DESIGN FOR A RANGE OR STOVE.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, NICHOLAS S. Vennen, of Troy, and TOBIAS S. HEISTER, of Lansingbnrg, in the county of Rensselaer' anti State of New York, have jointly invented and produced a Design for Plates of a Range or Stove, of winch the following is a specification, reference beingr had to the accompanying photographic representation of a cooking-range having our said design.

One part of our said design consists oi' the conipound ornament A and ribbed tablet B, shaped and arranged together upon and cast in one and the saine piece with a door or plate, (l, of a. stove or range, substantially as shown in the aforesaid photograph.

Another part of our design consists oi' the combination ofthe compound ornament A, ribbed tablet B, and border-molding D, all shaped and arranged upon and cast with a plate or door of a range or store, so as to present the appearance represented in the photograph.

Another part of our invention consists oi' the ornament-al design for the door or plate E, as distinguished bythe border-inoldingf, plane surface (j, tablet li, and center' ornament i, all shaped and disposed so as to appear as shown in the said photograph.

Another part of onr invention is thc design for the fire-door J, as distinguished by the ornamented, swelling ash-pit cover 7i', register I, and corner ornaments an, all shaped and arranged on the door so as to appear as represented in the photograph aforesaid.

Another part ot our invention is the particular dcsign for the leg M, as shown in the accompanying photograph.

The combination oi' the compound ornament A and raised tablet B, when shaped and arranged together upon and cast with a door or plate, C, ot' n stove or range, as herein shown and described.
