DESIGN FOR A COOK-STOVE.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the sama.
To all whom 'it may concern Be it known that we, NICHOLAS S. VEDDER and FRANCIS RITcHIn, both of the city of Troy, in the county of' Rensselaer, and State of New York, have jointly invented and produced a newr and original Design for a Cooking-Stove, of which the following is a full and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying photograph of a cooking-stove, which embodies our said design.
The design of the large oven-door A consists essentially ofthe compound ornament b, and inner and outer border-mouldings c and d, and plane surfaces e and f, all shaped and disposed so as to present an appearance like that represented in the aforesaid photograph.
The design of the end-door, or panel G of the firebox, consists of the central ornament h and bordermoulding i, shaped and arranged so as to appear as shown in said photograph,
The design of each front door J consists essentially of the upright oblong apertures k, ornament l, and border-mouldings lm, all shaped and disposed as represented in said photograph, and the distinguishing feature of the design of the side-plate N is the ogeeform of the lower front-end portion o, ornamented with the border-moulding thereon, as shown in said photograph.
What we claim as our invention and production, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design of the plates A, G, J, and N, of a cookiug-stove, as herein described and shown.
