(9)紫外線保護係数UPF
オーストラリアニュージーランド規格(AS/NZS;4399:1996)に従い、分光光度計を用いて280~400nmの紫外線透過率を測定し、これに所定のダメージ係数を考慮し算出する。
(10)防透性
試験者の目視判定により、4級:防透性に特に優れる、3級:防透性に優れる、2級:普通、1級:防透性に劣る、の4段階に評価する。
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%)を用いて通常の紡糸装置から280℃で溶融紡糸し、2800m/分の速度で引取り、延伸することなく巻取り、半延伸されたポリエステル糸条(単糸繊維の断面形状:丸断面)を得た。
実施例1において、糸種1の単糸数を変更して同様に糸種1(総繊度66dtex/144fil、捲縮率9.5%、トルク0T/m)を得た。また、使用する丸編機のゲージ数、糸種1、密度、目付け、厚さを表1の通り変更した。評価結果を表1に示す。
実施例2において、糸種1だけでなく、糸種2としてポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる仮撚捲縮加工糸(総繊度56dtex/72fil、捲縮率26%、トルク20T/m)も用いて密度、目付け、厚さを表1の通り変更した。その際、編組織を図2に示すニットミス組織とした。評価結果を表1に示す。なお、糸種1の重量比率は55重量%であった。
実施例3において、糸種1として実施例1と同じものを用いて、密度、目付け、厚さを表1の通り変更した。評価結果を表1に示す。なお、糸種1の重量比率は53重量%であった。
表1に示すように、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる仮撚捲縮加工糸(総繊度84dtex/72fil、捲縮率18%、トルク25T/m、艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%)を用いて編地を得た。評価結果を表1に示す。

表1に示すように、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる仮撚捲縮加工糸(総繊度84dtex/72fil、捲縮率18%、トルク25T/m、艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%)とポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる仮撚捲縮加工糸(総繊度56dtex/72fil、捲縮率26%、トルク20T/m、艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%)とを用いて編地を得た。評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (15)
- 30T/m以下のトルクを有する捲縮繊維を含む編地であって、編地の密度が60コース/2.54cm以上かつ45ウエール/2.54cm以上であり、かつ編地の厚さが0.45mm以下であることを特徴とする編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維が、S方向のトルクを有する仮撚捲縮加工糸とZ方向のトルクを有する仮撚捲縮加工糸とを含む複合糸である、請求項1に記載の編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維がインターレース加工を施された交絡糸である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維のトルクがノントルクである、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維において、単繊維繊度が0.3~1.3dtexの範囲内である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維において、総繊度が40~80dtexの範囲内である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維がポリエステル繊維またはナイロン繊維からなる、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 編地の目付けが130g/m2以下である、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 編地の厚さが0.30~0.45mmの範囲内である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 編地に親水化剤が付与されている、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 編地の表裏少なくともどちらか一方表面において、JIS L1907-1998 5.1.2 バイレック法により測定した吸水性が7cm以上である、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の編地。
- JIS L0217-1998、103法により3回の洗濯を行った後の編地の表裏少なくともどちらか一方表面において、JIS L1907-1998 5.1.2 バイレック法により測定した吸水性が8cm以上である、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の編地。
- AATCC TEST METHOD 201-2014より測定した乾燥性が10分以下である、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の編地。
- JIS L0217-1998、103法により5回の洗濯を行った後において、AATCC TEST METHOD 201-2014より測定した乾燥性が12分以下である、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の編地を用いてなる、衣料、裏地、芯地、靴下、腹巻、帽子、手袋、寝衣、布団側地、布団カバー、カーシート表皮材の群より選ばれるいずれかの繊維製品。
