Description
(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ 2-(2-ТЕНИЛ)-4,5ДИМЕТИЛПИРИДИНА ИЛИ ЕГО СОЛЕЙ
Изобретение относитс к способу получени не описанного в литературе 2-(2-тенил ) -4,5-диметилпиридина формулы СНг. N мулы I или его солей, заключающимс в том, что 2-тиенил-(4,5-диметил-2-пиридил)кетон формулы 5 и. 1 .-N :.
гревают до растворени щелочи. После охлаждени до 100°С внос т 52 г 2-тиенил (4,5 - диметил-2-пиридил)-кетона и 42,5 мл 80%-него гидразингидрата. Смесь нагревают 1 ч при температуре дефлегмации. Продукты , кип щие ниже 240°С, отгон ют дистилл цией и эту температуру выдерживают еще 4 ч. Затем смесь охлаждают до и выливают на лед. Образовавщийс водный раствор несколько раз экстрагируют эфиром, эфирный слой сушат безводным сульфатом магнн , растворитель отгон ют под вакуумом. Полученный масл нистый остаток перегон ют при 0,5 мм рт. ст. и извлекают фракцию, кип щую в интервале 72-113°С.
Получают 23,8 г 2-(2-тенил) -4,5 - диметилпиридина с 49%-ным выходом. Осаждают гидрохлорид, при нерекристаллизации из безводного ацетона - метанола; т. пл. 142-144°С.
