Abstract
Buluş çelik saclar için presle sertleştirme sonrasında oldukça yüksek mekanik dayanıma sahip parçalar elde edilmesini amaçlayan üretim yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Sertleştirme presinde sertleştirme işlemi işlenmemiş çelik parçaların östenitik dönüşümün elde edilmesi açısından yeterli bir sıcaklığa ısıtılması ve ardından su verilmiş mikro yapılarının elde edilmesi amacıyla işlenmemiş parçaların presleme aletleri yardımı ile tutmak suretiyle sıcak preslenmesi işleminden meydana gelmektedir.
