Description
本出願は、2015年9月30日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/235,272号に対する優先権を主張し、本明細書にその全体が参照により組み込まれる。

前記積層構造体は、ASTM D5459に従って室温で測定した場合、15%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で80%を超える弾性回復率、50%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で70%を超える弾性回復率、及び100%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で50%を超える弾性回復率を示し、前記積層構造体は、ASTM F904に従って23℃で測定した場合、300g/inを超える層間剥離力を有する、積層構造体。
項2.
前記第1の内側フィルム層上に印刷されたトナー像またはインク像をさらに含む、項1に記載の積層構造体。
項3.
前記積層構造体は、ASTM D5459に従って室温で測定した場合、15%のひずみ、50%のひずみ、及び100%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で、0.5lbfよりも大きくかつ10.0lbf未満の初期ひずみ下の荷重を示す、項1及び項2に記載の積層構造体。
項4.
前記第1のフィルム及び前記第2のフィルムは、ASTM D5459に従って室温で測定した場合、15%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で80%を超える弾性回復率、50%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で70%を超える弾性回復率、及び100%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で65%を超える弾性回復率を示す、項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
項5.
前記第1のフィルム及び前記第2のフィルムは、ASTM D5459に従って室温で測定した場合、15%のひずみ、50%のひずみ、及び100%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で、0.5lbfよりも大きくかつ10.0lbf未満の初期ひずみ下の荷重を示す、項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
項6.
前記第1のポリオレフィン、前記第2のポリオレフィン、またはそれらの両方が、ポリエチレンを含む、項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
項7.
前記ポリエチレンは、ASTM D792に従い、約0.840g/cm3〜約0.930g/cm3の密度と、ASTM 1238に従い、4.0g/10分未満のメルトインデックス(I2)とを有する、項6に記載の積層構造体。
項8.
前記ポリエチレンは、ASTM D792に従い、約0.860g/cm3〜約0.920g/cm3の密度と、ASTM 1238に従い、2.0g/10分未満のメルトインデックス(I2)とを有する、項7に記載の積層構造体。
項9.
前記積層接着剤はポリウレタンを含む、項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
項10.
前記積層接着剤は、無溶剤積層接着剤または溶剤系積層接着剤からなる群から選択される、項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
項11.
前記積層接着剤はアクリルを含む、項1〜8に記載の積層構造体。
項12.
前記積層接着剤は水系である、項11に記載の積層構造体。
項13.
前記第1のフィルム層及び/または前記第2のフィルム層は、単層フィルムである、項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
項14.
前記第1のフィルム及び/または前記第2のフィルムは、多層フィルムである、項1〜12に記載の積層構造体。
項15.
前記第1のフィルム及び/または前記第2のフィルムは、線状低密度ポリエチレンと低密度ポリエチレンとのブレンドを含む、項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
項16.
前記第1のフィルム及び前記第2のフィルムのそれぞれが、約10〜約250ミクロンの厚さを有する、項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
Claims (14)
- 積層構造体であって、
(a)第1のポリオレフィンを含む第1のフィルムと、
(b)積層接着剤を含む中間層と、
(c)第2のポリオレフィンを含む第2のフィルムと、を含み、
前記積層構造体は、ASTM D5459に従って室温で測定した場合、15%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で80%を超える弾性回復率、50%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で70%を超える弾性回復率、及び100%のひずみについて横方向及び縦方向の両方で50%を超える弾性回復率を示し、前記積層構造体は、ASTM F904に従って23℃で測定した場合、300g/inを超える層間剥離力を有し、
前記積層接着剤はポリウレタンまたはアクリルを含む、積層構造体。 - 前記第1の内側フィルム層上に印刷されたトナー像またはインク像をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の積層構造体。
