Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 水分散液であって、 a)疎水性外側表面を有する粒子状固体材料、 b)上記粒子状固体材料が水中で分散液を形成しかつ乾燥時に該疎水性外側 表面を保持することを可能にするに充分な量の低沸点有機液、および c)水、 を含んで成る水分散液。 2. 該粒子状固体材料が非疎水性コアと疎水性外側表面を含んで成る請求の 範囲第1項記載の水分散液。 3. 該低沸点有機液の量が該水分散液の約30体積%以下である請求の範囲 第1項記載の水分散液。 4. 該低沸点有機液の量が該水分散液の約3から5体積%である請求の範囲 第1項記載の水分散液。 5. 該低沸点有機液の量が該水分散液の約3.5から4.5体積%である請 求の範囲第1項記載の水分散液。 6. 該低沸点有機液が炭素原子を1から6個有する請求の範囲第1項記載の 水分散液。 7. 該低沸点有機液がアルコール類、ケトン類、環状エーテル類およびそれ らの混合物から成る群から選択される請求の範囲第6項記載の水分散液。 8. 該低沸点有機液がメタノールである請求の範囲第7項記載の水分散液。 9. 該粒子状固体材料が該粒子の90%に及んで約10ミクロン以 下の粒子サイズを有すると言った粒子サイズ分布を示す請求の範囲第1項記載の 水分散液。 10. 該粒子状固体材料が炭酸カルシウム、マイカ、タルク、カオリン、ベ ントナイト、粘土、アタパルジャイト、ピロフィライト、ウォラストナイト、シ リカ、長石、砂、石英、チョーク、石灰石、ケイソウ土、バライト、セラミック 、ガラスおよび有機微細球、三水化アルミニウム、セラミック繊維、ガラス繊維 、着色剤および二酸化チタンから成る群から選択される請求の範囲第1項記載の 水分散液。 11. 疎水性連続フィルムを基質上に生じさせる方法であって、 a)疎水性外側表面を有する粒子状固体材料をスラリーが生じるに充分な 量の低沸点有機液に添加し、 b)上記スラリーを水に添加して上記粒子状固体材料の水分散液を生じさ せ、 c)上記水分散液を該基質に塗布し、そして d)該水分散液の乾燥を可能にすることで、上記粒子状固体材料の疎水性 連続フィルムを該基質上に生じさせる、 ことを含む方法。 12.該低沸点有機液の量を該水分散液の約30体積%以下にする請求の範囲 第11項記載の方法。 13. 段階(d)が該水分散液を蒸発させることを含む請求の範囲第11項 記載の方法。 14. 該低沸点有機液が炭素原子を1から6個有する請求の範囲第11項記 載の方法。 15. 該低沸点有機液をアルコール類、ケトン類、環状エーテル類 およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択する請求の範囲第14項記載の方 法。 16. 該低沸点有機液がメタノールである請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。 17. 該基質を農業作物、木、植物、木材、コンクリート、土壌、織物およ び固体状有機化学品から成る群から選択する請求の範囲第11項記載の方法。 18. 非疎水性コアと疎水性外側表面を含んで成る粒子状固体材料を上記低 沸点有機液に添加することを含む請求の範囲第11項記載の方法。 19. 請求の範囲第11項記載の方法を用いて作られた疎水性連続フィルム 。
