Claims (12)
- 炭素含有率が0.15質量%以上の鋼板を、Ac3〜1400℃の範囲で加熱・保持してオーステナイト化を行った後、金型へ設置して剪断加工を行い、急冷して焼入れ処理する熱間剪断加工方法において、前記剪断加工を開始する温度を、予め測定した前記鋼板のAr3に30〜140℃を加えた温度(℃)とする表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 炭素含有率が0.15質量%以上の鋼板を、Ac3〜1400℃の範囲で加熱・保持してオーステナイト化を行った後、金型へ設置して剪断加工を行い、急冷して焼入れ処理する熱間剪断加工方法において、前記剪断加工を開始する温度を、予め測定した前記鋼板のAr3に剪断加工部の表層の相当塑性歪量に40〜60の係数を乗じたものとして算出される値を加えた温度(℃)とする表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 前記剪断加工部の表層の相当塑性歪量を、前記剪断加工部の剪断面から前記剪断面の法線方向で鋼板の内側に前記鋼板の板厚の5〜20%の範囲で、かつ当該剪断加工部のバリ側の下面から前記鋼板の板厚方向に当該鋼板の板厚の20〜50%の範囲である領域の相当塑性歪量の平均値として算出する請求項2記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 前記剪断加工部の表層の相当塑性歪量を、鋼板温度が500〜800℃の応力・歪線図に基づいて行う数値シミュレーションにより算出する請求項2又は3に記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 前記剪断加工部の表層の相当塑性歪量を、下記式(1)のMisesの降伏関数に基づいて算出する請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 鋼板が金型に接触してから鋼板の剪断加工を開始するまで3秒以内である請求項1又は2記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 前記金型に前記鋼板を接触させることにより前記急冷を行う請求項1又は2に記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 前記金型の鋼板接触部に設けた孔より噴出する水が、前記鋼板接触部に設けられた溝を通されることで前記急冷を行う請求項1又は2に記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 前記鋼板に対する前記加熱と前記剪断加工との間に、当該鋼板に破断を伴わないプレス成形を行う請求項1または2に記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工方法。
- 炭素含有率が0.15質量%以上の鋼板の剪断断加工部において破断面から剪断面の法線方向で鋼板の内側に100μmの範囲の表層は、フェライト相と残部とからなり、前記残部は結晶粒径が3μm以下のベイナイト相、マルテンサイト相、残留オーステナイト相の内の少なくとも1相、及びセメンタイト並びに生成不可避な介在物を有し、前記フェライト相の平均粒径は3μm以下であって、かつ、アスペクト比3以上の粒を個数で5%以上含み、さらに該100μmの範囲外はマルテンサイトと生成不可避な介在物、または、ベイナイトとマルテンサイト、および生成不可避な介在物で構成される表層細粒化熱間剪断加工部品。
- 前記表層において前記セメンタイトの個数密度が0.8個/μm3以下であり、かつ、当該セメンタイトの最大長が3μm以下である請求項10記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工部品。
- EBSD(電子線後方散乱回折法)観察により測定される前記ベイナイト相及びマルテンサイト相及び残留オーステナイト相を合計した前記表層における面積率が10〜50%である請求項10又は11に記載の表層細粒化熱間剪断加工部品。
