제2도는 제1 실시예의 혼합미분말을 얻는 공정의 변경예를 표시하는 블록도.
제3도는 제2 실시예에 관한 제조방법의 각 공정을 표시하는 블럭도.

Claims (8)

  1. 산화알루미늄에 0.7-0.3 중량%의 산화크롬이 고용(固溶)한 평균입경 2.O??m이하의 결정 또는 산화알루미늄에 0.7-0.3 중량%의 산화크롬 및 0.05중량%이하의 산화마그네슘이 고용한 평균입경 2.O??m이하의 결정으로 되고, 내부에 존재하는 포어의 직경이 0.1??m 이하이며, 4??m 이상의 조대립(粗大粒)이 존재하지 않고, 경도가 2000HV 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 세라믹스 제품.
  2. 산화크롬을 0.7-3.0중량%, 산화마그네슘을 0-0.05중량%, 산화알루미늄을 잔부로한 산화물의 혼합 미분말에 유기바인더를 가하여 일정형상으로 성형하고, 이 성형체를 1280-1350℃에서 소결하고, 이어서 이 소결체에 1300-1310℃, 1000-2000 기압 조건하에 열간정수압(熱間靜水壓)프레스를 하는 것을 특징으로하는 세라믹스 제품의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산화물의 혼합분말이 알루미늄염, 크롬염 및 마그네슘염을 칭량하여 현탁수용액으로 하고, 이 현탁수용액을 분무건법으로 건조하여 미분말화하고, 이 미분말을 가열분해하여 얻어지는 것이 특징인 세라믹스 제품의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 성형체의 소결을 대기중, 10-3-10-6TOrr의 진공중 또는 N2,Ar, 또는 H2의 분위하에서 수행함이 특징인 세라믹스 제품의 제조방법.
  5. 산화알루미늄 단독 또는 산화알루미늄에 0.05중량%이하의 산화마그네슘이 고용한 평균입경 2.O??m이하의 결정으로 구성되며 내부에 4??m이상의 조대립(粗大粒)을 함유하지 않으며, 내재하는 포어의 직경이 0.1??m이하에서 경도가 2000HV이상이며, 또한 만곡강도가 70kg/mm2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 제품.
  6. 산화알루미늄 또는 0.5중량%이하의 산화마그네슘을 함유하는 산화알루미늄에 유기바인더를 가해 일정 형태로 성형하고, 이 성형체를 1280-1350℃에서 소결하고, 이어서 이 소결체에 1300~1310℃, 1000~2000기압의 조건하에 열간정수압(熱間靜水壓)프레스를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 제품의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 산화알루미늄을 알루미늄염 용액을 분무건조법으로 건조하여 미분말화하고, 이 미분말을 가열분해하여 얻어지도록 한 것이 특징인 세라믹스제품의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 성형체의 소결을 대기중, 10-3-10-6TOrr의 진공중 혹은 N2,Al 또는 H2의 분위기중에서 수행함이 특징인 세라믹스 제품의 제조방법.
