Abstract
Aparatos y métodos para generar ondas acústicas comprimidas terapéuticas (p.ej.. ondas de choque) con un frente de onda acústica mejorada En los aparatos, un alojamiento se define por una cámara y una salida de onda de choque, la cámara está configurada para llenarse con liquido. una pluralidad de electrodos que definen una o más separaciones de chispa y un reflector acústico se pueden colocar en la cámara. y un sistema de generación de pulsos configurado para aplicar pulsos de voltaje a los electrodos a una frecuencia de entre 10 Hz y 5 MHz. El reflector acústico de forma libre se diseña de acuerdo con un método divulgado que incluye iterar la forma del reflector utilizando interpolación por splines con base en variables definidas. Adicionalmente, se consigue una ubicación de separación de chispa estable por medio de un solo servomotor que ajusta ambos electrodos simultáneamente.
