Данное изобретение касается легкого вещества, содержащего древесную массу, средняя плотность которой составляет от 200 до 600 кг/м, соответственно в пересчете на вещество, содержащее древесную массу, включает: А) от 30 до 95 масс. % древесных частиц; В) от 1 до 25 масс. % наполнителя, насыпная плотность которого составляет от 10 до 150 кг/м, выбранного из группы, включающей способные к вспениванию полимерные частицы и уже вспененные полимерные частицы; С) от 0,1 до 50 масс. % связующего агента. Для показателей d' по Розину-Раммлеру-Шперлингу-Беннету древесных частиц А) и частиц наполнителя В) используют следующую формулу: d' частиц А) ≤2,5 x d' частиц В).
