Abstract
1. Способ получения одного или более продуктов, которыми являются спирты и/или карбоновые кислоты, с помощью микробиологической ферментации, включающий стадии, на которыха) принимают из процесса производства стали поток(и) дымового или отходящего газа, содержащего CO;б) направляют этот поток(и) газа в биореактор, содержащий культуру одной или более карбоксидотрофных бактерий в жидкой питательной среде; ив) ферментируют эту культуру в биоректоре с получением одного или более продуктов, которыми являются спирты и/или карбоновые кислоты; где поток газа содержит 5-70 об.% CO.2. Способ по п. 1, где поток газа содержит 20-70 об.% CO.3. Способ по п. 1, где в результате ферментации получают этанол и/или ацетат.4. Способ по п. 1, где одна или более карбоксидотрофная бактерия выбрана из рода Clostridium.5. Способ по п. 1, где указанная карбоксидотрофная бактерия представляет собой Clostridium autoethanogenum, Clostridium ljungdahlii или Clostridium carboxydivorans.6. Способ по п. 1 или 5, где карбоксидотрофная бактерия представляет собой Clostridium autoethanogenum.7. Способ по п. 6, где Clostridium autoethanogenum представляет собой Clostridium autoethanogenum с отличительными характеристиками штамма, который внесен в банк биологического материала в Германии (German Resourse Centre for Biological Materials; DSMZ) под идентификационным номером вложения 19630.8. Способ по п. 1, где поток газа содержит менее 10% водорода.9. Способ по п. 1, где процесс производства стали включает стадию обезуглероживания.10. Способ по п. 9, где стадию обезуглероживания осуществляют в кислородном конвертере.11. Способ по п. 9, где поток газа содержит 43-50% CO, 17-20% CO, 2-3% Hи 27-34% N.
Claims (11)
1. Способ получения одного или более продуктов, которыми являются спирты и/или карбоновые кислоты, с помощью микробиологической ферментации, включающий стадии, на которых
а) принимают из процесса производства стали поток(и) дымового или отходящего газа, содержащего CO;
б) направляют этот поток(и) газа в биореактор, содержащий культуру одной или более карбоксидотрофных бактерий в жидкой питательной среде; и
в) ферментируют эту культуру в биоректоре с получением одного или более продуктов, которыми являются спирты и/или карбоновые кислоты; где поток газа содержит 5-70 об.% CO.
2. Способ по п. 1, где поток газа содержит 20-70 об.% CO.
3. Способ по п. 1, где в результате ферментации получают этанол и/или ацетат.
4. Способ по п. 1, где одна или более карбоксидотрофная бактерия выбрана из рода Clostridium.
5. Способ по п. 1, где указанная карбоксидотрофная бактерия представляет собой Clostridium autoethanogenum, Clostridium ljungdahlii или Clostridium carboxydivorans.
6. Способ по п. 1 или 5, где карбоксидотрофная бактерия представляет собой Clostridium autoethanogenum.
7. Способ по п. 6, где Clostridium autoethanogenum представляет собой Clostridium autoethanogenum с отличительными характеристиками штамма, который внесен в банк биологического материала в Германии (German Resourse Centre for Biological Materials; DSMZ) под идентификационным номером вложения 19630.
8. Способ по п. 1, где поток газа содержит менее 10% водорода.
9. Способ по п. 1, где процесс производства стали включает стадию обезуглероживания.
10. Способ по п. 9, где стадию обезуглероживания осуществляют в кислородном конвертере.
11. Способ по п. 9, где поток газа содержит 43-50% CO, 17-20% CO2, 2-3% H2 и 27-34% N2.
