Claims (12)
1. Способ преобразования материалов ягод и/или фруктов во фракции, содержащие биологически активные соединения с противомикробной активностью, отличающийся тем, что способ включает стадии, где по меньшей мере один материал ягод или материал фруктов, выбранный из ягод, фруктов, побочных продуктов, боковых фракций и материалов отходов, получаемых из ягод или фруктов, и любых их комбинаций, имеющий содержание воды не более чем 15 мас.%, просеивают, при этом фракция семян отделяется от фракции кожуры, фракцию семян подвергают шлифованию, где 2-40 мас.% семян удаляется, и получают фракцию оболочек семян, содержащую поверхностный слой семян, и фракцию шлифованных семян, содержащую шлифованные семена, и ягоды выбирают из рода Rubus, Sorbus, Rosa, Empetrum, Aronia и Hippophae и из их комбинаций, и фрукты выбирают из рода Vitis, Punica, Pyrus и Malus, и их комбинаций.

Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что материал ягод или материал фруктов предварительно обрабатывают перед просеиванием и предварительная обработка может осуществляться посредством воздействия на материал ягод или материал фруктов способа, выбранного из тепловой обработки, ферментации, ферментативной обработки, прессования, отжима, сушки, измельчения и их сочетаний.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что материал ягод или материал фруктов ферментируют с использованием молочнокислых бактерий, предпочтительно, указанные молочнокислые бактерии выбирают из видов Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus и Oenococcus.
4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что материал ягод или материал фруктов обрабатывают ферментами, гидролизирующими углеводы, предпочтительно, указанные ферменты выбирают из целлюлазы, пектиназы, ксиланазы и их сочетаний.

Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что просеивание осуществляют с использованием ситового устройства, устройства для воздушной сепарации, устройства воздухоструйного сита, сетчатого устройства, вращающейся сетки или сетчатого устройства, предпочтительно, вибрационного ситового устройства.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что шлифование осуществляют с использованием устройства для шлифования или полировки, выбранного из машин для полировки зерна, машин для полировки риса, машин для отшелушивания, шелушильных машин и полировальных машин.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что материал ягод или материал фруктов сушат до тех пор, пока он не будет иметь содержание воды 0,1-10 мас.%, предпочтительно, 0,1-8 мас.%.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что материал ягод или материал фруктов измельчают перед просеиванием, предпочтительно, с использованием измельчительного устройства, выбранного из валковой дробилки, шаровой мельницы, измельчителя ручного типа, месильного измельчителя и их комбинации.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что фракцию шлифованных семян обрабатывают ферментами, выбранным из целлюлазы, пектиназы, ксиланазы и их комбинаций, с получением фракции шлифованных семян, обработанных ферментами.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что фракцию шлифованных семян, обработанных ферментами, подвергают экстракции с использованием способа сверхкритической экстракции или способа экстракции растворителем или их комбинаций.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что фракции шлифованных семян перемалывают.
12. Применение фракции оболочек семян, полученной в способе по любому из пп. 1-8, в косметике, продуктах гигиены, нутрацевтических продуктах, пищевых продуктах, пищевых добавках, кормах для животных, упаковках и фармацевтических продуктах.
