Description
本發明係有關於一種伸縮性及吸汗速乾性極優良,甚而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀的布帛及纖維製品。
以往在運動衣料領域中,有針對競賽選手的高機能商品之需求,從而有人提出使用捲縮纖維之伸縮布帛(例如專利文獻1或專利文獻2)。此外,尚有吸汗速乾性之需求。
然而,在伸縮性及吸汗速乾性方面尚不夠充分。

[發明所欲解決之課題]
本發明係有鑑於上述背景而完成者,其目的在於提供一種伸縮性及吸汗速乾性極優良,甚而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀的布帛及纖維製品。
[解決課題之手段]
本案發明人等為達成上述課題而致力進行研究的結果發現,透過使用特殊的複合絲來構成布帛,可獲得伸縮性及吸汗速乾性極優良,甚而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀的布帛,並進一步致力反覆研究而終至完成本發明。
如此,根據本發明,係提供「一種布帛,其包含複合絲,其特徵為前述複合絲包含捲縮絲與伸縮性纖維。」。
此時,前述捲縮絲較佳包含具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B。又,前述伸縮性纖維較佳為2成分以並列型或偏心芯鞘型接合而成的複合纖維、或聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯纖維。又,在前述捲縮絲或前述伸縮性纖維中,單纖維纖度較佳為0.00002~2.0dtex的範圍內。又,前述複合絲較佳為以交絡的個數1~150個/m實施交織加工的交絡絲。另外,在前述複合絲中,總纖度較佳為40~180dtex的範圍內。
本發明之布帛中,布帛較佳為織物或編物。又,根據JIS L 1018-1990所測得之橫向之伸縮性較佳為10%以上。又,根據JIS L 1018-1990所測得之橫向之伸縮性恢復率較佳為85%以上。又,藉由JIS L 1058-1995 D3法之鋼鋸進行測試15小時,抗勾絲性較佳為3級以上。
再者,根據本發明,係提供一種選自由衣料、內襯、襯裡、襪子、束腹帶、帽子、手套、睡衣、棉被外罩、被套及汽車座椅表皮材料所成群組的任一種纖維製品,其係使用前述之布帛而成。
[發明之效果]
根據本發明,可獲得一種伸縮性及吸汗速乾性極優良,甚而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀的布帛及纖維製品。
[實施發明之形態]
以下就本發明之實施形態詳細加以說明。本發明之布帛包含包含捲縮絲與伸縮性纖維的複合絲。此時,前述捲縮絲中較佳包含具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B。
於此,假撚捲縮加工絲有:在第1加熱器區域設置假撚之所謂的one heater假撚捲縮加工絲;及藉由將該絲進一步導入至第2加熱器區域並進行弛緩熱處理而減少扭矩之所謂的second heater假撚捲縮加工絲。又,根據施撚的方向,有具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲。於本發明中可使用此等假撚捲縮加工絲。
假撚捲縮加工的條件不予限定,假撚捲縮加工時的延伸倍率較佳為0.8~1.5的範圍。就假撚數,在假撚數(T/m)=(32500/(D)1/2
)×α之算式中,α較佳為0.5~1.5(更佳為0.8~1.2)的範圍內。惟,D為絲條的總纖度(dtex)。就使用之加撚裝置,盤式或帶式之摩擦式加撚裝置容易掛絲且斷絲亦較少而較為合適,惟亦可為栓釘(pin)方式之加撚裝置。
形成前述假撚捲縮加工絲A或假撚捲縮加工絲B的纖維可使用聚酯纖維、丙烯酸纖維、尼龍纖維、嫘縈纖維、乙酸酯纖維,甚而棉、羊毛、絹等天然纖維或此等複合而成者。聚酯纖維其至少1種成分包含含聚酯成分之複合纖維。所述複合纖維可例示並列型複合纖維、偏心芯鞘型複合纖維、芯鞘型複合纖維、海島型複合纖維等。又,尼龍纖維包含尼龍6纖維或尼龍66纖維。
形成聚酯纖維的聚酯較佳為以對苯二甲酸作為主要酸成分,且以選自由碳數2~6之烷二醇,即乙二醇、三亞甲基二醇、四亞甲基二醇、五亞甲基二醇、六亞甲基二醇所成群組的至少1種作為主要二醇成分的聚酯。其中,特佳為以乙二醇作為主要二醇成分的聚酯(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)或以三亞甲基二醇作為主要二醇成分的聚酯(聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯)。
所述聚酯亦可視需求具有少量(通常為30莫耳%以下)的共聚合成分。此時,所用對苯二甲酸以外的二官能性羧酸可舉出例如如間苯二甲酸、萘二羧酸、二苯基二羧酸、二苯氧基乙烷二羧酸、β-羥基乙氧基苯甲酸、對氧基苯甲酸、間苯二甲酸5-磺酸鈉、己二酸、癸二酸、1,4-環己烷二羧酸之芳香族、脂肪族、脂環族二官能性羧酸。又,上述二醇以外的二醇化合物可舉出例如如環己烷-1,4-二甲醇、新戊二醇、雙酚A、雙酚S之脂肪族、脂環族、芳香族之二醇化合物及聚氧烷二醇等。
前述聚酯可藉由任意方法合成。例如針對聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯的情形加以說明,可藉由第1階段反應與第2階段反應來製造;其中第1階段反應係使對苯二甲酸與乙二醇直接進行酯化反應、使如對苯二甲酸二甲酯之對苯二甲酸的低級烷基酯與乙二醇進行酯交換反應或使對苯二甲酸與環氧乙烷進行反應而生成對苯二甲酸的二醇酯及/或其低聚物;第2階段反應則是將第1階段的反應產物在減壓下加熱使其進行聚縮合反應至成為期望的聚合度。又,前述聚酯亦可為經材料回收或化學回收之聚酯、或如日本特開2004-270097號公報或日本特開2004-211268號公報所記載之使用包含特定的磷化合物及鈦化合物之觸媒而得到的聚酯。甚而,亦可為聚乳酸或立體錯合聚乳酸等具有生物分解性之聚酯。
又,前述聚酯中若含有相對於聚酯重量為0.1重量%以上(較佳為0.1~5.0重量%)的紫外線吸收劑,可對布帛賦予紫外線遮蔽性而較佳。所述紫外線吸收劑可例示苯并噁嗪系有機紫外線吸收劑、苯甲酮系有機紫外線吸收劑、苯并三唑系有機紫外線吸收劑、水楊酸系有機紫外線吸收劑等。其中,由不會在紡絲階段分解而言特佳為苯并噁嗪系有機紫外線吸收劑。
所述苯并噁嗪系有機紫外線吸收劑可較佳例示日本特開昭62-11744號公報所揭示者。亦即為2-甲基-3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮、2-丁基-3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮、2-苯基-3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮、2,2’-伸乙基雙(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮)、2,2’-四亞甲基雙(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮)、2,2’-對伸苯基雙(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮)、1,3,5-三(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮-2-基)苯、1,3,5-三(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮-2-基)萘等。
又,前述聚酯中若含有相對於聚酯重量為0.1重量%以上(較佳為0.2~4.0重量%)的消光劑(二氧化鈦),則可提升布帛的防透性而較佳。
再者,前述聚酯中亦可視需求含有微細孔形成劑(有機磺酸金屬鹽)、防著色劑、熱安定劑、阻燃劑(三氧化二銻)、螢光增白劑、著色顏料、抗靜電劑(磺酸金屬鹽)、吸濕劑(聚氧烷二醇)、抗菌劑、其他無機粒子的1種以上。
又,在具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B中,構成纖維之成分或單纖維橫剖面形狀或單纖維纖度若彼此不同,則布帛會呈現新穎的外觀而較佳。
此處所稱「成分不同」,非僅為異種聚合物之組合,亦包含為同種聚合物且第3成分或添加物不同之組合。可例示例如尼龍與聚酯、陽離子可染性聚酯與陽離子不染性聚酯、聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯與聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、氧化鈦的含量彼此不同的聚酯之組合(例如有光聚酯與半消光聚酯、有光聚酯與全無光聚酯、半消光聚酯與全無光聚酯等)等。
又,前述伸縮性纖維較佳為由聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯所成之以1成分構成的纖維、2成分以並列型或偏心芯鞘型接合而成的複合纖維、彈性纖維(聚胺基甲酸酯系纖維、聚醚酯系纖維、吸水性彈性體纖維等)、未延伸聚酯纖維等。尤以2成分以並列型或偏心芯鞘型接合而成的複合纖維可藉由加熱而展現螺旋狀的蜷曲而較佳。此外,伸縮性纖維較佳為與前述捲縮絲不同。
於此,前述複合纖維較佳為至少1成分由聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯或聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯所構成的複合纖維。具體而言,所述2成分可例示聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯與聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯與聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯與聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯與聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯等。
此處所稱聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯,係指由以對苯二甲酸丙二酯單元作為主要重複單元之聚酯所構成的纖維,意指對苯二甲酸丙二酯單位為50莫耳%以上,較佳為70莫耳%以上,更佳為80莫耳%以上,特佳為90莫耳%以上者。從而,其含有以作為第3成分之其他酸成分及/或二醇成分的合計量為50莫耳%以下,較佳為30莫耳%以下,更佳為20莫耳%以下,特佳為10莫耳%以下的範圍含有的聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯。
聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯係藉由使對苯二甲酸或其機能性衍生物與三亞甲基二醇或其機能的衍生物在觸媒的存在下,於適當的反應條件下進行縮合而製成。
添加之第3成分可舉出脂肪族二羧酸(草酸、己二酸等)、脂環族二羧酸(環己烷二羧酸等)、芳香族二羧酸(間苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸磺酸鈉等)、脂肪族二醇(乙二醇、1,2-三亞甲基二醇、四亞甲基二醇等)、脂環族二醇(環己烷二醇等)、芳香族二氧化合物(氫醌雙酚A等)、包含芳香族之脂肪族二醇(1,4-雙(β-羥基乙氧基)苯等)、脂肪族氧基羧酸(對氧基苯甲酸等)等。
前述聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯可為使3種成分共聚合而成者。又,亦可為經材料回收或化學回收者。甚而,還可為如日本特開2004-270097號公報或日本特開2004-211268號公報所記載之使用包含特定的磷化合物及鈦化合物之觸媒而得者。
前述聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯等中,亦可包含1種或2種以上之微細孔形成劑、陽離子染料可染劑、防著色劑、熱安定劑、螢光增白劑、消光劑、著色劑、吸濕劑、無機微粒子。
前述複合纖維可藉由例如日本特開2009-46800號公報所記載的方法來製造。
於本發明中,複合絲包含捲縮絲(較佳包含具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B)與伸縮性纖維。
此時,在前述捲縮絲或前述伸縮性纖維中,單纖維纖度較佳為0.00002~2.0dtex(更佳為0.1~1.0dtex,特佳為0.3~0.95tex)的範圍內。
又,在前述捲縮絲或前述伸縮性纖維中,就單纖維剖面形狀,除圓形剖面外,尚可例示橢圓形剖面、三角、四角、十字、扁平、帶窄縮扁平狀、H型、W型等。此時,剖面扁平度為2~6(更佳為3.1~5.0)的範圍內,由布帛的柔軟性而言係較佳,其中該剖面扁平度係以扁平剖面形狀之長度中心線方向的長度b相對於與此長度中心線方向成直角而交叉之方向上的最大寬度c1的比b/c1表示。又,此寬度之最大值c1相對於最小值c2的比c1/c2為1.05~4.00(更佳為1.1~1.5)的範圍內,由布帛的吸水性而言係較佳。
前述複合絲的製造方法不特別限定。例如,可將具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A、具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B與伸縮性纖維對齊排列,藉由空氣加工(交織加工或Taslan(註冊商標)加工)進行空氣混纖,亦可進行複合假撚或合撚。特佳為空氣混纖法。
此時,前述複合絲較佳為以交絡的個數1~150個/m實施交織加工而成的交絡絲。
此外,使前述3種絲條複合時,亦可適當變更超喂率。甚而,亦可首先使2種絲條複合後,在下一步驟中複合其他絲條。
所述複合絲其總纖度較佳為40~180dtex的範圍內。又,捲縮率較佳為2%以上(更佳為10~60%)。該捲縮率若未達2%,則有伸縮性降低之虞。
本發明之布帛包含前述複合絲。此時,前述複合絲係以相對於布帛重量含有50重量%以上為佳。
前述布帛的組織不特別限定,可為編物、織物任一種。較佳例示例如具有平紋織、斜紋織、緞紋織等織組織之織物,或具有平針編織、空針編織、雙羅紋編織、羅紋圓編織、凹凸組織(pique)、添紗組織、經平組織編、半紗羅組織等編組織之編物、不織布等,但不限定於此等。層數亦可為單層或2層以上之多層。其中,在獲得優良的伸縮性方面,較佳為編物(針織物)。尤以具有經編或緯編(圓編)組織的編物為佳。
此時,就前述編物,編物密度係以絲條數40~100/2.54cm且經圈數30~60/2.54cm為佳。
本發明之布帛中,布帛的基重較佳為50~200g/m2
的範圍內。
本發明之布帛可透過使用前述複合絲(視需求亦使用其他纖維),根據常用方法進行編製而得。
其次,較佳實施染色加工。此時,前述染色加工的溫度較佳為100~140℃(更佳為110~135℃);就時間而言,最高溫度的保持時間較佳為5~40分鐘的範圍內。較佳對施有染色加工的針織物實施乾熱最終固定。此時,乾熱最終固定的溫度較佳為120~200℃(更佳為140~180℃),時間較佳為1~3分鐘的範圍內。
藉由所述染色加工之熱處理,而使布帛含有2成分以並列型或偏心芯鞘型接合而成的複合纖維時,該複合纖維會展現潛在捲縮而成為螺旋狀。其結果,可賦予布帛優良的伸縮性。
又,較佳對本發明之布帛實施吸水加工(賦予親水化劑)。藉由對布帛實施吸水加工,可提升吸水性。所述吸水加工較佳例示例如使聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯或其衍生物、或者聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚乙二醇共聚物等親水化劑(吸水加工劑),相對於布帛重量以0.25~0.50重量%附著於布帛等。吸水加工之方法可例示例如在染色加工時將吸水加工劑混於染液中的浴中加工法;在乾熱最終固定前,將布帛浸漬於吸水加工液中並以軋液機擠壓的方法;採凹版塗佈法、網版印刷法等塗佈之加工方法等。
再者,亦可附加應用常用方法之起毬加工、賦予紫外線遮蔽或抗菌劑、消臭劑、防蟲劑、蓄光劑、再度返回反射劑、負離子產生劑、撥水劑等機能的各種加工。
如此所得之布帛係具有捲縮絲(較佳包含具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B)之柔軟的伸度,與複合伸縮性纖維(較佳為2成分以並列型或偏心芯鞘型接合而成的複合纖維)之優良的反沖(kick-back)性的獨特伸縮性,而呈現理想的壓合感。又,其具有隨機絲構造所產生的天然纖維調的優良質感與柔軟且具密度感的緊密性,而呈現具有高級感的質感。此外,其藉由複合2種不同的蜷曲(捲縮絲之微蜷曲與伸縮性纖維之螺旋狀蜷曲)之層構造絲所產生的毛細現象而具有優良的吸汗速乾性。甚而,實施撥水加工時,若捲縮絲包含具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B,則可藉由微細凹凸而具有優良的撥水性。
於此,在布帛的表背至少任一表面,根據JIS L1907-1998 5.1.2 Birec法所測得之吸水性較佳為7cm以上(更佳為7~15cm)。
又,在根據JIS L0217-1998、103法進行3次清洗後之布帛的表背至少任一表面,根據JIS L1907-1998 5.1.2 Birec法所測得之吸水性較佳為8cm以上(更佳為8~16cm)。
又,就抗勾絲性,藉由JIS L1058-1995 D3法之鋼鋸進行測試15小時,抗勾絲性較佳為3級以上。
此外,同時,本發明之布帛係因前述捲縮纖維而呈現伸縮性。就所述伸縮性,根據JIS L 1018-1990所測得之橫向伸縮性係以10%以上(較佳為15~150%,更佳為50~130%)為佳。又,根據JIS L 1018-1990所測得之橫向之伸縮性恢復率係以85%以上,較佳為90%以上為佳。
此外,根據本發明,係提供一種選自由衣料、內襯、襯裡、襪子、束腹帶、帽子、手套、睡衣、棉被外罩、被套及汽車座椅表皮材料所成群組的任一種纖維製品,其係使用前述之布帛而成。前述衣料包含時裝成衣、學生服、制服等。由於所述纖維製品係使用前述布帛,伸縮性及吸汗速乾性極優良,甚而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀。
實施例
以下舉出實施例對本發明詳細地進行說明,惟本發明不受此等任何限定。此外,實施例中的各物性係根據下述方法來測定。
(1)交織度
對交絡絲在8.82mN×標示號數(0.1g/de)的荷重下取1m的長度,移除荷重後,讀取在室溫下放縮24小時後的結節點數,以個/m表示。
(2)捲縮率
將測試絲條捲繞於周長為1.125m之測長機的四周,來調製乾纖度為3333dtex的絞紗。將前述絞紗懸掛於刻度板的掛釘上,測定對其下部分附加6g的初始荷重,並進一步附加600g的荷重時之絞紗的長度L0。其後,立即由前述絞紗移除荷重,由刻度板的掛釘上卸下,將此絞紗浸漬於沸水中30分鐘,使其顯現捲縮。將沸騰水處理後的絞紗由沸水中取出,藉由濾紙吸收去除絞紗所含水分,並於室溫下風乾24小時。將此經風乾之絞紗懸掛於刻度板的掛釘上,對其下部分施加600g的荷重,1分鐘後測定絞紗的長度L1a,其後由絞紗移除荷重,1分鐘後測定絞紗的長度L2a。測試長絲條的捲縮率(CP)係依下述式算出。

(3)橫向之伸縮性、橫向之伸縮性恢復率
根據JIS L 1018-1990來測定。
(4)抗勾絲性
藉由JIS L 1058-1995 D3法之鋼鋸進行測試15小時。
(5)基重
根據JIS L 1018-1998 6.4來測定。
(6)吸汗速乾性(殘留水分率)
對20×20cm的試片滴下純水0.6ml,在試片吸收水滴後將試料安裝於自動乾燥速度測定裝置,每隔5分鐘測定質量變化達90分鐘。根據作為吸汗速乾性之基準的55分鐘後之殘留水分率進行比較評定。
殘留水分率(%)=(任意時間所殘留之水滴下量÷測定開始時的水滴下量)×100
[實施例1]
使用陽離子不染性聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(消光劑的含有率0.3重量%,半消光(SD)),由一般的紡絲裝置以280℃進行熔融紡絲,以2800m/分的速度牽引,未經延伸即予以捲繞,而得到半延伸之聚酯絲條(總纖度35dtex/24根,單纖維的剖面形狀:圓形剖面,POY)。
其次,使用該聚酯絲條,以延伸倍率1.6倍、假撚數2500T/m(S方向)、加熱器溫度180℃、絲速350m/分的條件進行同時延伸假撚捲縮加工,而得到總纖度22dtex/24根的假撚捲縮加工絲A。
另一方面,使用前述聚酯絲條,以延伸倍率1.6倍、假撚數2500T/m(Z方向)、加熱器溫度180℃、絲速350m/分的條件進行同時延伸假撚捲縮加工,而得到總纖度22dtex/24根的假撚捲縮加工絲B。
又,在日本特開2009-46800號公報之實施例24所記載的方法中,僅改變總纖度與纖維數,得到總纖度33dtex/24根之聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)成分與聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)成分以並列型接合而成的複合纖維(伸縮性纖維)。
其次,將此等具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A、具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B與複合纖維(伸縮性纖維)進行併絲並進行空氣交絡處理,而得到複合絲(總纖度77dtex/72fil、捲縮率16%、扭矩0T/m)。此時,空氣交絡處理係使用交織噴嘴之交織加工,而賦予103個/m的交絡。
接著,使用46G(機號)之圓編機,使用前述複合絲編製成平針編織組織之圓編物。
然後,使用分散染料將該編物以溫度130℃、保持時間15分進行染色加工。此時,藉由將親水化劑(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚乙二醇共聚物)以相對於染液為2毫升/升的比例,在染色加工時進行同浴處理,而對編物賦予親水化劑。其次,對該圓編物以溫度160℃、時間1分鐘實施乾熱最終固定。
所得編物(布帛)其吸水速乾性、伸縮性優良,且因外觀或質感的不均感而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀。將評定結果示於表1。
[實施例2]

其次,使用該聚酯絲條,以延伸倍率1.6倍、假撚數2500T/m(S方向)、加熱器溫度180℃、絲速350m/分的條件進行同時延伸假撚捲縮加工,而得到總纖度22dtex/72根的假撚捲縮加工絲A。
另一方面,使用前述聚酯絲條,以延伸倍率1.6倍、假撚數2500T/m(Z方向)、加熱器溫度180℃、絲速350m/分的條件進行同時延伸假撚捲縮加工,而得到總纖度22dtex/72根的假撚捲縮加工絲B。
又,在日本特開2009-46800號公報之實施例24所記載的方法中,僅改變總纖度與纖維數,得到總纖度33dtex/24根之聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯成分與聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯成分以並列型接合而成的複合纖維(伸縮性纖維)。
其次,將此等具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A、具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B與複合纖維(伸縮性纖維)進行併絲並進行空氣交絡處理,而得到複合絲(總纖度77dtex/168fil、捲縮率13%、扭矩0T/m)。此時,空氣交絡處理係使用交織噴嘴之交織加工,而賦予98個/m的交絡。
其次,使用46G之圓編機,使用前述纖維編製成平針編織組織之圓編物。
然後,使用分散染料將該編物以溫度130℃、保持時間15分進行染色加工。此時,藉由將親水化劑(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚乙二醇共聚物)以相對於染液為2毫升/升的比例,在染色加工時進行同浴處理,而對編物賦予親水化劑。其次,對該圓編物以溫度160℃、時間1分鐘實施乾熱最終固定。
所得編物(布帛)其吸水速乾性、伸縮性優良,且因外觀或質感的不均感而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀。將評定結果示於表1。

其次,使用該聚酯絲條,以延伸倍率1.6倍、假撚數2500T/m(S方向)、加熱器溫度180℃、絲速350m/分的條件進行同時延伸假撚捲縮加工,而得到總纖度33dtex/36根的假撚強縮加工絲A。
另一方面,使用陽離子可染性共聚合聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(將間苯二甲酸5-磺酸鈉共聚合,消光劑的含有率0.3重量%,CD),由一般的紡絲裝置以280℃進行熔融紡絲,以2800m/分的速度牽引,未經延伸即予以捲繞,而得到半延伸之聚酯絲條(總纖度56dtex/36根,單纖維的剖面形狀:圓形剖面,POY)。
其次,使用該聚酯絲條,以延伸倍率1.6倍、假撚數2500T/m(Z方向)、加熱器溫度180℃、絲速350m/分的條件進行同時延伸假撚捲縮加工,而得到總纖度33dtex/36根的假撚捲縮加工絲B。
另準備總纖度56dtex/36根之單獨由聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯所構成的纖維(伸縮性纖維)。
其次,將此等具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A、具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B與總纖度56dtex/36根之單獨由聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯所構成的纖維(伸縮性纖維)進行併絲並進行空氣交絡處理,而得到複合絲(總纖度122dtex/108fil、捲縮率21%、扭矩0T/m)。此時,空氣交絡處理係使用交織噴嘴之交織加工,而賦予90個/m的交絡。
接著,使用28G之圓編機,使用前述複合絲編製成平針編織組織之圓編物。
然後,使用分散染料將該編物以溫度130℃、保持時間15分進行染色加工。此時,藉由將親水化劑(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚乙二醇共聚物)以相對於染液為2毫升/升的比例,在染色加工時進行同浴處理,而對編物賦予親水化劑。其次,對該圓編物以溫度160℃、時間1分鐘實施乾熱最終固定。
所得編物(布帛)其吸水速乾性、伸縮性優良,且因外觀或質感的不均感而具有如天然素材之質感及外觀。將評定結果示於表1。

所得編物其伸縮性優良,且因外觀或質感的不均感而呈現新穎外觀及新穎質感,但在速乾性方面較差。將評定結果示於表1。

根據本發明,可提供伸縮性及吸汗速乾性極優良的布帛及纖維製品,其工業價值極大。
Claims (3)
- 一種布帛,其包含複合絲,其特徵為前述複合絲包含捲縮絲與伸縮性纖維,前述捲縮絲包含具有S方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲A與具有Z方向之扭矩的假撚捲縮加工絲B,前述伸縮性纖維為2成分以並列型或偏心芯鞘型接合且至少1成分由聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯所構成的複合纖維、或聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯纖維,在前述捲縮絲或前述伸縮性纖維中,單纖維纖度為0.1~1.0dtex的範圍內,前述複合絲係以交絡的個數1~150個/m實施交織加工的交絡絲,在前述複合絲中,總纖度為40~180dtex的範圍內,布帛為編物,根據JIS L 1018-1990所測得之橫向之伸縮性為10%以上,並且根據JIS L 1018-1990所測得之橫向之伸縮性恢復率為85%以上。
- 如請求項1之布帛,其藉由JIS L 1058-1995 D3法之鋼鋸(hacksaw)進行測試15小時,抗勾絲性為3級以上。
- 一種選自由衣料、內襯、襯裡、襪子、束腹帶、帽子、手套、睡衣、棉被外罩、被套及汽車座椅表皮材料所成群組的任一種纖維製品,其係使用如請求項 1或2之布帛而成。
