Specification forming part of Design N0. 6,312,daied December 17, 1872.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, NICHOLAS S. VEDDEE and FRANCIS RITGHIE, each of the city of Tro, in the county of Rensselaer and State of New York, have jointly invented andproduced a new and original Design for Ranges, of which the 'following is a specification, rei'- erenee being had to the accompanying wood cut or engraving ot' a range having our said design.
One part of our invention consists of the compound ornament K, shaped and arranged on a door or panel of a stove or range as shown in the Wood-ent. Another part consists ofthe ornament L, shaped and arranged ona door or panel of a stove or range as shown in the engraving. Another part consists of the conm pound ornamental border molding or mold ings M, shaped and arranged along the edge or edges of a door or doo'rs or panel or panels of a stove or range so as to appear as represented in the engraving. Another part consists of the ornament orornaments n or 0, shaped and arranged on a door or doors or panel or panels of a stove or range as shown in the wood-eut. Another part consists of the combination of the ornamented molding or moldings M and central panel ornament or links, and shaped and arranged as shown in the eut.
YVhat we claim as our invention is- 1. The compound panel-ornament K, shaped yand arranged as herein described.
2. The panel-ornament L, shaped and arranged as shown and described.
