Abstract
本發明提供一種於將鄰接之防汙用黏著片材之端部重疊而進行貼附之情形時,可防止來自重疊之部分之剝離的防汙用黏著片材及防汙處理方法。本發明之防汙用黏著片材係包含基材層、設置於該基材層之一側之黏著層、及設置於另一側之防汙層者,且於端部具有自該防汙層向外側延伸之包含該基材層與該黏著層之接著部分。
Description
本發明係關於一種具有接著部分之防汙用黏著片材及使用有該防汙用黏著片材之構造物之防汙處理方法。
先前,以防止汙垢或冰雪之附著、防止藤壺等附著生物之附著等為目的,提出有於各種構造物之表面貼附防汙片材(例如,專利文獻1)。於在大型構造物等之廣大之面積上貼附防汙片材之情形時,於片材寬度之增大中存在限度,故而必須貼附複數個防汙片材。此時,若於鄰接之防汙片材間存在間隙,則由於汙垢或附著生物等附著於該間隙,故而較佳為無間隙地進行貼附。
作為無間隙地貼附複數個防汙片材之方法,例如可列舉:將端部對接進行貼附之方法、將端部重疊而進行貼附之方法(例如,專利文獻2)等。又,於熱塑性片材之情形時,提出有對重疊之端部進行加熱而使黏著層活化後進行加壓接著之方法(例如,專利文獻3)。然而,於將端部對接而進行貼附之方法中,必須考慮片材之收縮或膨脹,實際上非常難以消除間隙。又,於將端部重疊而進行貼附之方法或加熱後進行加壓接著之方法中,根據防汙層或基材層之種類而無法獲得充分之接著力,從而有自重疊之部分產生剝離之情形。此種剝離可藉由增強防汙片材之接著力而抑制,但於該情形時,來自已劣化之防汙片材之構造物表面之剝離去除極其困難,從而有再施工時之作業性明顯降低之問題。

本發明係為了解決上述問題而完成者,其目的在於提供一種於將鄰接之防汙用黏著片材之端部重疊而進行貼附之情形時,可防止來自重疊之部分之剝離的防汙用黏著片材及防汙處理方法。
根據本發明,提供一種防汙用黏著片材。本發明之防汙用黏著片材包含基材層、設置於該基材層之一側之黏著層、及設置於另一側之防汙層,且於端部具有自該防汙層向外側延伸之包含該基材層與該黏著層之接著部分。
根據較佳之實施形態,對上述接著部分之上述基材層側表面實施易接著處理。
根據較佳之實施形態,上述接著部分之端部成為以自上述基材層側表面朝向上述黏著層側表面而厚度變薄之方式傾斜之傾斜面。
根據較佳之實施形態,上述防汙層之表面為難接著性。
根據本發明之另一態樣,提供一種構造物之防汙處理方法。本發明之防汙處理方法包含:將複數個上述防汙用黏著片材以於一防汙用黏著片材之接著部分上重疊鄰接之另一防汙用黏著片材之黏著層表面的方式,依次貼附於進行防汙處理之構造物之表面。
根據較佳之實施形態,上述防汙處理方法包含:以上述防汙用黏著片材之重疊寬度大於上述接著部分之寬度之方式重疊,並切斷超
過上述接著部分而重疊之部分。
本發明之防汙用黏著片材包含基材層、設置於該基材層之一側之黏著層、及設置於另一側之防汙層,且於端部具有自該防汙層向外側延伸之包含該基材層與該黏著層之接著部分。於該接著部分之基材層側表面將鄰接之防汙用黏著片材之黏著層表面重疊進行貼附,藉此,重疊之部分可牢固地密接,因而可較佳地防止來自該部分之剝離。

設置於另一側之防汙層30。防汙用黏著片材100係於其長度方向之一端部具有自防汙層30向外側延伸之包含基材層10與黏著層20之接著部分40。又,於防汙用黏著片材100之黏著層20表面,設置有剝離膜50。於先前之防汙用黏著片材中,藉由利用撥水處理等將防汙層設為難接著性、或不設置防汙層而將基材層自身設為難接著性而體現防汙機能者較多,即便重疊該等之端部進行貼附亦由於表面為難接著性故而無法獲得充分之接著力。相對於此,根據具有接著部分40之防汙用黏著片材100,如圖2所圖示,藉由於一防汙用黏著片材之接著部分上重疊另一防汙用黏著片材之黏著層表面,而可將鄰接之防汙用黏著片材依次重疊進行貼附。其結果為,即便於防汙層具有難接著性之表面之情形時,亦可以優異之接著力重疊黏貼鄰接之防汙用黏著片材。
接著部分40之端部較佳為成為以自基材層10側表面朝向黏著層20側表面而厚度變薄之方式傾斜之傾斜面41。藉由如此設置傾斜面41,而可防止當於接著部分上重疊貼附鄰接之防汙用黏著片材時之空氣之咬入。又,於以防止空氣之咬入等為目的而一面使用包含界面活性劑之施工液一面進行貼附之情形時,可容易將該施工液自其重疊之端部擠出。傾斜面41之傾斜角度θ可根據基材層10及黏著層20之厚度、物性等而適當地進行設定。防汙層30之接著部分40側之端部亦就相同之觀點而言,可成為以朝向基材層10側表面而厚度變薄之方式傾斜之傾斜面。
圖3(a)係本發明之另一較佳之實施形態之防汙用黏著片材之概略立體圖。防汙用黏著片材200係於鄰接之2邊之端部具有自防汙層30向外側延伸之包含基材層10與黏著層20的俯視呈L字型之接著部分40。根據具有接著部分40之防汙用黏著片材200,如圖3(b)所圖示,能夠以於2邊之端部之接著部分上分別重疊另一防汙用黏著片材之端部之方式,依次貼附鄰接之防汙用黏著片材。
雖未圖示,但防汙用黏著片材100或200亦可進而包括任意適當之其他層。又,於防汙用黏著片材之防汙層30表面,亦可設置剝離膜。
本發明之防汙用黏著片材之形狀可根據構造物之形狀等而為任意適當之形狀。代表而言為矩形,例如,可為長條狀。於本說明書中,所謂「長條狀」係指長度(長度方向)相對於寬度(寬度方向)為10倍以上。長條狀之防汙用黏著片材可以捲筒狀供給,故而可提高處理性及作業性。
防汙用黏著片材之寬度或長度係根據構造物之形狀等而設定為任意適當之寬度或長度。防汙用黏著片材之寬度例如可為20cm以上,例如可為30cm~5m。
防汙用黏著片材之厚度係根據其中所包含之各層之厚度,於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,設定為任意適當之厚度。防汙用黏著片材之厚度較佳為50μm~5000μm。
接著部分之寬度係根據防汙用黏著片材之形狀、尺寸等而設定為任意適當之寬度。接著部分之寬度例如為10mm以上,較佳為20mm以上。若為此種寬度,則可充分發揮作為接著部分之功能,故而可較佳地獲得本發明之效果。就經濟性、作業性等觀點而言,接著部分之寬度之上限例如為100mm以下。
接著部分之基材層側表面與上述黏著層之接著力較佳為進行防汙處理之構造物表面與黏著層之接著力以上,更佳為超過構造物表面與黏著層之接著力。藉此,於將鄰接之防汙用黏著片材之端部重疊進行貼附時,可於一黏著片材之接著部分上(基材層側表面)非常牢固地密接另一黏著片材。其結果為,不會將上述構造物表面與防汙用黏著片材之接著力增加至該黏著片材之剝離去除較困難之等級,而可較佳
地防止來自重疊之部分之剝離。接著部分之基材層側表面與黏著層之接著力(23℃下拉伸速度300mm/min時之180度剝離接著力)較佳為15N/20mm以上,更佳為20N/20mm以上。再者,於將防汙用黏著片材自構造物表面剝離去除時,可將複數個黏著片材集中剝離,故而重疊之部分達到接著,兩者亦可一體化。
於接著部分之基材層側表面,可視需要實施易接著處理。藉由易接著處理,可提高對於重疊於其上之黏著層之接著力。作為易接著處理,可使用任意適當之化學表面處理、物理表面處理、及其組合。作為具體例,可列舉:金屬、氧化物、無機物等之蒸鍍;氧氣、氮氣、氬氣等之濺鍍;電漿處理;利用鹽酸、硫酸、硝酸等酸、氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀等鹼、或有機溶劑之表面處理;UV/臭氧之照射;電暈放電處理;火焰處理;偶合劑之塗佈;利用模具之形狀轉印、噴砂、延伸彎折之粗面化處理;利用對基材形成材料添加填料、偶合劑等之表面改質處理等。
又,亦可將藉由與黏著層之形成材料反應而可與黏著層接著之材料塗佈於接著部分之基材層側表面。
作為上述基材層,於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,可採用任意適當之基材層。作為此種基材層之材料,較佳為耐水性、強度、柔軟性、破裂性優異者。作為此種基材層之材料,例如可列舉:聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、聚胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸系樹脂、橡膠系樹脂、氯乙烯樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚矽氧樹脂、彈性體類、氟樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂、聚烯烴樹脂(聚乙烯、聚丙烯等)、聚苯乙烯樹脂、聚碳酸酯系樹脂等。此種基材層之材料可僅為1種,亦可為2種以上。
基材層之伸長率較佳為100%以上,更佳為120%以上,進而較佳為150%以上。藉由基材層之伸長率為100%以上,防汙用黏著片材可
良好地追隨各種各樣之構造物之形狀,不僅可良好地貼附於平面,而且亦可良好地貼附於彎曲部(如存在於船體表面之曲面部分、90度角之部分、銳角部分等)。於基材層之伸長率未達100%之情形時,無法充分追隨各種各樣之構造物之形狀,會產生皺褶或黏著劑之未接著部分,從而有成為外觀不良或接著不良之原因之虞。就基材層之強度之觀點而言,基材層之伸長率之上限較佳為2000%以下。
基材層之斷裂點應力較佳為10MPa以上,更佳為12MPa以上,進而較佳為15MPa以上。於基材層之斷裂點應力未達10MPa之情形時,於將已使用之防汙用黏著片材自構造物剝落時,基材層頻繁地切斷,從而有作業效率明顯惡化之虞。
上述基材層之伸長率及斷裂點應力可依據JIS7161、JIS7162、JIS7172進行測定。
基材層之彈性模數較佳為4000MPa以下,更佳為1000MPa以下,進而較佳為100MPa以下,尤佳為50MPa以下。藉由基材層之彈性模數為4000MPa以下,防汙用黏著片材可良好地追隨各種各樣之構造物之形狀,提高施工性。就基材層之處理性之觀點而言,基材層之彈性模數之下限較佳為0.1MPa以上。
基材層係於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,亦可包含任意適當之添加劑。作為此種添加劑,例如可列舉:烯烴系樹脂、聚矽氧系聚合物、液狀丙烯酸系共聚物、黏著賦予劑、抗老化劑、受阻胺系光穩定劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗氧化劑、抗靜電劑、聚伸乙基亞胺、脂肪醯胺、脂肪酸酯、磷酸酯、潤滑劑、界面活性劑、填充劑或顏料(例如,氧化鈣、氧化鎂、二氧化矽、氧化鋅、氧化鈦、碳黑等)等。
基材層較佳為包含紫外線吸收劑。藉由基材層包含紫外線吸收劑,而提高防汙用黏著片材之耐候性。於基材層不含紫外線吸收劑之情形時,於野外之使用中因太陽光故基材容易劣化,從而有難以維持
最初之基材強度之虞。而且,若基材劣化,則於將已使用之防汙用黏著片材自構造物剝落時,基材層頻繁地切斷,從而有作業效率明顯惡化之虞。
基材層之厚度可根據用途或使用環境等而採用任意適當之厚度。基材層之厚度較佳為20~500μm。若基材層之厚度薄於20μm,則處理性變差,不會發揮作為基材之作用,從而有並不實用之虞。若基材層之厚度厚於500μm,則無法充分追隨構造物之形狀,片材之重疊之部分之凹凸變大,從而有容易附著汙垢之虞。
於基材層之設有防汙層之部分,為提高與防汙層之密接性,亦可預先塗佈底塗劑。又,亦可對基材層預先添加矽烷偶合劑。例如,於防汙層包含聚矽氧樹脂之情形時,因作為聚矽氧樹脂之特性之低表面能,而有對基材層之密接性較低之情形。若防汙層與基材層之密接性較低,則發揮防汙效果之防汙層因使用中之衝擊或物理破壞而自基材層剝離,從而有無法維持本來之防汙效果之虞。因此,可對基材層之表面預先塗佈底塗劑而提高與防汙層之密接性,或者利用矽烷偶合劑將與聚矽氧樹脂反應之矽烷醇基或烷氧基矽烷基導入至基材層中,於縮合型聚矽氧樹脂之塗佈時使其與基材層上之反應基進行縮合反應而提高密接性。
矽烷偶合劑可僅為1種,亦可為2種以上。作為市售之具體之矽烷偶合劑,例如可列舉:信越化學工業(股)製造之KBM5103、KBM1003、KBM903、KBM403、KBM802等。
於在基材層中含有矽烷偶合劑之情形時,基材層中之矽烷偶合劑之含有比率較佳為0.01~10重量%。於基材層中之矽烷偶合劑之含有比率超過10重量%之情形時,矽烷偶合劑成為交聯點而有基材層變硬之虞。於基材層中之矽烷偶合劑之含有比率未達0.01重量%之情形時,有於基材層與防汙層之間無法體現充分之密接性之虞。
亦可對基材層之設有黏著層之側之面實施易接著處理。藉由實施易接著處理,而可抑制剝離去除時之糊劑殘留。作為易接著處理,可列舉:與上述對接著部分之基材層側表面實施之處理相同之處理。
作為上述黏著層,於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,可採用任意適當之黏著層。作為此種黏著層之材料,例如可列舉:丙烯酸系樹脂系黏著劑、環氧樹脂系黏著劑、胺基樹脂系黏著劑、乙烯基樹脂(乙酸乙烯酯系聚合物等)系黏著劑、硬化型丙烯酸系樹脂系黏著劑、聚矽氧樹脂系黏著劑等。黏著層之材料可僅為1種,亦可為2種以上。
黏著層之23℃下拉伸速度300mm/min時之180度剝離接著力較佳為30N/20mm以下,更佳為20N/20mm以下,進而較佳為15N/20mm以下。於黏著層之23℃下拉伸速度300mm/min時之180度剝離接著力超過30N/20mm之情形時,難以將已使用之防汙用黏著片材自構造物剝離,從而有作業效率明顯惡化之虞。就可維持充分之黏著力之觀點而言,黏著層之23℃下拉伸速度300mm/min時之180度剝離接著力之下限較佳為5N/20mm以上。
上述黏著層之180度剝離接著力例如可以如下方式進行測定。即,將黏著層積層於基材上製成黏著片材,並將其切斷為80mm×20mm之試驗片尺寸。使用30mm×100mm×厚度2mm之於環氧樹脂中加入玻璃布而強化之塑膠FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics,纖維強化塑膠)板作為被黏著體。以2kg輥往返1次而將試驗片貼合於被黏著體,於23℃下放置30分鐘後,以拉伸速度300mm/min測定初期之180度剝離接著力。
黏著層係於接觸於海水時,該黏著層中之接觸於海水之部分之壓縮彈性模數相對於海水接觸前的該黏著層中之壓縮彈性模數較佳為1.1倍以上,更佳為1.2倍以上,進而較佳為1.5倍以上。於使黏著層接
觸於海水時,若該黏著層中之接觸於海水之部分之壓縮彈性模數為海水接觸前的該黏著層中之壓縮彈性模數之1.1倍以上,則於水中亦可體現良好之接著性。就處理性之觀點而言,使黏著層接觸於海水時的該黏著層中之接觸於海水之部分之壓縮彈性模數相對於海水接觸前之該黏著層中之壓縮彈性模數的倍率之上限較佳為100倍以下。
黏著層之厚度可根據用途或使用環境等而採用任意適當之厚度。黏著層之厚度較佳為10μm以上。若黏著層之厚度薄於10μm,則無法充分追隨構造物之形狀,接著面積減少,從而有無法體現充分之黏著力之虞。就處理性之觀點而言,黏著層之厚度之上限較佳為100μm以下。
作為防汙層,於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,可採用任意適當之防汙層。就較佳地防止汙垢等之附著之觀點而言,防汙層之表面較佳為難接著性。
防汙層之形成材料例如包含氟系樹脂、聚矽氧系樹脂、三聚氰胺系樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂等表面能較小之樹脂。
防汙層較佳為進而包含防汙劑。防汙劑可僅為1種,亦可為2種以上。於防汙層包含防汙劑之情形時,該防汙劑移行至作為基質之上述樹脂之表面並覆蓋表面,藉此,可長期維持較高之防汙效果。
作為防汙劑,於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,可採用任意適當之防汙劑。作為此種防汙劑,例如可列舉:聚矽氧油、液態石蠟、界面活性劑、蠟、石蠟脂、動物脂類、脂肪酸等。於本發明中可使用之防汙劑較佳為選自聚矽氧油、液態石蠟、界面活性劑中之至少1種。作為1個實施形態,防汙層可為包含聚矽氧油及/或液態石蠟之聚矽氧系樹脂層或氟系樹脂層。
作為聚矽氧油,例如可列舉:信越化學工業(股)製造之KF96L、
KF96、KF69、KF99、KF50、KF54、KF410、KF412、KF414、FL;Dow Corning Toray股份有限公司製造之BY16-846、SF8416、SH203、SH230、SF8419、FS1265、SH510、SH550、SH710、FZ-2110、FZ-2203。
作為界面活性劑,例如可列舉:陰離子系界面活性劑、陽離子系界面活性劑、非離子系界面活性劑等。
作為防汙劑,亦可使用矽藻附著防止劑、農藥、醫藥品(美托咪定等)、酶活性抑制劑(烷酚、烷基間苯二酚等)、生物忌避劑。藉由使用該等防汙劑,而進一步提高矽藻或藤壺等水生生物之附著防止效果。
防汙層中,防汙劑相對於上述樹脂之含有比率較佳為2重量%以上,更佳為2~200重量%,進而較佳為3~150重量%,尤佳為4~120重量%,最佳為5~100重量%。於防汙劑相對於上述樹脂之含有比率未達2重量%之情形時,有無法充分體現防汙層之防汙效果之虞。於防汙劑相對於上述樹脂之含有比率超過200重量%之情形時,有最終成形品或被膜之外觀不良之虞,又,有防汙層之強度降低而無法維持防汙性之虞。
防汙層於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,亦可包含任意適當之其他添加劑。
又,作為防汙層形成材料,亦可使用市售之塗料組合物。作為該市售之塗料組合物,例如可列舉:中國塗料公司製造之商品名「Pellercln」及「Bioclean」;NKM Coatings公司製造之商品名「Everclean」等。
防汙層之厚度可根據用途或使用環境等而採用任意適當之厚度。防汙層之厚度較佳為5~500μm。若防汙層之厚度薄於5μm,則有效發揮防汙效果之期間變短,從而有並不實用之虞。若防汙層之厚
度厚於500μm,則防汙用黏著片材變厚而重量變大,故而處理性惡化,片材之重疊之部分之凹凸變大,從而有容易附著汙垢之虞。
防汙用黏著片材可藉由任意適當之方法而製造。作為此種方法,例如可列舉:貼合個別準備之基材層與黏著層,繼而,以於1邊以上之端部留出未處理部分(最終成為接著部分)之方式將防汙層形成材料塗佈於基材層上而形成防汙層的方法;將黏著層形成材料塗佈於基材層之一面而形成黏著層,繼而,以於1邊以上之端部留出未處理部分之方式將防汙層形成材料塗佈於基材層之另一面而形成防汙層的方法;對基材層形成材料與黏著層形成材料進行共擠壓而形成基材層/黏著層之積層體,繼而,以於1邊以上之端部留出未處理部分之方式將防汙層形成材料塗佈於基材層上而形成防汙層的方法等。
作為將防汙層形成材料塗佈於基材層上之方法,例如可列舉:噴霧塗佈、刷塗、滾筒塗佈、淋幕式塗佈、輥塗、浸漬塗佈等。藉由利用該等方法將防汙層形成材料塗佈於基材層上,並以例如室溫至250℃之溫度(較佳為室溫至180℃之溫度)使其乾燥,而可形成防汙層。
作為於接著部分之端部設置傾斜面之方法,例如可列舉:於基材層之成膜硬化後進行切削;於成膜硬化中以刮漿板進行成形;使邊緣塌陷;於塗佈時使塗佈端部產生因流動所引起之塌陷;對塗佈機之塗液吐出部端部賦予錐形而連續地減少對端部之吐出量等。又,作為於防汙層之接著部分側之端部設置傾斜面之方法亦可使用與上述相同之方法。
圖4係對本發明之防汙處理方法進行說明之概略圖。本發明之防汙處理方法包含:將複數個上述防汙用黏著片材以於一防汙用黏著片
材100之接著部分40上重疊鄰接之另一防汙用黏著片材100之黏著層20表面的方式,依次貼附於進行防汙處理之構造物300之表面。重疊寬度較佳為接著部分之寬度以上。藉由如此重疊,而可以防汙層無間隙地覆蓋構造物,故而可均勻地獲得防汙效果。
於較佳之實施形態中,如圖5所例示,以重疊寬度大於接著部分40之寬度之方式重疊,繼而,切斷超過接著部分而重疊之部分。藉由以此種方式貼附,無需精密之位置對準故而可提高貼附時之作業性。
進行防汙處理之構造物只要具有表面以防止汙染,則可為任意適當之構造物。作為該構造物,例如可列舉:船舶、浮標、港灣設備、海上油田設備、發電站之冷卻水供水路徑、工廠之冷卻水供水路徑等之水中構造物、風力發電用螺旋槳、橋墩、建築物、汽車、重機、飛機類。
以下,對本發明之實施例進行說明,但本發明並不限定於此。
於反應容器中,投入及混合丙烯酸異基酯(大阪有機化學工業(股)製造)71重量份、丙烯酸正丁酯(東亞合成(股)製造)19重量份、聚(氧四亞甲基)二醇(三菱化學(股)製造)68.4重量份、二月桂酸二丁基錫0.01重量份、氫化苯二甲基二異氰酸酯(三井化學聚胺基甲酸酯(股)製造)25.5重量份,並於65℃下使之聚合5小時,藉此,獲得混合物1。
於所獲得之混合物1中,添加及混合3-丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷(信越化學工業(股)製造)1重量份、三羥甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯5重量份、二苯基(2,4,6-三甲氧基苯甲醯基)氧化膦(BASF製造)0.25重量份、商品名「Tinuvin123」(BASF製造)1.25重量份、商品名「Tinuvin400」(BASF製造)0.6重量份,藉此,獲得漿液1。
以成為150μm之厚度之方式將所獲得之漿液1塗佈於隔片(商品名「MRF38」,三菱樹脂(股)製造)之表面,形成漿液層。於氮氣沖洗環境下,以紫外線燈(黑光燈)對該漿液層照射紫外線(照度:3.4mW/cm2,累積照射量:2000mJ/cm2)使之聚合硬化,藉此,獲得基材層。
於反應容器中,投入丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯90重量份、丙烯酸10重量份、光聚合起始劑(商品名「Irgacure651」,BASF製造)0.1重量份並加以混合,一面進行攪拌一面照射紫外線,藉此,使之UV聚合至可塗佈之黏度。於所獲得之混合物中,添加及混合1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯0.08重量份,以成為50μm之厚度之方式將其塗佈於隔片(商品名「MRF38」,三菱樹脂(股)製造)之表面。於氮氣沖洗環境下,以紫外線燈(黑光燈)對該塗佈層照射紫外線(照度:3.4mW/cm2,累積照射量:2000mJ/cm2)使之聚合硬化,藉此,獲得黏著層。
以乾燥後之厚度成為100μm之方式,使用敷料器將防汙用塗料組合物(中國塗料(股)製造,製品名「Pellercln」)塗佈於上述基材層之一面,並於150℃下使之乾燥10分鐘,形成防汙層。此時,藉由將基材寬度設為200mm,將用於防汙層之塗佈之敷料器寬度設為180mm,而於基材之一端部殘留20mm寬度之未塗佈部(接著部分)。於所形成之防汙層之端部,產生由乾燥時因流動產生之塌陷所引起之30度左右之傾斜角。繼而,於該基材層之另一面貼合上述黏著層,獲得防汙用黏著膠帶1。所獲得之防汙用黏著膠帶1之構成係防汙層(厚度:100μm)/基材層(厚度:150μm)/黏著層(厚度:50μm)。
於圖5所示之方法中貼附防汙用黏著膠帶1。具體而言,對具有塗佈有防蝕塗料(中國塗料(股)製造,製品名「Bannoh500」)之鋼板表
面之小船貼附防汙用黏著膠帶1。繼而,以越過該防汙用黏著膠帶1之20mm之接著部分20mm左右的方式貼附第2片防汙用黏著膠帶1,並將超過接著部分而重疊之部分切斷去除。其後,以貼附部位浸漬於海水中之狀態放置,觀察到經時變化,但重疊部之密接牢固且無貼附狀態之變化。又,嘗試該防汙用黏著膠帶之剝離,結果2片之接縫牢固地一體化,於重疊部未產生剝離。另一方面,可實行來自小船本體之剝離。
將防汙用塗料組合物之未塗佈部之寬度設為30mm、及對該未塗佈部實施電暈處理,除此以外,以與實施例1相同之方式獲得具有30mm寬度之接著部分之防汙用黏著膠帶2。
與實施例1同樣地將防汙用黏著膠帶2貼附於FRP船。其後,以貼附部位浸漬於海水中之狀態放置,觀察到經時變化,但重疊部之密接牢固且貼附狀態無變化。又,嘗試該防汙用黏著膠帶之剝離,結果2片之接縫牢固地一體化,於重疊部未產生剝離。另一方面,可實行來自船本體之剝離。
於具備冷卻管、氮氣導入管、溫度計、及攪拌機之反應容器中,投入作為(甲基)丙烯酸系單體之丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2EHA,東亞合成(股)製造)90重量份、丙烯酸(AA)10重量份、作為光聚合起始劑之2,2-二甲氧基-1,2-二苯基乙烷-1-酮(商品名「Irgacure651」,BASF製造)0.1重量份並使之分散,一面進行攪拌一面於氮氣流下自上部進行UV照射,藉此,使一部分之單體轉化為聚合物並調整至可塗佈之黏度,獲得(甲基)丙烯酸系單體混合物。於該(甲基)丙烯酸系單體混合物中,添加作為交聯劑之1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)0.08重量份。
以敷料器將其塗佈於隔片(商品名「MRF38」,三菱樹脂(股)製造,厚度50μm)之表面,以手壓輥貼合覆蓋隔片(商品名「MRF38」,三菱樹脂(股)製造,厚度38μm),進而利用紫外線燈(BL型)照射紫外線(紫外線照度:3.4mW/cm2,累積照射量:2000mJ/cm2),藉此,獲得厚度50μm之黏著層。
將胺基甲酸酯樹脂基材(Sheedom(股)製造,製品名「DUS451」,厚度100μm,寬度250mm)用作基材層。
利用敷料器將以100:10:5之比率混合加成型聚矽氧彈性體(Wacker Asahikasei Silicone(股)製造,製品名「LR7665」)、液態石蠟(和光純藥工業(股)製造)及矽烷偶合劑(信越化學工業(股)製造,製品名「KBM5103」)而成之混合液塗佈於上述基材層,形成厚度100μm之漿液層。於150℃下將該漿液層處理5分鐘使之硬化,於基材層上形成防汙層。再者,所形成之防汙層之寬度為180mm,基材層之兩端部成為未設有防汙層之未塗佈部(接著部分)。
以手壓輥貼合上述黏著層與附有防汙層之基材層,繼而,將未設有防汙層之兩端之未處理部之一者切除。藉此,獲得於一端部具備35mm寬度之未塗佈部(接著部分)之防汙用黏著膠帶3。所獲得之防汙用黏著膠帶3之構成為防汙層(厚度:100μm)/基材層(厚度:100μm)/黏著層(厚度:50μm)。
與實施例1同樣地,對具有塗佈有防蝕塗料(中國塗料(股)製造,製品名「Bannoh500」)之鋼板表面之小船貼附防汙用黏著膠帶3。進行與實施例1相同之評價,結果所獲得之效果與實施例1同等。
對基材層之整個表面塗佈防汙用塗料組合物,除此以外,以與實施例1同樣地獲得不具有接著部分之防汙用黏著片材C1。
藉由將所獲得之防汙用黏著片材C1對接端部,而以於接縫未產生間隙之方式貼附於以150μm之厚度塗佈有防汙塗料組合物(中國塗料公司製造,製品名「Pellercln」)之鋼板(厚度2mm)。其後,將該鋼板浸漬於人工海水中放置,結果因利用貼附時之應力緩和之基材之收縮,而於接縫產生間隙。
以與比較例1相同之方式獲得不具有接著部分之防汙用黏著片材C2。
將所獲得之防汙用黏著片材C2以30mm之重疊寬度將端部重疊,並貼附於塗佈有防汙塗料組合物(中國塗料公司製造,製品名「Bannoh 500」)之鋼板(厚度2mm)。其後,將該鋼板浸漬於人工海水中並放置,結果重疊之部分剝離。
本發明之防汙用黏著片材及防汙處理方法可較佳地應用於構造物之表面之汙染防止。

Claims (9)
- 一種防汙用黏著片材,其係包含基材層、設置於該基材層之一側之黏著層、及設置於另一側之防汙層者,且於端部具有自該防汙層向外側延伸之包含該基材層與該黏著層之接著部分。
- 如請求項1之防汙用黏著片材,其中對上述接著部分之上述基材層側表面實施易接著處理。
- 如請求項1之防汙用黏著片材,其中上述接著部分之端部成為以自上述基材層側表面朝向上述黏著層側表面而厚度變薄之方式傾斜之傾斜面。
- 如請求項2之防汙用黏著片材,其中上述接著部分之端部成為以自上述基材層側表面朝向上述黏著層側表面而厚度變薄之方式傾斜之傾斜面。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之防汙用黏著片材,其中上述防汙層之表面為難接著性。
- 一種構造物之防汙處理方法,其包含:將如請求項1至4中任一項之複數個防汙用黏著片材,以於一該防汙用黏著片材之接著部分上重疊鄰接之另一該防汙用黏著片材之黏著層表面的方式,依次貼附於進行防汙處理之構造物之表面。
- 一種構造物之防汙處理方法,其包含:將如請求項5之複數個防汙用黏著片材,以於一該防汙用黏著片材之接著部分上重疊鄰接之另一該防汙用黏著片材之黏著層表面的方式,依次貼附於進行防汙處理之構造物之表面。
- 如請求項6之構造物之防汙處理方法,其包含:以上述防汙用黏著片材之重疊寬度大於上述接著部分之寬度之方式重疊,並切 斷超過上述接著部分而重疊之部分。
- 如請求項7之構造物之防汙處理方法,其包含:以上述防汙用黏著片材之重疊寬度大於上述接著部分之寬度之方式重疊,並切斷超過上述接著部分而重疊之部分。
