Claims (20)

1. Композиция полипропилена (PC), содержащая:
(a) от 80,0 до 99,90 частей по массе полипропилена с высокой прочностью расплава (HMS-PP); и
(b) от 0,10 до 5,0 частей по массе талька в качестве нуклеирующего агента (NA) с размером частиц d50 в пределах от 5 μм до 15 μм, определенным, как описано в настоящей патентной заявке;
(c) необязательно от 1 до 20 частей по массе дополнительного полипропилена с высокой прочностью расплава (HMS-PP'),
при этом
общее количество полипропилена с высокой прочностью расплава (HMS-PP), нуклеирующего агента (NA) и дополнительного полипропилена с высокой прочностью расплава (HMS-PP'), в случае присутствия, составляет по меньшей мере 85 масс. % от общей массы композиции полипропилена (PC), и где HMS-PP представляет гомополимер пропилена с высокой прочностью (H-HMS-PP), содержащий единицы из:
(i) пропилена и
(ii) бифункционального ненасыщенного мономера(ов) и/или мультифункционального ненасыщенного с низкомолекулярной массой полимера(ов).
2. Композиция полипропилена (PC) по п. 1, где полипропилен с высокой прочностью расплава (HMS-PP) имеет прочность расплава F30 более чем 30,0 сН и/или растяжимость расплава v30 более чем 220 мм/с, где прочность расплава F30 и растяжимость расплава v30 определены согласно ISO 16790:2005.
3. Композиция полипропилена (PC) по любому из пп. 1-2, где полипропилен с высокой прочностью расплава (HMS-PP) составляет по меньшей мере 70 масс. % композиции полипропилена (PC).
4. Вспененный листовой материал, содержащий композицию полипропилена (PC) по любому из пп. 1-3.
5. Вспененный листовой материал по п. 4, представляющий пену в форме листа толщиной 1,5 мм или менее и/или с плотностью от 150 до 250 кг/м3.
6. Многослойный листовой материал, содержащий вспененный листовой материал по п. 4 или 5 и покрывающий слой (CL), где покрывающий слой (CL) имеет плотность по меньшей мере 0,85 г/см3.
7. Многослойный листовой материал по п. 6, где покрывающий слой (CL) содержит полипропилен (CL-PP).
8. Многослойный листовой материал по п. 7, где полипропилен (CL-PP) представляет двуосноориентированный полипропилен (ВОРР).
9. Изделие, содержащее композицию полипропилена (PC) по любому из пп. 1-3, вспененный листовой материал по любому из пп. 4 или 5 или содержащий многослойный листовой материал по любому из пп. 6-8.
10. Изделие по п. 9, представляющее контейнер и содержащее многослойный листовой материал по любому из пп. 6-8, при этом покрывающий слой расположен на внутренней части контейнера.
11. Изделие по п. 10, представляющее контейнер, выполненный в виде бутылки, чаши, банки, канистры, миски или лотка.
12. Способ получение вспененного листового материала по п. 4 или 5, многослойного листового материала по любому из пп. 6-8 и/или изделия по любому из пп. 9-11.
13. Применение композиции полипропилена (PC) по любому из пп. 1-3, вспененного листового материала по любому из пп. 4 или 5, или многослойного листового материала по любому из пп. 6-8 для получения изделия.
