DESIGN FOR ELEVATED-OVEN COOKING-STOVE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 11,888, dated July 27, 1880.

Application filed June 14, 1880.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, GYEUS A. HoDGEs, ofthe city of Troy, in the county of Rensselaer and State of New York, and TOBIAS S. HEIS- 5 TER, of the village of Lansingburg, in said county and State, have jointly invented and produced a new and original Design for ElevatedOveu Cooking-Stoves, of which the fol lowing is a specification, reference being had 1o to the accompanying cut, print, or engraving of a stove having our said new design.

One feature of our invention is the design for the front of the elevated oven, the saine consisting of the central compound ornament..

15 A, composed of the inner flower-stem, b. on the background c, surrounded by the ova-l frame d, having` projections e f, the quadrilateral surface g around said oval frame, and the ornamental border h, all shaped and arranged tozo gether substantially as represented in the aforesaid cut, and with or without the corner and top and bottom ornaments, ij, or either of them.

Another feature is the design for the panels 25 of the end doors of the elevated oven, the same consisting ofthe compound central ornament, K, composed of the inner ower-stem, l, on the background m, surrounded by the oval frame a, having projections a n2, and the angular 3o corner ornaments, 0,0n the raised quadrilateral surface p, all shaped and arranged as shown in the aforesaid engraving.

The design for the lower front panels, W, is composed of the outer molding, o, the central orna ment, x,quadrilateral ground y, surrounded by the bead y', and the ornamented surface z, all shaped and combined as represented in the 45 aforesaid cut.

We do not herein claim the design for the skeleton shelf or rack V.

What We claim as ourjoint invention isl. The design for the front of the elevated 5o oven, composed of the parts A, b, c, d,e,f,g, and h, all shaped and arranged as specited and shown.

2. The design for the panels of the ovendoors, composed of the parts K, l, nmz, n', n2, o, 55 and p, all shaped and arranged as shown and described.

3. The design for the lower end panels, consisting of the parts q, 1", s, t, and u, all shaped and arranged as set forth.
