Abstract
Se proveen sistemas y métodos ajustables que se usan para curar un artículo de espuma. Pueden usarse ensambles de calentamiento por inducción, mecanismos de enfriamiento y un mecanismo de transporte dinámico, en combinación con el calentamiento y enfriamiento de un molde que contiene un artículo de espuma a medida que es transportado. El mecanismo de transporte dinámico puede tener rodillos desmontables que permiten que las cámaras, tales como los de los ensambles de calentamiento por inducción, sean colocadas en áreas en donde los rodillos desmontables han sido desmontados. De esta manera, la utilización de un mecanismo de transporte dinámico permite que las cámaras sean colocadas en, extraídas de, y movidas alrededor del mecanismo de transporte dinámico. La flexibilidad de un mecanismo de transporte dinámico produce que un proceso de curado sea automatizado, ajustado y personalizado.
