Пример, Дл получвйи 4-(4-бифвнилил )-1-бутанола берут 2,4 г (0,01 мол ) 4-(4-бифенилил)-4-оксо«1-бутанопа (т, плГ 125-12б С) раствор ют в 6О мл метанола и гидрируют его с добав лением 0,6 г 10%-иого паллади на угла В качестве катализатора при 50°С и давлении 5 атм. После поглощени рассчитанного количестеа водорсда отсасывают катализатор и отгон ют растворитель. Остав (йийс твердый остаток лерекристаллизовывают из петролейного эфира циклогецсана. Получают 1,5 г (60% от теории) 4-(4-бифенилил )-1-бутанола с ,т, пл,
/Пример 2. ,1,2 г 4-(4-бифенилил)-h -.4-оксо-1-6утанола раствор ют в 5D ца метанола, добавл ют 1 г никел Рене и гидрируют при SO-60 С и давлении 5 атм до поглощени рассчитанного количества водорода. Отсасывают, вьшаривают раствогчтйль , у.- кип т т, остаток с петролеймым (Эфиром. Из отдекаитированного раствора кетролейного эфира выкристаллизовьюаю при охлаждении 0,8 г (71% от теории)
4(4-бифенилил)-1-бутанола с т, пл. 74 С
Аналогично получают 4-(4-бифенилил)-1-бутанол с т. пл, , использу ко . бальт Рене при 70 С и 1О ат. Выход составл ет 70% от теории. ,
Пример 3. 1,2 г 4-(4-бифенилкл) -4-оксо -1«бутанола раствор ют в 60 мл этанола, добавл ют 1,2 г никел Ренё и гидрируют при температуре 60-70°С и давлении 1,5 атм до поглощени рассчитанного количества водорода, Отсасьшают, выпаривают растворитель и оставшийс остаток кип т т с петролейным эфиром. Из декантированного раствора петролейного эфира выкристаллизовьшают при охлажде НИИ 0,7 г (.60% от теории) 4-(:4-бифенилил )-1-бутанола с т, пл, 74°С,

Claims (3)
1.Способ получени 4-(4-бифенилил)-1-бутанола , отличающийс тем, что 4-(4-бифенилил)-4-оксо-1-бутанол гидрируют водородом в органическом растворителе, в присутствии катализатора, при температуре 0-100 С и давлении 11О атм с последующим выделением ц&левого продукта известными приемами.
2,Способ поп, 1, отли ча ющ и и с тем, что в качестве катализатора испогшзуют никель Рене , кобальт Рене или палладий на угле.
3. Способ по пл. 1 и 2, о т л и ч а- кI Ц и и с тем, что гидрирование ведут при 50-7 0°С,
