DESIGN FOR TI-IIEI PLATES OF A COOKS STO'VE.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, LUTHER W. HARWooD, of the city of Troy, in the county of Rensselaer, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for Plates of a Cooking-Stove, of which the following is a full and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying photographs, in which- Figure 1 representsa cooking-stove having my said design;
Figure 2 shows an oven-door;
Figure 3, an end door ofthe lire-box;
Figure 4, an end door of the ash-pit; and
Figure 5, a removable front plate, all of the same cooking-stove.
Like parts are marked by similar letters in the different figures.
My new design for the oven-door A consists of the central compound ornamentation b c on the panel, and rows of ornaments, al e, on the lborder-moulding, all shaped and arranged so as to appear as represented in iig. 2.
The design for the end doors, F and G, ofthe firebox and ash-pit, consists of the ornamentation h i on each panel, surrounded by the ornamented bordermoulding j, all formed and disposed so as to present the appearance shown by gs. 3 and 4.
The design for the removable front plate K consists of the panel l and border-moulding lm, shaped and combined so as to appear as shown in fig. 5; and the design for the upper front plate N consists essentially of the lettered oval tablet o, on the panel p, surrounded by the ornamental border-moulding q, all shaped and arranged as shown in fig. 1.
What I claim as my invention or production, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for the doors and plates A, F, Gr, K, and N, of a cooking-stove, as herein shown and described.
