Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии. Способ включает в себя стадии культивирования в среде микроорганизма, который принадлежит к роду Ulkenia, обладающему способностью продуцировать докозагексаеновую (ДГК) и/или докозапентаеновую (ДПА) кислоты, и извлечения липидов из культуры. Способ может дополнительно включать в себя стадию отделения ДГК и/или ДПК из липидов. Штамм Ulkenia sp.SAM2179 обладает способностью продуцировать липиды, содержащие докозагексаеновую кислоту и докозапентаеновую кислоту. Пищевые продукты и корма, содержащие липиды, полученные описанным способом, обладают биологической активностью и регулируют широкий спектр физиологических процессов организма. 12 с. и 10 з.п. ф-лы, 1 ил., 6 табл.

Claims (22)
1. Способ получения липидов, содержащих докозагексаеновую кислоту и/или докозапентаеновую кислоту, включающий культивирование в среде микроорганизма, принадлежащего к роду Ulkenia, обладающего способностью продуцировать липиды, содержащие докозагексаеновую кислоту и/или докозапентаеновую кислоту, и извлечение этих липидов из культуры.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий выделение докозагексаеновой кислоты из этих липидов.
3. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий выделение докозапентаеновой кислоты из этих липидов.
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий обработку этих липидов грибковой липазой для превращения жирных кислот в положениях 1 и 3 в среднецепочные жирные кислоты с получением структурированных липидов.
5. Штамм Ulkenia sp. SAM2179 (FERM BP-5601), обладающий способностью продуцировать липиды, содержащие докозагексаеновую кислоту и докозапентаеновую кислоту.
6. Пищевой продукт повышенной питательности, содержащий липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
7. Пищевой продукт по п.6, в котором содержание эйкозапентаеновой кислоты не превышает 1% от общего количества липидов.
8. Пищевой продукт для младенцев, содержащий липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
9. Пищевой продукт для младенцев по п.8, в котором содержание эйкозапентаеновой кислоты не превышает 1% от общего количества липидов.
10. Пищевой продукт для недоношенных младенцев, содержащий липиды, полученные по способу любого из пп.1-3.
11. Пищевой продукт для недоношенных младенцев по п.10, в котором содержание эйкозапентаеновой кислоты не превышает 1% от общего количества липидов.
12. Детское питание, содержащее липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
13. Детское питание по п.12, в котором содержание эйкозапентаеновой кислоты не превышает 1% от общего количества липидов.
14. Питание для пожилых людей, содержащее липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
15. Питание для пожилых людей по п.14, в котором содержание эйкозапентаеновой кислоты не превышает 1% от общего количества липидов.
16. Парентеральный агент для улучшения питания, содержащий липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
17. Парентеральный агент по п.16, в котором содержание эйкозапентаеновой кислоты не превышает 1% от общего количества липидов.
18. Корм для животных, содержащий липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
19. Добавка к корму для животных, содержащая липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
20. Питательный компонент для микроорганизмов, служащих кормом для животных, содержащий липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
21. Питание для беременных женщин или кормящих матерей, содержащее липиды, полученные способом по любому из пп.1-3.
22. Питание для беременных женщин или кормящих матерей по п.21, в котором содержание эйкозапентаеновой кислоты не превышает 1% от общего количества липидов.
