Abstract
本发明公开了一种丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,所述混合涂料配方为对奔二甲醇1200‑1494g,乙二醇130‑146g,己二醇360‑400g,环己烷二甲醇650‑721g,三羟甲基丙烷46‑54g,Sb2O30.3‑0.5g,经烘烤即可得到性能优异的涂膜表面,如涂膜的持久性,其中具有耐磨擦性、冲击性、密着性、韧性、耐蚀性及耐化学药品性能等,还具有高耐候性及耐污染性且流平性好,不会象溶剂涂料厚涂时会有滴垂或积滞等现象发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种的配方。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料。具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。
目前, 热固型粉末涂料是以热固性树脂作为成膜物质,加入起交联反应的固化剂经加热后能形成不溶不熔的质地坚硬涂层,温度再高该涂层也不会像热塑性涂层那样软化,而只能发生分解,由于热固性粉末涂料所采用的树脂为聚合度较低的预聚物,分子量较低,所以涂层的流平性较好,具有较好的装饰性,而且低分子量的预聚物经固化后,能形成网状交联的大分子,因而涂层具有较好防腐性和机械性能,故热固性粉末涂料发展尤为迅速,但是,现有技术中,其粉末涂料由聚酯树脂、封闭型异佛尔铜二异氰酸酯、安息香和二丁基锡二月桂酸酯组成,其缺点为物理学性能差、覆盖效果较差,易产生细泡,无法满足电器喷涂和表层保护。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足,提供一种覆盖性能好、流平性较好,具有较好的装饰性的复合粉料配方。
为了解决上述技术问题,通过以下技术方案得以实施:
一种丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,所述混合涂料配方为对奔二甲醇1200-1494g,乙二醇130-146g,己二醇360-400g,环己烷二甲醇650-721g,三羟甲基丙烷46-54g,Sb2O3
0.3-0.5g。
所述三羟甲基丙烷中羟值为25-33mgKOH/g。
所述对奔二甲醇、乙二醇、己二醇和环己烷二甲醇在250℃反应,脱去反应水后加入。
所述三羟甲基丙烷和Sb2O3在真空下270℃反应4小时进行解聚。
采用如上技术方案后,其有益效果为:
采取上述配方后,经烘烤即可得到性能优异的涂膜表面,如涂膜的持久性,其中包括:耐磨擦性、冲击性、密着性、韧性、耐蚀性及耐化学药品性能等。而户外用的粉末涂料,除了上述的优点外,更包括了高耐候性及耐污染性。尤其是较厚的涂膜且流平性好,不会象溶剂涂料厚涂时会有滴垂或积滞等现象发生。因粉末涂料使用静电原理喷涂,涂装设备可达到全自动化,无须浪费人力资源,大多以其共聚物为主,以封闭型异氰酸酯作交联剂。

实施例一:
一种丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,所述混合涂料配方为对奔二甲醇1200-1494g,乙二醇130-146g,己二醇360-400g,环己烷二甲醇650-721g,三羟甲基丙烷46-54g,Sb2O3
0.3-0.5g。
所述三羟甲基丙烷中羟值为25-33mgKOH/g。
所述对奔二甲醇、乙二醇、己二醇和环己烷二甲醇在250℃反应,脱去反应水后加入。
所述三羟甲基丙烷和Sb2O3在真空下270℃反应4小时进行解聚。
实施例二:
一种丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,所述混合涂料配方为对奔二甲醇1200g,乙二醇130g,己二醇360g,环己烷二甲醇650g,三羟甲基丙烷46g,Sb2O3为0.3g。
实施例三:
一种丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,所述混合涂料配方由对奔二甲醇1494g,乙二醇146g,己二醇400g,环己烷二甲醇721g,三羟甲基丙烷54g,Sb2O3为0.5g。

1.一种丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,其特征在于,所述混合涂料配方为对奔二甲醇1200-1494g,乙二醇130-146g,己二醇360-400g,环己烷二甲醇650-721g,三羟甲基丙烷46-54g,Sb2O30.3-0.5g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,其特征在于:所述三羟甲基丙烷中羟值为25-33mgKOH/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,其特征在于:所述对奔二甲醇、乙二醇、己二醇和环己烷二甲醇在250℃反应,脱去反应水后加入。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸粉末涂料配方,其特征在于:所述三羟甲基丙烷和Sb2O3在真空下270℃反应4小时进行解聚。
