DESIGN FOR A STOVE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 13,455, dated November 28, 1882.

Application filed October 24, i882.

To all whom it may concern Be it known that we, H. CLAY BAscoM, a citizen ofthe United States, residing in the city of lIlroy, in the county of Rensselaer and State of New York,and TODIASS. HEISTER, a citizen of the United States, residing in the village of Lansingburg, in said county and State, have jointly invented and produced a new and original Design for Stoves, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanyingeut, print, or engraving of`a stove having said new design.

The design for the raised panel ornament A is composed of the two opposite straight upright edge parts, a, two opposite straight in.` cliued edge parts, b, and the two top and bottom convex edge parts, c, the inclined band d extending between said inclined edge parts and having the vine-form ornament c, the triangular grooved surfaces f, the top and bottom ornamental arcs,g g', and the upper and lowerradially-ornamented segmental surfaces, h, all shaped and arranged together substantially as shown in the accompanying print.

The design for the outer portion ofthe ovendoors consists of the edge-molding 'and the incut compound corner ornaments, j k l m, all shaped and arranged together so as to appear substantially as represented in the aforesaid eut.

The design for the large oven-door B consists of the central compound ornament, A, composed as above specified, in combination with the aforesaid outer ornaments, j l: l m, all shaped and arranged together substantially as shown in the aforesaid engraving.

The design for the compound panel ornament G consists of the opposite upright and and upper and lower convex edge aparts, c', the inclined band d', having the ornament e', the triangulargrooved surfaces f', and the upper and lower radialIy-ornamented quadrants, h', all shaped and arranged together substantially as shown iu the aforesaid cut.
