Claims (24)
1. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция для нанесения покрытия на подложку, содержащая
(а) полимерное связующее, содержащее реакционноспособные функциональные группы;
(б) отвердитель, содержащий функциональные группы, которые реагируют с реакционно-способными функциональными группами (а); и
(в) полисилоксановую смолу, содержащую ароматические функциональные группы и концевые активные водородные группы.
2. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полимерное связующее (а) содержит акриловый полиол, полученный из мономерной смеси, содержащей мономер с гидроксильной функциональной группой; отвердитель (б) содержит функциональные группы, которые реагируют с гидроксильными функциональными группами; при этом отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция дополнительно содержит
(г) модификатор реологии, содержащий:
(1) неводную дисперсию сшитого внутри органического полимера;
(2) дисперсию кремнезема; и/или
(3) продукт реакции амина и изоцианата.
3. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полимерное связующее (а) содержит эпоксидный функциональный полимер.
4. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полимерное связующее (а) содержит акриловый полиол и/или сложный полиэфир полиол.
5. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полимерное связующее (а) дополнительно содержит карбаматные группы.
6. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что отверждающий агент (б) содержит аминопласт, поликислоту и/или полиизоцианат.
7. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что концевые активные водородные группы на полисилоксановой смоле (в) содержат гидроксильные и/или карбоксикислотные группы.
8. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полисилоксановая смола (в) содержит уретановые и/или эфирные связи.
9. Отверждаемая пленкообразующая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полисилоксановая смола (в) присутствует в отверждаемой пленкообразующей композиции в количестве по меньшей мере 0,5 мас. %, в расчете на общую массу твердых веществ смолы в отверждаемой пленкообразующей композиции.
10. Подложка с покрытием, содержащая А) подложку и Б) пленкообразующую композицию, образующую покрытие, нанесенную на поверхность подложки; при этом пленкообразующая композиция содержит отверждаемую пленкообразующую композицию по п. 1.
11. Подложка с покрытием, содержащая А) подложку и Б) пленкообразующую композицию, образующую покрытие, нанесенную на поверхность подложки; при этом пленкообразующая композиция содержит отверждаемую пленкообразующую композицию по п. 2.
12. Многокомпонентное композитное покрытие, содержащее первую пленкообразующую композицию, нанесенную на подложку для формирования цветного базового покрытия, и вторую прозрачную пленкообразующую композицию, нанесенную поверх базового покрытия для формирования прозрачного верхнего покрытия, при этом прозрачная пленкообразующая композиция содержит отверждаемую пленкообразующую композицию по п.1.
13. Многокомпонентное композитное покрытие по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит грунтовочную композицию, нанесенную на подложку перед нанесением первой пленкообразующей композиции.
14. Способ формирования композитного покрытия на подложке, включающий: (А) нанесение первой пленкообразующей композиции по меньшей мере на часть поверхности подложки для формирования цветного базового покрытия; и (Б) нанесение второй, прозрачной пленкообразующей композиции по меньшей мере на часть базового покрытия, сформированного на этапе (A), по существу перед отверждением первой пленкообразующей композиции, для формирования на ней прозрачного верхнего покрытия, при этом прозрачная пленкообразующая композиция содержит отверждаемую пленкообразующую композицию по п. 1.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает этап формирования грунтовочного покрытия на поверхности подложки перед нанесением первой пленкообразующей композиции на этапе (А), при этом первую композицию покрытия наносят непосредственно на грунтовочное покрытие.
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что грунтовочное покрытие отверждают перед нанесением первой композиции покрытия на стадии (А).
