Specification forming part of Design No. 6,316, dated December 17, 1872.

To all' whom it may concern:

Be it known that we,N1CnoLAs S. VEDDEE and FRANCIS 1tITCHIE,eaeh ofthe city oiTroy, in the county of Rensselaer and State of Ne\ York, and TOBIAS S. HEISTER, oi' Lansingbnrg, in said county and State, have jointly invented and produced a certain new and original Design for Heating-Stoves, of which the following isaspecification, reference being had to the accompanying wood cntor en gravin gef a stove which embodies our said design.

One part of our invention consists of the de'- sign for the part J, as distinguised by the ornemented moldings k and l, shaped and srran ged as shown in the aforesaid engraving. Another part consists of the design for the part M, as distinguished by the ornamented moldin g n and plain moldingo, shaped and arranged as shown in the engraving. Another part consiste of the design for the rim P, as distinguished by the ornamented molding q and edge r, shaped and arranged as shown in the engraving. Another part consists of the design for the upper section S, as distinguished by the panels t, columns u, and arches o, all shaped an ornamented substantially as shown in the woodcut. Another part consists of the design for the mica-light frames W, as shown in the engraving. Another part consists of l the design for the frame X of the illumination section, as distinguished by the parts y and z, arranged between and over the mica-light frames, and shaped and ornamented as shown in the wood-out. Another part Consists of the design for the rim-plate A, as shown in the engraving. Anotherpart consists of the design for the open-Work section B, as shown in the cut. Another part consists of the design for the ash-pit section C, as distinguished by the moldings d ande, shaped, ornamented, and arranged together as shown in the ent. Another part consists of the design for the bottom plate F, as distinguished by the particular configuration thereof, and the edge-moldin g g, and ornaments h h thereon, as shown in the cnt. Another part consists of the design for the ash-pit cover or heart plate I, as distinguished by the ornemented moldin gs j and K, shaped and arranged thereon as shown in the engraving. Another part consists of the de sign for the leg L, as shown in the cnt. What we claim as our invention is- 1. The design for the part J, as above set forth.
