Claims (14)
1 1. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы, содержащая:
20-70 масс.ч. привитого сополимера (А), полученного за счет привитой сополимеризации винилового мономера, выбранного из группы, содержащей ненасыщенные нитриловые мономеры, ароматические виниловые мономеры и (мет)акрилатные мономеры, в присутствии каучукоподобного полимера (а), имеющего объемный средний диаметр частиц от 80 до 600 нм; и
30-80 масс.ч. сополимера (В), полученного за счет сополимеризации смеси виниловых мономеров, содержащей виниловые мономеры, выбранные из группы, состоящей из ненасыщенных нитриловых мономеров, ароматических виниловых мономеров и (мет)акрилатных мономеров, где эта смесь содержит стирол и α-метилстирол в качестве ароматических виниловых мономеров,
при суммарном содержании привитого сополимера (А) и сополимера (В) равном 100 масс.ч.
2 2. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по п.1, в которой смесь виниловых мономеров содержит 5-20 масс.% ненасыщенного нитрилового мономера, 10-30 масс.% ароматических виниловых мономеров, 50-85 масс.% (мет)акрилатного мономера, и 0-10 масс.% дополнительного винилового мономера.
3 3. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по п.1 или 2, в которой ароматические виниловые мономеры в указанной смеси содержат 5-30 масс.% стирола и 70-95 масс.% α-метилстирола.
4 4. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по любому из п.п.1-3, в которой сополимер (В) получен суспензионной полимеризацией.
5 5. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по п.4, в которой сополимер (В) получен суспензионной полимеризацией с применением алкенилсукцината калия в качестве вспомогательного средства для суспендирования.
6 6. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по любому из п.п.1-5, в которой каучукоподобный полимер (а) является акриловым каучуком, содержащим алкилакрилатные мономерные звенья и полифункциональные мономерные звенья, или сложным акриловым каучуком, состоящим из полиорганосилоксана и акрилового каучука, содержащего алкилакрилатные мономерные звенья и полифункциональные мономерные звенья.
7 7. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по любому из п.п.1-6, в которой привитой сополимер (А) является сополимером, полученным за счет привитой сополимеризации 60-20 масс.% винилового мономера, выбранного из группы, содержащей ненасыщенные нитриловые мономеры, ароматические виниловые мономеры и (мет)акрилатные мономеры, в присутствии 40-80 масс.% каучукоподобного полимера (а).
8 8. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по любому из п.п.1-7, в которой привитой сополимер (А) имеет степень прививки 20-150% и приведенную вязкость ацетонорастворимых компонентов 0,30-0,70 дл/г, а сополимер (В) имеет приведенную вязкость 0,30-0,70 дл/г.
9 9. Композиция на основе термопластичной смолы по любому из п.п.1-8, в которой содержание каучукоподобного полимера (а) относительно общего количества этой композиции находится в диапазоне от 10 до 30 масс.%.
10 10. Формованное изделие из термопластичной смолы, полученное методом формования композиции на основе термопластичной смолы, описанной в любом из п.п.1-9.
