Claims (12)
- 강판 공급부;길이 방향을 따라 강판의 이송을 위한 다수의 상·하부 롤 쌍이 배열되며, 이들 상·하부 롤 쌍과 교대로 롤 길이 방향을 따라 고주파 코일이 배열된 제1 가열로;상기 제1 가열로로부터의 강판을 연속적으로 이송시키면서 AC3 온도 이상으로 가열하며, 길이 방향을 따라 다수의 이송 롤러가 배열된 제2 가열로; 및상기 제2 가열로로부터 강판이 배출되는 취출부;를 포함하며,상기 고주파 코일은, 상부롤과 인접 상부롤 사이 그리고 하부롤과 인접 하부롤 사이에 각각 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 가열로는, 서로 다른 목표 온도를 갖는 2개 이상의 가열존을 구비하며, 각 가열존에는 별도의 인버터에 연결된 고주파 코일이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 상·하부 롤 쌍들은 각각 중공이며 세라믹 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상·하부 롤 쌍들의 양단에는 롤 길이의 연장 및 구동부에의 연결을 위한 익스텐션이 삽입 설치되며, 익스텐션이 삽입된 부위의 롤 외주면에는 수지로 함침된 실이 감아진 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 취출부는 강판의 유입을 위하여 설치된 회전롤을 구비하며, 서로 인접하는 회전롤 사이에는 유입된 강판의 위치 고정을 위한 스토퍼가 상방향 돌출 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 강판 공급부;서로 다른 목표 온도를 갖는 2개 이상의 가열존을 구비하며, 각 가열존에는 별도의 인버터에 연결된 고주파 코일이 설치된 제1 가열로;적어도 승온 구간과 대기 구간을 구비하며, 제1 가열로로부터 이송된 강판은 승온 구간에서 AC3 온도 이상으로 가열되며, 대기 구간에서의 강판 이송속도를 승온 구간과 별도로 조절 가능한 제2 가열로; 및상기 제2 가열로로부터 강판이 배출되는 취출부;를 포함하며,상기 대기 구간에서의 강판 취출 전 이송속도는 승온 구간과 동일하며, 강판이 대기 구간 내에 완전히 진입되어 강판 취출 시 강판 이송속도가 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 제1 가열로는, 강판의 이송을 위하여 길이 방향을 따라 배열된 다수의 상·하부 롤 쌍, 및 이들 상·하부 롤 쌍과 교대로 롤 길이 방향으로 설치된 고주파 코일을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 대기 구간에는 강판의 위치 및 온도 검출 센서가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 대기 구간에서의 강판 취출 후 이송속도는 단계적으로 하강하여 승온 구간에서의 이송속도와 동일해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 제2 가열로는 전기로 또는 가스로인 것을 특징으로 하는 핫스탬핑용 가열로 장치.
