Claims (18)

  1. 쉬트 재료의 적어도 한 면의 제 1 부위에 시각적 무늬를 인쇄하는 단계, 상기 쉬트 재료의 상기 제 1 부위와 다른 상기 적어도 한 면의 제 2 부위에 액체 상태의 수지를 가하는 단계, 상기 수지에 대하여 광 회절 무늬 형태의 표면 부조 무늬의 주형을 유지시켜 상기 수지의 표면이 상기 무늬와 일치되도록 하는 단계, 상기 수지가 상기 주형에 부착되어 있을 때 상기 쉬트 재료를 통하여 상기 수지로 화학 작용 복사선을 유도하여 경화시키는 단계, 경화된 수지로부터 상기 주형을 분리시켜 표면 부조 무늬가 복사된 경화된 수지가 상기 쉬트 재료에 남아 있도록 하는 단계, 상기 분리된 부위의 거의 경화된 수지에만 표면 부조 무늬를 따라 반사성 재료를 피복시키는 단계가 포함되어, 상기 쉬트 재료는 순차적 단계의 연속 공정으로 통상의 인쇄 및 광회절 무늬 처리를 받는 쉬트 재료의 연속 공정 처리 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연속 공정의 일부로 상기 반사성 피복된 경화 수지 표면 부조 무늬에 거의 투명한 추가 피막을 입히고, 상기 추가 피막의 적어도 일부 위에 시각적 무늬를 인쇄하는 단계가 더 포함되는 방법.
  3. 쉬트 재료의 적어도 한 면의 제 1 부위에 액체 상태의 수지를 가하는 단계, 상기 수지에 대하여 광 회절 무늬 형태의 표면 부조 무늬의 주형을 유지시켜 상기 수지의 표면이 상기 무늬와 일치되도록 하는 단계, 상기 수지가 상기 주형에 부착되어 있을 때 상기 쉬트 재료를 통하여 상기 수지로 화학 작용 복사선을 유도하여 경화시키는 단계, 경화된 수지로부터 상기 주형을 분리시켜 표면 부조 무늬가 복사된 경화된 수지가 상기 쉬트 재료에 남아 있도록 하는 단계, 상기 분리된 부위의 거의 경화된 수지에만 표면 부조 무늬를 따라 반사성 재료를 피복시키는 단계, 상기 쉬트 재료의 상기 적어도 한 면의 제 1 부위와 다른 제 2 부위에 시각적 무늬를 인쇄하는 단계가 포함되어, 상기 쉬트 재료는 순차적 단계의 연속 공정으로 통상의 인쇄 및 광회절 무늬 처리를 받는 쉬트 재료의 연속 공정 처리 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연속 공정의 일부로 상기 반사성 피복된 경화 수지 표면 부조 무늬에 거의 투명한 추가 피막을 입히는 단계가 더 포함되는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 연속 공정의 일부로 그라비어(Gravure) 실린더를 이용하여 상기 반사성 피복된 경화 수지 표면 부조무늬에 거의 투명한 추가 피막을 입히는 단계가 더 포함되는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 쉬트 재료가 처음에는 시각적으로 백지 상태인 방법.
  7. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 연속 공정이 상기 쉬트 재료의 개별적으로 전달된 조각에 반복되는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 연속 공정이 연속된 웨브(web)형태의 상기 쉬트 재료에 반복되는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 반사성 재료의 피복 단계에 거의 수지 형상의 마스크(mask)를 통하여 상기 경화된 수지에 알루미늄을 증착시키는 단계가 포함되는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 화학 반응 복사선을 유도하는 단계에 상기 쉬트 재료를 통하여 상기 수지에 전자 비임을 유도하는 단계가 포함되는 방법.
  11. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 수지에 대하여 표면 부조 무늬를 유지시키는 단계에 상기 표면 부조 무늬로 물체의 3차원 영상을 나타내는 홀로그램 형태의 회절 무늬를 가진 표면 부조 무늬를 선택하는 단계가 포함되는 방법.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지를 가하고 수지에 대하여 표면 부조 무늬를 유지시키는 단계에 요구되는 회절 패턴에 해당되는 형상 및 부위를 가진 지지 표면의 돌출부에 상기 표면 부조 무늬 주형을 설치하는 단계, 상승된 주형을 주위의 지지 표면에 닿지 않게 수지의 수용체와 접촉시키는 단계, 상승된 주형에 대하여 쉬트 재료를 접촉시키는 단계가 포함되는 방법.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 쉬트 재료가 유연한 방법.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 쉬트 재료가 종이인 방법.
  15. 쉬트 재료에 인쇄를 하기 위하여 공급원으로부터 상기 쉬트 재료를 받아들이는 수단, 인쇄된 쉬트 재료에 홀로그램을 직접 형성시키기 위하여 인쇄 수단으로부터 인쇄된 쉬트 재료를 받아들이는 수단이 포함되는 쉬트 재료의 처리 장치.
  16. 쉬트 재료에 홀로그램을 직접 성형시키기 위하여 공급원으로부터 상기 쉬트 재료를 받아들이는 수단, 쉬트 재료에 인쇄를 하기 위하여 홀로그램 형성 수단으로부터 쉬트 재료를 받아들이는 수단이 포함되는 쉬트 재료의 처리 장치.
  17. 제15항 또는 16항에 있어서, 상기 공급원으로부터 상기 인쇄 수단 및 상기 홀로그램 형성 수단을 통하여 상기 쉬트 재료의 연속된 웨브를 이동시키는 수단이 더 포함되고, 상기 인쇄 수단 및 홀로그램 형성 수단은 개별적 서류 또는 물품이 제조되도록 상기 쉬트 재료 상에서 반복 작동되는 장치.
  18. 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 홀로그램 형성 수단에, 적어도 하나의 돌출부가 있는 대체로 원통형 표면을 가진 드럼, 상기 돌출부에 부착된 표면 부조 홀로그램 원판, 수지가 드럼 원통면의 다른 부분에 가해지지 않도록 액체 주조 수지를 상기 홀로그램 원판에 가하기 위하여 상기 드럼의 옆에 있는 수단, 쉬트 재료가 홀로그램 원판과 접촉을 유지하도록 하고, 이 접촉중 쉬트 재료를 통하여 수지로 화학 작용 복사선을 유도시켜 상기 쉬트 재료에 홀로그램이 직접 주조되도록 하는 수단, 상기 쉬트 재료에 주조된 홀로그램의 거의 전체에 걸쳐 반사성 물질의 층이 형성되도록 상기 접촉 유지 및 복사(radiation) 수단으로부터 쉬트 재료를 받아들이는 수단이 포함되는 장치.
