Claims (26)
1. Способ трехмерной печати объекта, включающий
осаждение методом струйной печати первого реакционноспособного компонента, содержащего первую функциональную группу;
осаждение методом струйной печати второго компонента, содержащего вторую функциональную группу; где
вторая функциональная группа может вступать в реакцию с первой функциональной группой; и,
по меньшей мере одна из первой функциональной группы и второй функциональной группы включает насыщенную функциональную группу; и
наращивание трехмерного напечатанного объекта.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором начальное соотношение эквивалентов первой функциональной группы и второй функциональной группы находится в диапазоне от 1,5:1 до 1:1,5.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере два способных к совместной реакции компонента содержат:
первый компонент содержит полиамин, а второй компонент содержит полиизоцианат;
первый компонент содержит полиалкенильное соединение, а второй компонент содержит политиол;
первый компонент содержит акцептор присоединения Михаэля, а второй компонент содержит донор присоединения Михаэля; или
комбинацию любых приведенных выше вариантов.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором композиция практически не содержит растворителя.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором осаждение включает осаждение методом струйной печати второго компонента поверх по меньшей мере части первого слоя.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором осаждение включает одновременное осаждение первого компонента и второго компонента.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором осаждение включает последовательное осаждение первого компонента и второго компонента.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором
первый компонент содержит изоцианатфункциональный форполимер; а
вторая функциональная группа включает первичный амин, вторичный амин, гидроксил или комбинацию любых из приведенных выше вариантов.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором композиция характеризуется
вязкостью менее 30 сПз;
поверхностным натяжением в диапазоне от 30 мН/м до 50 мН/м;
углом смачивания на стекле менее 20 градусов; и
углом смачивания на полиэтилентерефталате менее 40 градусов.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором насыщенная функциональная группа включает гидроксил, тиол, первичный амин, вторичный амин, эпоксид или комбинацию любых из приведенных выше вариантов.
11. Трехмерный объект, полученный с использованием способа по п. 1.
