Claims (10)
- 焼入れしていない熱間加工可能な鋼シートから作られた半製品から、金属成形部品を製造する方法であって、以下の方法ステップ、
部品素材(10)が、冷間成形法によって、前記半製品(2)から形成され(プロセスステップII)、
前記部品素材(10)が、その余白において、最終的な縁取り加工ステップを省くことができるように、製造される前記部品(1)に近似する余白輪郭(12’)に縁取りされ(プロセスステップIII)、
前記縁取りされた部品素材(17)が、加熱され、熱間成形工具(23)内においてプレス焼入れされる(プロセスステップIV)
を含む方法。 - 前記部品素材(10)を前記半製品(2)から成形するのに、深絞り法が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品素材(10)が、機械的切断法(15)によって、縁取りされることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の方法。
- 前記部品素材(10)の前記縁取りが、前記冷間成形の一部としてなされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記工具(23)が、塩水によって冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記半製品(2)が、空気焼入れ鋼合金から作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記縁取りされた部品素材(17)の前記加熱及び熱間成形が、不活性ガス雰囲気(26)内においてなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記部品(1)が、前記熱間成形(プロセスステップIV)の後、マルテンサイト変態終了温度よりも低い温度に冷却され、
その直後、表面被覆が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - プロセスステップIVにおける前記縁取りされた部品素材(17)の加熱が、連続炉(21)内においてなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プロセスステップIVにおける前記縁取りされた部品素材(17)の加熱が、誘導加熱によってなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
