Claims (46)

1. Алюмосиликатный цеолит, содержащий по меньшей мере примерно 90% фазы чистой каркасной структуры AEI, где алюмосиликатный цеолит имеет кубоидную морфологию.
2. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по п. 1, где алюмосиликатный цеолит по существу не содержит внекаркасного фосфора.
3. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по п. 1 или 2, где алюмосиликатный цеолит имеет отношение кремнезема к глинозему по меньшей мере примерно 15.
4. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по п. 3, где алюмосиликатный цеолит имеет отношение кремнезема к глинозему от примерно 20 до примерно 50.
5. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по п. 4, где алюмосиликатный цеолит имеет отношение кремнезема к глинозему от примерно 25 до примерно 30.
6. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по п. 4, где алюмосиликатный цеолит имеет отношение кремнезема к глинозему от примерно 30 до примерно 50.
7. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где алюмосиликатный цеолит имеет средний размер кристаллов по меньшей мере примерно 100 нм.
8. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где алюмосиликатный цеолит имеет размер кристаллов D90 от примерно 0,1 мкм до примерно 7 мкм.

14. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где алюмосиликатный цеолит по существу не содержит каркасной структуры FAU.
15. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где алюмосиликатный цеолит дополнительно содержит щелочноземельный металл.
16. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по п. 15, где щелочноземельным металлом является Sr, Ba, Ca или их комбинация.
17. Алюмосиликатный цеолит по п. 15 или 16, где молярное отношение щелочноземельного металла к глинозему составляет менее чем примерно 0,1.
18. Способ получения алюмосиликатного цеолита, имеющего каркасную структуру AEI, включающий реакционное взаимодействие синтезированного геля, содержащего по меньшей мере один цеолит, структурообразующего агента и необязательного дополнительного источника кремнезема при температуре по меньшей мере примерно 100°C, пока не образуются кристаллы цеолита AEI.
19. Способ по п. 18, где кристаллы цеолита AEI являются по меньшей мере на примерно 90% чистой фазой.
20. Способ по п. 18 или 19, где кристаллы цеолита AEI имеют отношение кремнезема к глинозему (SAR) от примерно 20 до примерно 50.
2121. Способ по любому из пп. 18-20, где кристаллы цеолита AEI имеют средний размер кристаллов по меньшей мере примерно 100 нм.
22. Способ по любому из пп. 18-21, где по меньшей мере один цеолит является единственным источником алюминия.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 18-22, где по меньшей мере один цеолит является единственным источником кремнезема и алюминия.
24. Способ по любому из пп. 18-23, где цеолит является цеолитом Y.
25. Способ по п. 24, где цеолит Y имеет отношение кремнезема к глинозему от примерно 5 до примерно 60.

SiO2/Al2O3 от примерно 20 до примерно 60;
Na2O/Al2O3 от примерно 0,5 до примерно 2;
SDA2O/Al2O3 от примерно 3 до примерно 10;
H2O/Al2O3 от примерно 600 до примерно 2500; и/или
OH-/SiO2 от примерно 0,4 до примерно 0,6;
32. Способ по любому из пп. 18-31, где катионом органического структурообразующего агента (SDA) является 2,6- N,N-диэтил-цис-2,6-диметилпиперидиний.
33. Способ по любому из пп. 18-32, где стадию реакционного взаимодействия выполняют при температуре от примерно 120 до примерно 180°C в течение от примерно 2 до примерно 15 дней.
34. Способ по любому из пп. 18-33, где относительный выход в отношении кремнезема составляет по меньшей мере примерно 30%.
35. Катализатор для обработки выхлопных газов, содержащий чистую фазу цеолита AEI, имеющего кубоидную морфологию, загруженный металлом, выбранным из V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt и Au.
36. Катализатор по п. 35, где металл выбран из Fe и Cu.
37. Катализатор по п. 35, где металл выбран из Pt, Ru и Pd.
38. Способ окклюдирования NOx, включающий контактирование потока выхлопных газов, содержащих NOx, с катализатором по любому из пп. 35-37.
39. Способ селективного восстановления NOx, включающий контактирование потока выхлопных газов, содержащих NOx, с катализатором по любому из пп. 35-37.
40. Способ окисления компонента выхлопных газов, включающий контактирование потока выхлопных газов, содержащих данный компонент, с катализатором по любому из пп. 35-37, где данный компонент выбран из CO, углеводорода и NH3.
41. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее катализатор по любому из пп. 35-37, нанесенный в виде покрытия на основу и/или включенный в основу, выбранной из фильтра с сотовой структурой с протеканием через стенки и проточной сотовой основы.
