經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 565583 A7 B7 五、發明説明p ) 本發明中所用的低沸點有機液體以具有1至6個碳原 子者爲佳。此處所謂的、、低沸點〃是指有機液體的沸點通 常不超過1 〇 〇 °c。這些液體使得粒狀固體維持細粒狀態 而不會有明顯結塊的情況發生。這樣的低沸點有機液體的 例子有:醇類(如:甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、異丙醇、異丁醇 之類)、酮類(如:丙酮、丁酮之類)和環狀醚類(如: 環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷和四氫呋喃)。也可以倂用前述液體 。較佳的液體是甲醇。 此低沸點有機液體的用量足以形成粒狀固體材料的分 散液。低沸點有機液體的用量基本上高至水性分散液之約 3 0體積%,以約3至5體積%爲佳,約3 · 5至 4 · 5體積%更佳。較佳的情況是:此疏水性粒狀固體加 至低沸點有機液體中而形成漿狀物,之後漿狀物以水稀釋 而形成水性分散液。所得的漿狀物維持顆粒的細粒形式, 其中大部分的顆粒分散至顆粒尺寸低於1 0微米。 下列實例說明本發明之實施例,不欲以其限制本發明 ,本發明之範圍由所附的申請專利範圍定義。 實例1 3克的疏水性黏土(Tfanslink® 77,Engelhard Corporation製造)分別以2、4、6、8和10毫升甲醇 稀釋。之後,樣品以去離子水稀釋至總體積爲1 0 0毫升 ,得到一系列分別含有2、4、6、8和1 0重量%甲醇 的漿狀物。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(匚奶)六4規格(210乂 297公漦)· 8 - (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
經濟部中央標率局負工消費合作社印製 565583 B7__ 五、發明説明$ ) 此甲醇/水漿狀物靜置2 4小時,之後將有兩面環繞 黏合帶的玻片浸泡在漿狀物中。藉由測定由疏水性顆粒的 水性分散液製得之乾燥顆粒薄膜的接觸角度以定出疏水性 。此處所用的靜態接觸角度是藉由畫出接觸點上的切線而 測得之介於液體和固體之間的平衡角度。以Wilhelmy技巧 ,動態接觸角度分析器記錄在玻片或另一面離開或浸入液 體中時的前進和後退接觸角度。潤濕力和接觸角度之間的 關係由下面所示之經修飾的Y 〇 u n g s等式表示: F = rpcos0 其中,F =潤濕力;r =液體表面張力;而p =潤濕周邊長度 此處所有的測定皆在水中使用有黏合帶環繞的玻片或 經粒狀固體塗覆的雙面膠帶進行。使用鉑片進行水表面張 力之校正。 角度小於90度視爲親水性,而角度大於90度視爲疏水 性。各種乾燥的顆粒薄膜之接觸角度以Cahn DCA(Dynamic Contact Angle動態接觸角)儀器測定。其結果示於表1。所 有根據本發明形成的薄膜皆具疏水性,其接觸角皆遠大於 9 0度。 以與前述相同的方式但未使用甲醇地製得對照組樣品 。未使用甲醇,疏水性黏土浮在水面上,即使劇烈振動也 不會被潤濕。 實例2 3 克的 Translink® 77 (Engelhard Corporation 製造)分別 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(21 OX 297公釐)~ΓοΊ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
