Abstract
Aşağıdaki adımları içeren, yüzey tabakası taneciklerini inceltici bir sıcak kesme yöntemi sağlamaktır: bir çelik levhayı ostenitlemek için çelik levhayı ısıtma ve Ac3 ila 1400°C arasındaki bir sıcaklık aralığında tutma; ardından çelik levha bir pres kalıbı üzerine yerleştirilmiş bir durumdayken çelik levhayı kesme ve kesilmiş çelik levhayı hızlıca soğutarak suverme, burada kesme işleminin bir başlangıç sıcaklığı çelik levhanın daha önce ölçülen bir Ar3 değerine 30°C ila 140°C arasında bir sıcaklık eklenerek elde edilen bir sıcaklığa (°C) ayarlanır.
