本实用新型涉及一种板材，具体是指一种人造复合板，是将聚苯泡沫板用特制粘合剂粘覆于两块轻质胶合板之间，本实用新型的优点是：重量轻，不吸潮，不变形，强度高，易于加工，外形美观，可广泛用于制作家具、装饰材料、建筑隔断等板材。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种板材，具体是指一种人造复合板。
过去制作家具或装饰用板材多为实木板，由于木板易变形、易劈裂，特别是浪费木材资源，因此逐渐被刨花板、中密度板等所代替。这种以刨花为基本材料的板材是用刨花与胶粘接在一起，节省了大量木材资源，而且不易变形。但是这种刨花板吸潮性较大，强度不高，而且重量重，搬运不方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种人造复合板，可以解决现有纤维板所存在的吸潮性大、强度不高、重量重等缺陷，是一种轻型、高强度、不变形的人造板材。
本实用新型人造复合板的结构是这样的：它由轻质胶合板(1)、轻质胶合板(3)和聚苯泡沫板(2)所构成，聚苯泡沫板(2)装设在轻质胶合板(1)和轻质胶合板(3)之间，并通过粘合剂粘接成一体。
由于聚苯泡沫板非常轻便，且不吸潮，与轻质胶合板(即木质三合板)粘接在一起，即可制成轻型复合板材。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的截面剖视图。
在聚苯泡沫板(2)的上下表面涂覆特制粘合剂，将胶合板(1)和胶合板(3)分别粘覆于聚苯泡沫板的上下表面，通过热压成型，即制成人造复合板。
本实用新型的优点是：重量轻，不吸潮，不变形，强度高，易于加工，外形美观，可广泛用于制作家具、装饰材料、建筑隔断等板材。

1、一种人造复合板，是由轻质胶合板(1)、轻质胶合板(3)和聚苯泡沫板(2)所构成，其特征在于：所述聚苯泡沫板(2)装设在轻质胶合板(1)和轻质胶合板(3)之间，并通过粘合剂粘接成一体。
