Abstract
Данное изобретение касается нового амидного производного и его фармацевтически приемлемой соли, которое селективно и эффективно ингибирует рост раковых клеток, вызванный сверхэкспрессией рецептора эпидермального фактора роста (EGFR), и также предотвращает развитие лекарственной устойчивости, вызванной мутацией EGFR тирозинкиназы, и фармацевтической композиции, которая содержит его как активный ингредиент.
