ROBERT SCORER AND ROBERT HAM, OF TROY, NEW YORK, ASSIGNORS TO J. L. MOTT, OF NEW YORK CITY.
DESIGN FOR A HEATING-STOVE.
Specification forming part of Design No. 5,349, dated November '7, 1871.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, ROBERT SCORER and ROBERT HAM, each of the city of Troy, in the county of Rensselaer and State of New York, have jointly invented and produced a certain Design for Heating-Stoves, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying photographic illustration, which embodies our said design.
One part of our invention is the design for the urn Z, as shown in the accompanying illustration.
Another part of our invention is a representation of a lantern, Y, cast on and with a plate of' a stove or heater so as to appear substantially as represented in the illustration.
Another part of our invention is the ornament al tablet X, in combination with a representation of a lantern, essentially as shown in the aforesaid photograph. l
Another part of our invention is the design for the upper section W, as distinguished by the parallel, upright, ornamental strips n and u, as represented in the illustration.
Another part of our invention is the design for the frame or frames T of the illuminating section, as distinguished by the leaf ornaments s and the ornamental top part r, as shown in the photograph.
Another part of our invention is the design for the rim-plate Q, as shown in the illustration.
Another part of our invention is the design for the open-Work section P, substantially as represented in the accompanying photograph.
The design for the top plate and base-plates of the stove shown in the aforesaid photograph is not new.
What We claim as our present invention isl. The design for the urn Z, as described.
