Abstract
En un método de prensado en caliente en el que se fabrica un producto formado en prensa (8 ó 9) al llevar a cabo prensado en caliente sobre un material en bruto (7) usando un molde metálico (2 ó 3) que tiene un punzón (21 ó 31), un troquel (22 ó 31), y una almohadilla interior (23 ó 33) que es sesgada en un estado de proyección hacia el troquel (22 ó 32), al hacer que un refrigerante fluya a través de una trayectoria de refrigerante (233 ó 333), una temperatura superficial T de la almohadilla interior (23 ó 33) se enfría a una temperatura que satisface la siguiente expresión matemática en la que un límite superior se establece en 100°C, durante un período desde que se completa el retiro del producto formado en prensa (8 ó 9) del molde metálico (2 ó 3) hasta cuando el siguiente material en bruto (7) se coloca en el molde metálico (2 ó 3), T = 100 X (2.3/t) X (h/100) X ( ? /30) X (W/2) X S, en donde T: temperatura superficial de la almohadilla interior (23 ó 33) (°C), h: dimensión en la dirección de prensado de la almohadilla interior (23 ó 33) (mm), t: grosor de material en bruto (7) (mm), ?: conductividad térmica de la almohadilla interior (23 ó 33) (W/mK), W: relación de volumen de la trayectoria de refrigerante dentro de la almohadilla interior (23 ó 33) (mm3/mm3), S: velocidad de flujo de refrigerante en la trayectoria de refrigerante (233 ó 333) (mm/seg).
