown in Table 8 below.
- the composite semipermeable membrane of the present invention has not only high permselectivity but also high water resistance, high water resistance, valuable water, and water soluble properties. It can be widely used for membrane separation in solid fractionation, etc., and the use of conventional membranes is difficult, especially because the strong bacterium and fungicide have no shochu properties. which was the of this filtrate, that can in the effective use and ⁇ object is have you in ⁇ such as ⁇ and Yasu have foods field c
