Abstract
Se forma un material en bruto a partir de una lámina de acero, se lleva a cabo un primer enfriamiento rápido del material en bruto, y se lleva a cabo un segundo enfriamiento rápido del material en bruto después del primer enfriamiento rápido. Cuando se lleva a cabo el primer enfriamiento rápido, el material en bruto se calienta a una primera temperatura no inferior a (punto Ac3 - 50°C) ni superior a 1200 a una velocidad de calentamiento promedio de 2°C/seg o más, y el material en bruto es enfriado desde la primera temperatura hasta una segunda temperatura de 250°C o inferior. Cuando se lleva a cabo el segundo enfriamiento rápido, el material en bruto se calienta de la segunda temperatura a una tercera temperatura no inferior a (punto Ac3 - 50°C) ni superior a 1200°C a una velocidad de calentamiento promedio de 2°C/seg o más, y el material en bruto se enfría desde la tercera temperatura hasta una cuarta temperatura de 250 o inferior. La conformación del material en bruto se lleva a cabo en el primer enfriamiento rápido o el segundo enfriamiento rápido o ambos de los anteriores.
