518277 A7 B7 五、發明説明(1) 本發明係關於一種在申請專利範圍第1項之前文中所 述之方式的方法,用以製造可連續浮花壓印熱塑性膜表面 的浮花壓印輥。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 在德國專利3 4 0 5 9 8 5 C2中已知一種製造可連 續浮花壓印熱塑性膜表面之浮壓印輥,其中表面結構藉多 重澆鑄方法以衍生自天然粒子圖形。雖然此已知方法導致 產製具有連續表面結構之矽浮花壓印輥之所要結果,此已 知方法的顯著缺點是實施中間步驟以製成表面結構之高成 本。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 在申請專利範圍第1項之前文中所述之形式的方法由 德國專利4 4 4 1 2 1 6 C 2得知,其中在矽橡膠製之浮 花壓印輥之浮花壓表面中之浮花壓印結構直接藉雷射光束 加工來製成,且浮壓印輥,以通常已知之與位置一和表面 有關之方式被除去,相當於圖形之表面結構。此已知方法 也達成尚的圖形真貫性’特別是對極細表面結構而言。此 已知教導的優點是浮花壓印|昆的浮花壓印表面直接製成, 無需任何中間步驟。此起前述之已知方法,此方法得到顯 著的時間節省以及產製,多樣不同表面結構之另一選擇方 法。缺點是矽橡膠輥極敏感且易受破壞,其結果是在某些 浮壓印及操作時間後,現有之浮花壓印輥必須用新的浮花 壓印輥來代替,此至終需要使用雷射光束之浮花壓印表面 的複雜加工。 本發明的目的是要改良在申請專利範圍第1項之前文 中所述之形式的方法,以簡化多重浮花壓印輥之產製以交 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ' -4- 518277 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2) 換經使用之浮花壓印輥。 本發明之目的是藉申請專利範圍第1項之特徵部分中 所述之教導達成。 本發明之基本觀念是要依圖形改良已知之構成輥表面 的方法’其方式是使浮花壓印表面不藉雷射光束來複寫, 而是藉澆鑄方法。使用此澆鑄方法產製之浮花壓印輥會在 熱塑性膜製成表面,該膜品質相當於經由依前述德國專利 4 4 4 1 2 1 6 C 2之現有技藝方法可得者。此澆鑄方法 藉使用一輔助輥成爲可能,在輔助輥之平滑表面中,浮花 壓印結構不是如前述已知方法一般以負型製造,而是正型 。因此,可能直接自輔助輥表面藉澆鑄在矽橡膠中產製浮 花壓印表面。就此而論,一層均勻厚度的矽橡膠傾倒或分 布在具有正浮花壓印結構之輔助輥表面上且硫化以產生浮 花壓印基質,其方式使具有負結構之浮花壓印表面形成在 該浮花壓印基質中。硫化後,管狀浮花壓印基質由內往外 翻且粘在浮花壓印輥之周圍表面上,而負結構之浮花壓印 表面面向外。此浮花壓印輥隨後可直接被使用以供熱塑膠 表面之連續浮花壓印。 很多浮花壓印基質可以自輥助輥之正結構表面發生。 因爲此澆鑄方法是簡單的且不需很多時間,它並不絕對需 要數個代替的浮花壓印輥在手上。若需要,浮花壓印基質 常可快速地產生且粘至浮花壓印輥。 當然,重要的是,由矽橡膠製之浮花壓印基質在硫化 後由輔助輥表面接離。爲此之故,矽橡膠比塑膠更不適合 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210 X 297公釐) I-------裝^-- (請先聞讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 518277 A7 B7 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(3) 在輔助輥之周圍表面區域,因爲分離用之工具可能破壞浮 花壓印表面之細結構。本發明之發展因此提供塑膠在欲安 置之輔助輥表面區域中,其方式是使經傾倒或分布在此表 面上之矽橡膠可以在硫化後自輔助輥表面分離。在輔助輥 周圍表面區域中之塑膠有利地是腈丁二烯橡膠。依本發明 之方法不僅應用在浮花壓印輥上,且以類似方式地,也應 用至浮花壓印之打印器上以將塑膠膜表面連續浮花壓印。 供雷射用之控制訊號可以藉掃描物理性存在之表面結 構如皮革圖形而得或來自數位產生之資料領域。在每一情 況中,控制訊號可在送至雷射前被處理,例如藉去親密化 者。 實例 一層腈丁二烯橡膠首先應用至具有平滑周圍表面之輔 助輥,其有利地由鋼製成。輔助輥被轉動,且雷射光束被 導引以平行於輔助輥之轉動軸而通過其周圍表面,其方式 是使實質整個周圍表面被覆蓋。在雷射光束相對輔助輥表 面的移動期間,雷射光束以藉掃描圖形之表面所得之控制 訊號的函數形式受控制。此表面被光學地或機械地掃描, 且產生相關於此掃描之電訊,此電訊直接用來控制雷射。 電訊的極性是使輔助輥之表面中產生的浮花壓印結構成爲 欲產生之所要表面結構的表面結構的正型。 在以此方式將正浮花壓印結構提供給輔助輥之整個表 面後,一層均勻厚度之矽橡膠被傾倒或應用至此,且該表 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) " ' ' -h 一 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •裝· 訂 ▲ 518277 A 7 B7 五、發明説明(4) 面而後被熟化或交聯以產生浮花壓印基質。此浮花壓印基 質由輔助輥表面拉離,而後由內往外翻且粘至乳花壓印輥 之周圍表面,而其負結構浮花壓印表面面向外。浮花壓印 輥而後可直接用來在熱加壓力下浮花壓印熱塑膠表面。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -裝. 如 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐)
