Abstract
本发明公开了一种树脂粉末涂料配方,所述粉末涂料配方为环乙烷二甲醇300‑400g,三羟甲基丙烷20‑43g,对苯二甲酸900‑1080g,酸催化剂1‑5g,戎二醇390‑490g,经烘烤即可得到性能优异的涂膜表面,具有优良的冲击性和耐蚀性,良好的柔韧性和耐潮性和高冲击强度,还具有高耐候性及耐污染性,粉末涂料一次喷涂可达50‑300μm,且流平性好,不会象溶剂涂料厚涂时会有滴垂或积滞等现象发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料的配方。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料。具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。
目前, 热固型粉末涂料是以热固性树脂作为成膜物质,加入起交联反应的固化剂经加热后能形成不溶不熔的质地坚硬涂层,温度再高该涂层也不会像热塑性涂层那样软化,而只能发生分解,为于热固性粉末涂料所采用的树脂为聚合度较低的预聚物,分子量较低,所以涂层的流平性较好,具有较好的装饰性,而且低分子量的预聚物经固化后,能形成网状交联的大分子,因而涂层具有较好防腐性和机械性能,故热固性粉末涂料发展尤为迅速,但是,现有技术中,其粉末涂料为聚酯树脂、封闭型异佛尔铜二异氰酸酯、安息香和二丁基锡二月桂酸酯组成,其缺点为物理学性能差、覆盖效果较差,易产生细泡,无法满足电器喷涂和表层保护。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足,提供一种具有优良流动性和耐腐蚀性且高冲击强度的粉末涂料的配方。
为了解决上述技术问题,通过以下技术方案得以实施:
一种树脂粉末涂料配方,所述粉末涂料配方为环乙烷二甲醇300-400g,三羟甲基丙烷20-43g,对苯二甲酸900-1080g,酸催化剂1-5g,戎二醇390-490g。
优选地,所述戎二醇在108-230℃反应到酸值。
优选地,所述酸催化剂温度设定为200℃,酸度控制在1.4-1.8。
采用如上技术方案后,其有益效果为:
采取上述配方后,经烘烤即可得到性能优异的涂膜表面,如涂膜的持久性,其中包括:具有优良的冲击性和耐蚀性,良好的柔韧性和耐潮性和高冲击强度。而户外用的粉末涂料,除了上述的优点外,更包括了高耐候性及耐污染性。尤其是较厚的涂膜,粉末涂料一次喷涂可达到50-300μm,且流平性好,不会象溶剂涂料厚涂时会有滴垂或积滞等现象发生。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,不能理解为是对本发明的限制;
实施例一:
一种树脂粉末涂料配方,所述粉末涂料配方为环乙烷二甲醇300-400g,三羟甲基丙烷20-43g,对苯二甲酸900-1080g,酸催化剂1-5g,戎二醇390-490g。
所述戎二醇在108-230℃反应到酸值。
所述酸催化剂温度设定为200℃,酸度控制在1.4-1.8。
实施例二:
所述粉末涂料配方为环乙烷二甲醇300g,三羟甲基丙烷20g,对苯二甲酸900g,酸催化剂1g,戎二醇390g。
实施例三:
所述粉末涂料配方为环乙烷二甲醇400g,三羟甲基丙烷43g,对苯二甲酸1080g,酸催化剂5g,戎二醇490g。

1.一种树脂粉末涂料配方,其特征在于,所述粉末涂料配方为环乙烷二甲醇300-400g,三羟甲基丙烷20-43g,对苯二甲酸900-1080g,酸催化剂1-5g,戎二醇390-490g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂粉末涂料配方,其特征在于:所述戎二醇在108-230℃反应到酸值。
3.根据权利要求1所述的树脂粉末涂料配方,其特征在于:所述酸催化剂温度设定为200℃,酸度控制在1.4-1.8。
