五、發明説明(3 ) 中所含之電子(e )及質子(H+)相化合而還原之,故可變成 H2〇(水),而消去活性氧。 依據本發明之第2狀態,在醫療用水之製造方法中,-首先須準備具有被隔膜分離之含陰極之陰極室與含陽極之 陽極室之電解水生成器。將至少含有鈉、鉀、鎂、鈣離子 之原水分別送入上述陽極室及上述陰極室内。在上述陰極 及上述陽極間,將對於2枚電極及1牧隔膜之範圍爲 〇,16mA/cm2〜3.2mA/cm2之電流通電〇·5秒〜5秒,以電解上 述原水。之後,取出位於陰極室内之水。依此方法所得之 陰極水係,發現到具有可除去活性氧之能力。 依據本發明之第3狀態之透析裝置具備用來電解水之 電解水生成裝置,用來過濾來自上述電解液貯藏槽的陰極 水之過濾裝置、及用來供給以藉由上述過濾裝置所導出之 陰極水作爲透析液之透析液供給裝置。 依據本發明之第3狀態之透析裝置係,由於具備電解 水生成裝置,故可使用除去形成諸疾病原因的活性氧之陰 極水作爲透析液而供給至人體,因此除具血液透析效果 外,亦可除去患者血液中之活性氧。 依據本發明之第4狀態之透析裝置係,具備電解水之 電解水生成裝置、用來煮沸來自上述電解水生成裝置的陰 極水之煮沸裝置、及用來供給使用導至上述煮沸裝置之降 極水作爲透析液之透析液供給裝置。 依據本發明之第4狀態之透析裝置,由於具備煮沸裴 置’故可將陰極水中所含之細菌殺死。 6 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁}
本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準 (CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ^519 五、發明説明(4 ) [發明之實施形態] ’ 實施形態1 圖1係有關製造本發明的醫療用水之電解水生成器之 概念圖。電解水生成器(HD_30)係其備含_以_室2 及含陽桎3之陽極室4。陰極室2與陽極室4係藉由隔膜5 而=離之。陰極室2上接續有用來取出陰極液之陰極液取 出官6,陽極室4上接續有用來將陽極水排出外部之排水 管7。陰極室2及陽極室4上分別接續有給水管8,而可 供給自來水、地下水、丼水等至少含有納、卸、錢、_ 子之原水。 —將自來水及地下水、并水等原水送至陰極室2及陽極 ^ 4,而在陰極i及陽極3間,將對於〕牧電極及工枚隔 膜之範圍爲0.16mA/Cm2〜3.2mA/cm2之電流在室溫(18 〜22 °C)下通電〇·5秒〜5秒,以電解原水,而得具以下特性 之作爲醫療用水之陰極水。又,本説明書中所示之氧化還 原電位(ORP)係採用東亞電波(株)製之〇Rp測定器(rm_ 12P),使用白金電極所測定出之實測値。 PH:8.0〜9.5 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製

實施例2 發明説明(

煮滞前 煮沸後 PH 9.26 9.64 ORP OmV PH 11.2 10.7 ORP -150mV _1^3mV 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210x297公釐) 經濟部中夬標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 ____________B7 五、發明綱(7 ) ' '-- 表2係使用日本高知市的水而在高知市進行測定後之 數據,表3係使用曰本永都市的水而在京都市進行測定後 的數據。當煮滞陰極水後,氧化還原實測値在_68mv〜 + 55mV之範圍内,故可得經殺菌處理之醫療用水。 如此般所得之陰極水(煮滞前及煮沛後)係,放置80小 時以上亦呈安定,於密封狀態下,可保存i年左右而不產 生特性之劣化。 實施形態2 /本發明之實施形態係有關使用具上述特性之陰極水作 爲透析液之經改良的透析裝置。 在説明本發明前,首先説明習知之透析裝置。 圖5係習知透析裝置之概念圖。參照圖5,令自來水(原 水)通過沈澱過濾器丨而除去灰塵,使用軟水化裝置2進行 軟水化,藉由活性碳過渡裝置3除去色菌素氣胺内毒 素,通過UV殺菌燈4,而送至逆滲透裝置5。將經加壓 之水迗至逆滲透裝置5,約1/2的水可透過,殘留下來的 則棑水處理掉。所透過之水爲無菌水,之後蓄積於如槽6 中,使用UV殺菌燈7殺菌,再透過微孔過渡器8,而送 土透析液供給裝置9。在此處,將經處理的水與小蘇打原 液及電解原液在既定比例下進行混合,通過脱氣裝置,以 作爲透析液供給至人體1〇。 藉由透析裝置所進行之企液透析係,在稱作滲析器之 透析器中介由膜使得循環於患者體内之血液及透析液(電 解質液的1種)行物質交換而治療之,以進行血液中溶質的 本紙張尺度 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
505519 A7 B7 五、發明説明(8 ) , 除去及供給、與過剩水分之除去。慢性腎不全患者係通常 必須接受每週3次、1次4小時之血液透析。供給至透析 器之透析液流量係,由於通常爲500m"分,故每1次治療 所使用之透析液量爲每一個人500 m"分X 240分=12萬 m€=120升。由於如此般之血液透析必須使用大量的水以進 行治療,故對患者而言血液透析所使用的水之影響極大。 本發明的實驗形態乃著眼於,係有關於利用上述之具有特 定組成陰極水之透析裝置。 圖6係有關本發明的實施形態2之透析裝置之概念 圖。 有關本發明實施形態2之透析裝置與圖5所示之習知 的透析裝置之不同點爲,在UV殺菌燈4與逆浸透裝置5 之間裝設有電解水生成裝置a及電解水貯藏槽b。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 令自來水(原水)通過沈澱過濾器1而除去灰塵,使用 軟水化裝置2軟水化,藉由活性碳過濾裝置3除去色菌素· 氯胺·内毒素,於通過UV殺菌燈4後送至電解水生成裝 置a,於此處進行電解。將藉由電解所得之陰極水貯藏於 電解水貯藏槽b内,並送至逆滲透裝置5。此時,所送來 水之1/2會通過,未通過之殘留則通至設於逆滲透裝置5 與電解水貯藏槽b間之回流用管路1,藉由泵P而回流至 電解水貯藏槽B。通過逆滲透裝置5的水爲無菌之純水, 貯存於R0水槽6中,於通過UV殺菌燈7、微孔過濾器8 後送至透析液供給裝置9。此處,經處理之水與小蘇打原 液及電解質原液以既定比例進行混合,之後通過脱氣裝置 11 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) 505519 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 __ ___B7_五、發明説明(9 ) 而作爲透析液供給至人體10。 圖7係,將圖6所示之活性碳過濾裝置3、電解水生 成裝置(HD-30)a、電解水貯藏槽6及逆滲透裝置5等部分 取出而做更詳細圖示者。 本發明的實施形態中係例示出設置4個電解水生成器 (HDOO),但本發明並不以此爲限。 又,上述發明的實施形態之透析裝置係例示出設置有 電解液貯藏槽者,但本發明並不以此爲限,並非一定得具 有電解液貯藏槽,亦可將來自電解水生成裝置3之水直接 供給至逆滲透裝置5。 又,上述發明的實施形態中,係使用逆滲透過遽裝置 作爲過濾陰極水裝置之例示,但本發明並不以此爲限,亦 可使用中空纖維膜過濾裝置進行過濾。 使用本發明實施形態2之透析裝置,除了可得習知之 血液透析效果外,並可除去患者血液中之活性氧。結果, 可減少對於慢性腎不全等患者所需之透析頻率,又,由於 可縮短透析時間,故可達到減少被透析器拘束的時間之效 果。 實施形態3 圖8係有關本發明實施形態3的透析裝置之概念圖。 圖8所示之透析裝置與圖6所示之透析裝置係,由於除了 =下<點外其他完全相同,故以同一參考號代表同一或相 當之部分,而不再重覆其説明。 圖8所示之透析裝置與圖6所示透析裝置之不同點如 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁 、^1 12 本紙張尺度適 (210X297公釐)
