Claims (32)
1. Способ, включающий в себя:
доставку терапевтического лазерного света по меньшей мере к одной клеточной структуре, содержащей по меньшей мере одну область гетерогенности; и
доставку множества экстракорпорально сгенерированных ударных волн по меньшей мере к одной клеточной структуре.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором лазерный свет доставляется от источника лазерного света, а множество ударных волн доставляется от генератора ударных волн, и дополнительно генератор ударных волн связан с источником лазерного света.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором множество экстракорпорально сгенерированных ударных волн доставляют после того, как доставлен терапевтический лазерный свет, и способ дополнительно включает в себя доставку дополнительного терапевтического лазерного света по меньшей мере к одной клеточной структуре, содержащей по меньшей мере одну область гетерогенности, после того, как доставлено множество экстракорпорально сгенерированных ударных волн.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором лазерный свет доставляют перед доставкой ударных волн.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере часть лазерного света доставляют одновременно с по меньшей мере частью ударных волн.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором части лазерного света и части ударных волн доставляют в переменной последовательности.
7. Способ по п.1, дополнительно содержащий нанесение средства для местной анестезии на слой эпидермиса перед доставкой лазерного света.
8. Способ по п.1, который дополнительно включает в себя:
идентификацию по меньшей мере одной целевой клеточной структуры, подлежащей разрушению, перед доставкой по меньшей мере части лазерного света и перед доставкой по меньшей мере части ударных волн;
доставку одного или более средств к по меньшей мере одной клеточной структуре,
причем одно или более средств содержат по меньшей мере одно из хелатора и/или иммуномодулятора.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором по меньшей мере одно или более средств наносят топически на татуированную кожу.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором множество экстракорпорально сгенерированных ударных волн доставляют до достижения в по меньшей мере одной клеточной структуре разрушающего мембрану повреждения.
11. Аппарат, содержащий:
генератор ударных волн, выполненный с возможностью соединения с источником лазерного света, выполненным с возможностью доставлять лазерный свет по меньшей мере к одной клеточной структуре, которая содержит по меньшей мере одну область гетерогенности,
причем генератор ударных волн дополнительно выполнен с возможностью испускать и доставлять множество экстракорпорально сгенерированных ударных волн по меньшей мере к одной клеточной структуре.
12. Аппарат по п.11, дополнительно содержащий источник лазерного света.
13. Аппарат по п.11, в котором источник света содержит лазер с модулируемой добротностью, пикосекундный лазер или оба, и в котором лазерный свет имеет множество длин волн.
14. Аппарат по п.11, в котором источник света содержит:
первый лазер, выполненный с возможностью доставлять первую часть лазерного света, и
второй лазер, выполненный с возможностью доставлять вторую часть лазерного света,
причем по меньшей мере один из первого лазера и второго лазера является лазером с модулируемой добротностью.
15. Аппарат по п.11, в котором первая часть лазерного света доставляется из первого лазера и имеет первую длину волны, а вторая часть лазерного света доставляется из второго лазера и имеет вторую длину волны, отличающуюся от первой длины волны.
16. Аппарат по п.11, в котором генератор ударных волн содержит:
первый источник ударных волн, выполненный с возможностью испускать и доставлять первую часть ударных волн, и
второй источник ударных волн, выполненный с возможностью испускать и доставлять вторую часть ударных волн.
17. Аппарат по п.11, в котором генератор ударных волн содержит источник ударных волн и корпус для ударных волн, корпус для ударных волн образует камеру и выполнен с возможностью содержать среду ударных волн.
18. Аппарат по п.17, в котором источник ударных волн выполнен с возможностью разъемного соединения с корпусом для ударных волн, и концевой колпачок соединен с концом корпуса для ударных волн.
19. Аппарат по п.11, в котором по меньшей мере одна область гетерогенности содержит эффективную плотность, которая выше эффективной плотности по меньшей мере одной клеточной структуры.
20. Аппарат по п.11, в котором по меньшей мере одна клеточная структура расположена в слое эпидермиса пациента, и по меньшей мере одна клеточная структура содержит пигмент татуировок.
