Abstract

Obrocki in napajalni in dolivni elementi, izolirni ali eksotermni, se izdelajo s pihanjem ali rocnim ulivanjem iz zmesi, ki vsebuje votle mikro kapljice iz aluminijevega silikata z vsebnostjo aluminepod 38% teze, zgoscevalo in izbirne nosilce, v ne-vlaknati obliki. Glede na gostoto mikro kapljic lahko naredimo ustrezne zmesi za izdelavo obrockov in izolirnih in eksotermnih napajalnih in dolivnihelementov. Izdelani obrocki imajo natancno zunanjo in notranjo velikost in se po izdelavi lahko spojijo z livnim kalupom brez dodatne obdelave rocno ali avtomaticno. Omenjeni obrocki so primerni za izdelavo kovinskih zeleznih ali ne-zeleznih delov.

Claims (19)

  1. \ PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Zmes, primerna za izdelavo obročkov in drugih napajalnih in dolivnih elementov za livne kalupe, izolirne ali eksotermne, označena s tem, da vsebuje (i) votle mikro kapljice iz aluminijevega silikata z vsebnostjo alumine pod 38% teže, (ii) zgoščevalo in, po izbiri (iii) nosilce, v ne-vlaknati obliki.
  2. 2. Zmes po zahtevku 1, v kateri imajo omenjene votle mikro kapljice iz aluminijevega silikata vsebnost alumine med 20 in 38% teže.
  3. 3. Zmes po zahtevku 1, v kateri imajo omenjene votle mikro kapljice iz aluminijevega silikata premer zrn do 3 mm.
  4. 4. Zmes po zahtevku 1, v kateri je omenjeno zgoščevalo smola, izbrana iz skupine smol, ki zajema fenol-uretanske smole, aktivirane z amini, epoksi-akrilične smole, aktivirane z S02, alkalinsko fenolične smole, aktivirane s C02 ali z metilno tvorbo, in sodino silikatne smole, aktivirane s C02.
  5. 5. Zmes po zahtevku 1, v kateri so omenjeni izbirni nosilci v ne-vlaknati obliki izbrani iz oksidirajočih kovin, oksidantov in anorganskih fluoridnih topil.
  6. 6. Zmes po zahtevku 5, v kateri so omenjene oksidirajoče kovine izbrane iz aluminija, magnezija in silikona.
  7. 7. Zmes po zahtevku 5, v kateri so omenjeni oksidanti izbrani iz alkalijev ali alkalnih zemeljskih kovinskih soli in oksidov.
  8. 8. Zmes po zahtevku 7, v kateri so omenjeni oksidanti izbrani iz železovih in manganovih oksidov.
  9. 9. Zmes po zahtevku 5, v kateri so omenjena organska topila izbrana iz skupine, ki zajema kriolit (Na3AIFe), aluminijev in kalijev tetrafluorid, in aluminijev in kalijev heksafluorid. t
  10. 10. Zmes po zahtevku 1, ki obsega: % teže 10- 90% 7 - 40% 1 -10% sestavine votle mikro kapljice iz aluminijevega silikata (vsebnost alumine med 20-38%) aluminij (prašek ali zrna) zgoščevalo
  11. 11. Zmes po zahtevku 10, ki vsebuje tudi do 5% teže anorganskega fluoridnega topila in do 10% teže oksidanta.

  13. 13. Postopek za izdelavo obročkov in drugih napajalnih in dolivnih elementov za livne kalupe, označen s tem, da obsega ročno ali pihalno ulivanje, ki vsebuje faze: (A) vnosa zlitine po kateremkoli izmed zahtevkov od 1 do 12 v livni kalup s pihanjem, primerne za izdelavo izolacijskih ali eksotermnih obročkov in drugih napajalnih ali dolivnih elementov za livne kalupe, da se oblikuje neposušen oblikovan izdelek; (B) povezovanje neposušenega oblikovanega izdelka s katalizatorjem, da se omenjeni izdelek posuši; in (C) odstranjevanje oblikovanega izdelka iz livnega kalupa.
  14. 14. Postopek za izdelavo obročka ali napajalnega in dolivnega elementa za livne kalupe, eksotermne, primerne za grozdasto ulivanje, ki obsega faze: - vnosa vložka v livni kalup, pri čemer je vložek sestavljen iz mešanice, ki vsebuje oksidirajoče kovine, oksidante in anorganska fluoridna topila, in po izbiri, votle mikro kapljice iz aluminijevega silikata ali drugi ustrezni element za tanjšanje ali nastavitev eksotermnosti in predstavlja teža vložka od 5 do 20% celotne teže obročka ali napajalnega in dolivnega elementa, ter da vložek deluje kot iniciator eksotermne reakcjje; in 2) - pihanja mešanice po kateremkoli izmed zahtevkov od 1 do 12, v kalup, kjer je omenjeno polnilo izbrano iz oksidirajočih kovin in oksidantov, tako da omenjen vložek postane delno vložen v maso obročka ali elementa.
  15. 15. Postopek po zahtevku 14, v katerem so omenjene oksidirajoče kovine izbrane iz skupine, ki zajema aluminij, magnezij in silikon.
  16. 16. Postopek po zahtevku 14, v katerem so omenjeni oksidanti izbrani iz skupine, ki zajema alkalije ali alkalne zemeljske kovinske soli in kovinske okside.
  17. 17. Postopek po zahtevku 16, kjer so omenjeni oksidanti izbrani izmed železovih in manganovih oksidov.
