Claims (56)

1. Способ трехмерной печати объекта, включающий:
экструзию первого компонента, содержащего первую функциональную группу, и второго компонента, содержащего вторую функциональную группу, где
вторая функциональная группа вступает в реакцию с первой функциональной группой; и,
по меньшей мере, одна из первой и второй функциональных групп содержит насыщенную функциональную группу; и
формирование трехмерного напечатанного объекта.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором экструзия включает экструзию композиции, содержащей первый компонент и второй компонент.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором композиция включает термореактивную композицию.
4. Композиция по п. 2, в которой композиция характеризуется модулем сохранения сдвига G' и модулем потерь сдвига G'', причем
начальное отношение составляет G"/ G' меньше, чем 2;
начальное значение G' больше, чем 1500;
G' через 6 минут больше, чем 500000 Па; и
G'' через 6 минут больше, чем 400000 Па, где
начальное отношение G''/G' и начальное G' относятся к значениям, измеренным в течение 30 секунд после смешивания первого компонента и второго компонента;
значения G' и G'' через 6 минут относятся к значениям, измеренным через 6 минут после смешивания первого компонента и второго компонента; и
модуль сохранения сдвига G', и модуль потери сдвига G'' измеряют с использованием реометра с зазором от 1 мм до 2 мм, с диаметром параллельной пластины шпинделя 25 мм, при частоте колебаний 1 Гц и амплитуде 0,3%, и при температуре пластин реометра 25°C.
5. Способ по п. 2, в котором композиция характеризуется модулем сохранения сдвига G' и модулем потерь сдвига G'', причем
начальное отношение G''/ G' меньше, чем 1,5;
начальное значение G' больше, чем 2000 Па;
G' через 6 минут больше, чем 1000000 Па; и
G'' через 6 минут больше, чем 600000 Па; причем,
исходное отношение G''/ G' и начальное значение G', относятся к значениям, измеренным в течение 30 секунд после смешивания первого компонента и второго компонента;
значения G' и G'' через 6 минут относятся к значениям, измеренным через 6 минут после смешивания первого компонента и второго компонента, и
модуль сохранения сдвига G', и модуль потери сдвига G'' измеряют с использованием реометра с зазором от 1 мм до 2 мм, с диаметром параллельной пластины шпинделя 25 мм, при частоте колебаний 1 Гц и амплитуде 0,3%, и при температуре пластин реометра 25°C.
6. Композиция по п. 4, где первый компонент содержит полиол; а второй компонент содержит полиизоцианат.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором
первый компонент содержит полиамин, а второй компонент содержит полиизоцианат;
первый компонент содержит полиалкенильное соединение, а второй компонент содержит политиол;
первый компонент включает в себя акцептор присоединения Михаэля, а второй компонент содержит донор присоединения Михаэля; или
сочетание любых из вышеперечисленных.
8. Способ по п. 2, в котором композиция характеризуется начальным эквивалентным соотношением первой функциональной группы ко второй функциональной группе, которое составляет от 1,5: 1 до 1: 1,5.
9. Способ по п. 2, в котором композиция характеризуется вязкостью от 5000 сПз до 5000000 сПз, измеренной с помощью вискозиметра с зазором от 1 мм до 2 мм, скорости сдвига 0,1 с -1 при температуре 25°С.
10. Способ по п. 2, в котором композиция содержит термореактивную композицию.
11. Способ по п. 2, в котором композиция практически не содержит растворителя.
12. Способ по п. 1, в котором насыщенная функциональная группа содержит гидроксил, тиол, первичный амин, вторичный амин, эпоксид, или комбинацию любых из вышеперечисленных групп.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором каждая из первой функциональной группы и второй функциональной группы не содержит акрилатную группу или метакрилатную группу.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадия экструзии включает в себя экструзию с формованием, где указанная экструзия характеризуется профилем поперечного сечения, имеющим первую часть и вторую часть.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором
первая часть имеет молярное отношение первого компонента ко второму компоненту больше, чем 1; и
вторая часть имеет молярное отношение первого компонента ко второму компоненту меньше, чем 1.
16. Способ по п. 14, в котором первая часть и вторая часть находятся на противоположных сторонах профиля поперечного сечения.
17. Способ по п. 14, в котором
первая часть имеет эквивалентное отношение первой функциональной группы ко второй функциональной группе больше, чем 1; и
вторая часть имеет эквивалентное отношение первой функциональной группы ко второй функциональной группе меньше, чем 1.
18. Способ по п. 14, в котором эквивалентное отношение первого компонента ко второму компоненту не является однородным по всему профилю поперечного сечения.
19. Способ по п. 14, в котором эквивалентное отношение первого компонента ко второму компоненту является однородным по всему профилю поперечного сечения.
20. Способ по п. 1, в котором процесс экструзии включает в себя:
экструзию первого слоя; и
экструзию второго слоя поверх первого слоя.
21. Способ по п. 1, в котором
первый компонент содержит форполимер с изоцианатными функциональными группами; и
вторая функциональная группа включает первичный амин, вторичный амин, гидроксил или комбинацию любых из вышеперечисленных.
22. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает мономер с изоцианатной функциональной группой.
23. Способ по п. 1, в котором композиция характеризуется температурой экструзии ниже, чем 30оС.
24. Способ по п. 1, в котором формирование включает в себя осаждение последовательных слоев путем экструзии.
25. Трехмерный объект, сформированный с использованием способа по п. 1.
26. Трехмерный объект по п. 25, где трехмерный объект включает в себя множество слоев, причем смежные слои, образующие трехмерный объект, являются ковалентно связанными.
