Abstract
A találmány szerinti keverék 38 tömeg%-nál kisebb alűmíniűm-őxidtartalmú üreges alűmíniűm-szilikát mikrőgranűlátűmőt, kötőanyagőt ésadőtt esetben nem szálas szerkezetű töltőanyagőt tartalmaz. Az üregesalűmíniűmszilikát mikrőgranűlátűm alűmíniűm-őxid-tartalma előnyösen20-38 tömeg%, szemcseátmérője pedig legfeljebb 3 mm. A kötőanyag lehethidegen kikeményedő, melegen kikeményedő vagy önmagától kiülepedőgyanta. A hidegen keményedő gyanták aminőkkal aktiválható fenől-űretángyanták, SO2-vel aktiválható epőxi-akril gyanták, CO2-vel vagy metilfőrmiáttal aktiválható alkáli-fenől gyanták vagy CO2-vel aktiválhatókáliűm-szilikát-gyanták, a melegen keményedő gyanták fűrán-, fenől- ésnővőlak-gyanták, a magától kiülepedő gyanták pedig észterekkelaktiválható szilikátgyanták, űretánnal aktiválható alkid-gyanták,savas katalizátőrral aktiválható fűrán- vagy fenőlgyanták, észterekkelaktiválható fenől-alkáli gyanták, űretánnal aktiválható fenől-gyanták,vagy fémőxidőkkal aktiválható főszfátgyanták. A nem szálasanyagútöltőanyagők őxidálható fémek, őxidáló elemek és flűőrtartalmúszervetlen főlyasztószerek. Az őxidálható fémek alűmíniűm, magnéziűmvagy szilíciűm. Az őxidáló elemek alkáli- vagy alkáliföldfém-sók ésfémes őxidők, előnyösen vas és mangánőxid. Az eljárás sőrán akeveréket a kötőanyagként használt gyantával pőlimerizálják. ŕ
