Abstract

Изобретение является способом получения спеченных металлических и/или керамических изделий и масс для покрытий путем переработки металлического или керамического порошка в сырое изделие или массу для покрытий, и последующего спекания, в случае необходимости, в атмосфере инертного газа. Сущность изобретения: при этом используют нанокристаллический металлический и/или керамический порошок, который содержит менее 1% частиц величиной, отклоняющейся более чем на 40% от средней величины частиц, и не содержит частиц величиной, отклоняющейся от средней величины частиц более чем на 60%, причем порошок диспергируют в воде и/или полярном органическом растворителе в качестве среды диспергирования в присутствии по меньшей мере одного низкомолекулярного органического соединения, содержащего по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, способную к реакции и/или взаимодействию с имеющимися на поверхности частиц порошка группами, с последующим удалением среды диспергирования, при этом переработку в сырое изделие или массу для покрытий осуществляют перед удалением среды диспергирования или после него. Другим объектом изобретения являются спеченные металлические и/или керамические изделия и массы для покрытий, получаемые вышеуказанным способом.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение является способом получения спеченных металлических и/или керамических изделий и масс для покрытий путем переработки металлического или керамического порошка в сырое изделие или массу для покрытий, и последующего спекания, в случае необходимости, в атмосфере инертного газа. Сущность изобретения: при этом используют нанокристаллический металлический и/или керамический порошок, который содержит менее 1% частиц величиной, отклоняющейся более чем на 40% от средней величины частиц, и не содержит частиц величиной, отклоняющейся от средней величины частиц более чем на 60%, причем порошок диспергируют в воде и/или полярном органическом растворителе в качестве среды диспергирования в присутствии по меньшей мере одного низкомолекулярного органического соединения, содержащего по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, способную к реакции и/или взаимодействию с имеющимися на поверхности частиц порошка группами, с последующим удалением среды диспергирования, при этом переработку в сырое изделие или массу для покрытий осуществляют перед удалением среды диспергирования или после него. Другим объектом изобретения являются спеченные металлические и/или керамические изделия и массы для покрытий, получаемые вышеуказанным способом.
